I got a lash lift and tint with Rozana and she had got to be one of the most personable being ever. She is so sweet and positive. Always answered any questions and educated me on the process of what she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable and I enjoyed talking to her about life in general. If you are ever thinking of getting anything done to your lashes, go to Rozana. You will come out feeling like a billion bucks and a happy spirit. :)

I had a last minute event where I needed to look my best snd my lashes were on need of some work.. My normal lash place could not fit me in but I was lucky enough to get an appointment here. Jessica is a true artist and I have never loved my lashes so much . In addition I noticed that the glue and lash extensions used are a much better quality than other places I’ve been. I had no irritation at all and the lashes feel so much softer. I’m so so happy I found this place snd looking forward to My next visit snd many more in the future!

I am new to the area, but have had eye lash extensions for almost a year. I chose to book an appointment after reading the reviews here on Google. I was VERY happy with my choice.I had been feeling like my extensions were to long and un-natural looking for a while. Susan immediately pointed out that she felt the same way. I love this salon! Jamie is such an artist and amazing at what she does. I have had my lashes done for years in Chicago and it took me a while to find a lash artist here in Florida who I trust. WOW! What a tranquil experience, relaxing boutique style lash and brow salon! I was offered cucumber and mint flavored water upon arrival. There are three certified lash stylish and they all do amazing work. I had my lashes done in a private room which I LOVED LOVED, I even fell asleep to the relaxing music which was being played . Im going back for a facial next week! Friendly staff they even have a big bowl of candy bars which I LOVE. I highly recommend this place!!!

I have been to many lash salons and this is the BEST! At one point I was planning my Florida trips based on when my next lash fill was going to be. If you want lash extensions done RIGHT this is the place to go!! I recently made the mistake of getting lash extensions done elsewhere and was badly BOTCHED. I had Susan remove them ASAP and she did wonderful job. Susan is highly experienced and regularly fixes botched lash extensions. Please be VERY CAREFUL who you go to for lash extensions because it is NOT easy finding a place who actually knows how to do them correctly!! Just Lashes by Susan gets 5 stars from me, they are AMAZING!!!PS: Im blonde hence much prefer DARK BROWN lashes as they are far softer than pitch black which is way too harsh on me and ages me. Try their DARK BROWN lashes, they still look black but are much softer and natural looking!! :) EDIT: I just had my lashes done by Susan again and she did am amazing job!!! I wanted a natural look and got exactly that. Lashes are also very comfortable... Very happy!!!

Got my lashes lifted and they look amazing!!!

I relocated to Jupiter approximately 2 years ago and tried Lashes by Susan based on the positive on-line reviews. My first appointment was with Jamie, and I have been a loyal client ever since. Due to Jamie’s exceptional skills, I often get stopped by people asking where I get my lashes done. However, over the course of the last 2 1/2 years, my observations and interactions with Susan, the salon’s owner, have been nothing short of offensive. These experiences have left me with the undeniable impression that Susan’s business management style is entirely unprofessional.Over the course of a six month period last year, the company went through countless receptionists. As I sat and waited for my appointments, I personally observed Susan speak condescendingly to these new staff members. I am embarrassed that I did not speak up for these individuals and express my feelings during that time. In the months since, the salon has not employed a receptionist. This development has had a cascading effect on the customer’s overall experience at Lashes by Susan. By way of example, not having someone managing the phones has forced the lash specialists to serve in that role. This means that while one of the lash specialists is working on a client, they may have to stop working on the client to answer a phone call. Furthermore, not employing a receptionist results in the front doors of the business being left unattended. Considering the day and age we live in, this is a serious safety issue for clients. Please bear in mind, when you are extending/filling your lashes, the specialist typically tapes the client’s eyes shut during the appointment. In this state, the client has no awareness of who enters the salon, and that predicament is a cause for concern. Many times when I arrive for an appointment, one of the lash specialists will have to extricate themselves from the client they are working on so that they can visually determine who has entered through the doors. Here again, this has a negative impact on a client’s impression of the business.My own personal communications with Susan have been equally troubling. A few months ago, I called because I had to cancel an appointment last minute and Susan answered the phone. While trying to reschedule and with the understanding that the cancellation was unintentionally close to my scheduled appointment, I expressed a desire to come back in at a time best suited to Jamie’s availability. In the same condescending and aggressive tone I have observed her use with employees, Susan simply told me Its not your concern what is convenient to Jamies schedule - she comes here to work, so just tell me what time you can come in. In my experience, a business owner is generally simply grateful to have long-time customers, and when possible that owner should also attempt to be accommodating to their staff. Clearly staff appreciation is not a concern for Susan, and that approach is readily apparent from the moment you first interact with her.The final straw for me came at the end of 2019. When I arrived for my appointment on December 22nd, I watched as Susan purposefully attempted to make Jamie feel guilty in front of a completely packed waiting room because she had not brought in homemade cookies for the holidays. It was patently obvious that Susan was trying to embarrass and belittle her employee in front of customers. Since I had my 8 year old daughter with me, I could not allow her to see that type of conduct without speaking up. I approached Susan and told her that I was a client only because of Jamie’s talents, and her baking abilities had absolutely no bearing on why I pay for her services. In dramatic fashion, Susan then walked back out and simply said I am the owner and what I say goes; and I said she had to bring in homemade cookies.I am such a fan of supporting local businesses – particularly those owned and operated by women – but I refuse to give one more dollar to Susan.
