I came in with everything from split ends in a bad home haircut too dark roots and box die blonde fits and blue bits that had washed out to a green. Joseph took this absolute mess of a mouth and revitalized it in a way that put a spring back in my step! The salon is very clean and everyone is following Covid regulations. I have to share how Joseph completely transformed my look , as a 62 year old, tom boy - who likes to get up early, pony-tail ,and go exercise outside. He styled my hair to suit this lifestyle, look much better, and still, pull my hair back. And, he is very genuine in his communication. My husband and friends love my new look.

Excellent salon. Very professional and experienced stylists. Very conscientious with current CDC guidelines, but very friendly. They also carry nice products and a variety of salon services.

As always got a great cut/style from Brandee. Dont be wary of going to this salon. They use the same protocol as going to a doctor or dentist office: Sign a paper assuring you are not in danger of having the virus because of your recent activities and have your temperature taken. Once inside everyone has a mask - employees and customers alike. You know you need your hair atteneded to and this is an admirably safe place to do this.

I had a very bad experience with my blow dry. The lady was rushing while doing her job. They miscommunicated the pricing and when I told them it was a really weak explanation.. it was my first and last time!!!

On Saturday I went to that salon to make the highlights in my hair more than anything so that they will touch the root was when I called to be the appointment That was what I wanted him to do And when I arrived at the salon I asked the Mr. Yanni asked me to do the highlights in my hair, a little lighter, which never happened. My hair was completely dark because I did not want to pay for the drying with the dryer because it was too much money when I got to my home and I know that I myself had totally black hair in all roots, what a bad job that man did I do not recommend that beauty salon to anyone, it is also too expensive and they do not work well.

Joseph is my SAVIOR!!! Pricy but worth it.

Destroyed My hair completely. I wanted hi lights and I walked out with orange hair. They told me to come back and I wouldn’t have to pay...but I ended up having to pay for a once again bad hair dye experience. 250 dollars later my hair is orange with white streaks. Don’t go their unless you need a trim.

Horrible Treatment and Poor ServiceComplete lack of customer and constant lying by their staff. I arrived for my appointment and the stylist Salvatore was not there, the front desk staff told he was running late.Fifteen minutes later, they said he was minutes away and to prep me by washing my hair. Because my stylist wasn’t around, the staff seems confused, just kept pointing me in directions, go here, go there! No one seemed friendly or engaged in conversation. As a patron I felt totally uncared for and discarded.After my hair was washed, still no stylist. More importantly, the entire staff including the front desk persons did nothing, absolutely nothing. No one talked to me, came up to me and said anything. They were completely unsure what to do! I even had to find my own seat at an empty station, all the while my wet hair dripped down onto the towel now folded around my collar.Thirty minutes later, Yes that’s 30 Minutes Later! Still no stylist, still no communication from the staff. They did not forget about me, I was sitting just feet away from the front counter staffed by two people, a man and a woman. Both kept looking back at me unsure what to say!I finally got up, pulled the towel out of my collar, still with a wet head dripping onto my shirt, and stepped to the front counter so I could not be ignored any longer. I was told sorry, than after 30 minutes of waiting was offered that someone else could cut my hair! Where was this offer 20 minutes ago? Why was I totally ignored?Furious but calmly I said how unacceptable this lack of service was. Ironically they have a sign that says how they are determined to create Exceptional Service. Really! No resolutions were made, nothing other than the initial, we’ll pass you off to someone else now that you’ve waited around.Thirty more minutes later after I left, and a full hour after my scheduled appointment, the stylist Salvatore call me and said he was sorry and was tied up visiting a friend. That was the last thing I wanted to hear was an excuses. It’s simple, what is the business going to do in order to rectify the situation.I emailed the owners and staff, but still have not received any formal apology or attempt to make things right! What a terrible way to treat your customers!

Curly girls beware!!! DO NOT go here if you are looking for a DevaCut. I came here because my primary stylist was away on vacation and I needed a cut. My stylist, Jeanette, cut my hair in chunks instead of curl by curl, and did not know about many of the products that I told her I used. I have 3b/3c hair, and I honestly believe that she never dealt with my hair type before. I left there completely dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to try someone new. Also, the salon is small and crowded, much more different from the one on one attention that im used to with my primary stylist. If i could rate this experience a zero i would!

Literally just walked of the salon. Today is Valentines day and with two children under the age of 3, a full time job and now getting my voice back after having the flu.... I thought if I could just fit in some time during lunch to have my hair done. Took my lunch hour, arrived on time to sit on Jonathan Ts waiting couch for 15 minutes for a stylist that never came for me. Granted all the clients looked like they could be on an episode of Golden Girls and could afford the leisure pace. But now, I am back in my office feeling just as defeated as before. The receptionist was very nice... she did offer to rebook, but by this time that was not the issue.

A very friendly, comfortable place to have your hair done. Brandy is the best in my opinion. ✂🖒

Maria Dugo Pishos is a great stylist and colorist. She listens to your requests and doesnt do her own thing with your hair. She is one of the owners so she wont disappear with your information overnight. The salon has a lot of different hair products. Highly recommend Ms. Pishos.
