Dirty dirty dirty. I’ve been increasingly disgusted at home dirty and messy this relatively new gym in a nice area is … I’ve picked up water bottles and dirty paper towels laying around trying to have a somewhat clean area to focus on working out. Today there was a piece of chewed gum laying on a weight rack. I was so annoyed I took it up to the front desk. Should have left it on the friggin counter. One guy got up to see where the gum was but didn’t even bother to spray the area to disinfect it. Absolutely gross.Weights are never reracked. They are laying all over the floor throughout the gym, so you have to search the place all over to find what you need, then clear out an area to work out. The pic is from 5:30 one morning (how it always is) so clearly no one in the place is doing anything to maintain the place in that regard either.

My first time today. Front desk attended very nice,, very polite. I did feel welcomed. I like the gym because all the machines are new that being said one of the stair masters machine was broken already, 5am was a little too crowded for me. I might change the stars later but as of right now 3 stars fromm me.

Gym has tanked in every way possible since opening. Management has lost control of cleanliness, serviceability of equipment and civility of members. Specifically, air conditioning has been broken for a month, pads on equipment worn through to the plywood, and staff doesn’t enforce re-racking of weights, and Narcissistic millennials work out and flex in the mirrors without shirts on. If you complain you are directed to the lame excuse department. Avoid this hole.

Ahmed Khaleel is a great staff member and very easy to work with, he understands what each customer wants and doesn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable. Great guy overall and is helping LA Fitness become a great place to workout at. Very professional and polite.

Could not be happier with this gym. I love the staff, they are very attentive and flexible. The prices are affordable and the equipments up to date. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Clean and New this branch far exceeds others. As shown in my photos posted here, the Alton location on Donald Ross offers new seen equipment not offered at other surriunding branches. More accomodating layout and design for stretching and cool downs. These areas seem like an after thought in the other LA Fitness Branches. My photos posted here of this Gym Location are Excellent examples of why I prefer this Branch.

They cut down the heavy bags in January for “warranty”..... it’s April and they’re not back up yet. I’ve consulted at least four employees on multiple occasions, who’ve all pretty much acknowledged they have no idea (at least they’re honest) and left it at that — no further digging required. If I’m paying for the “signature” club, I’d like to be able to utilize the amenities or at least attempt to find a response even slightly above no idea.Otherwise, nice gym.

Although I no longer am going to LA Fitness, because of covid, this was my favorite studio. I felt very welcomed here.

Very few squat racks, and they are always taken. The place needs at least one more.Edit:Added 1 more star because after seeing the alternative out there, this is much better. Other gyms only have 1 power rack.

I really enjoy my LAFitness Membership....their classes and the weight machines. They use to follow CDC Guidelines....social distancing and even entire staff wore masks.... however they no longer have to do so per Gov. DeSantis. So very disappointing, especially with the extreme covid19 pandemic situation in my state. I no longer visit any LA Fitness (gym too crowded n too many members/staff without masks) in fear of catching covid. For now, sadly, I am only frequenting establishments that are implementing preventive covid measures. I wish LA Fitness Management would be more proactive in implementing covid precautions. When the State of FL ever gets control of the covid19 pandemic, I will gladly return to my regular LA Fitness (PGA Blvd @ Fairview).

This is BY FAR one of the better gyms ive been to. Clean, state of the art. Etc.

Nice, clean and plenty of different cardio classes to make anyone content. Great lap pool and I look forward to taking a aqua fit water class soon.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an LA Fitness. A lot of miscommunication with this team at this location, gym is nice but don’t bother with personal training, you’re better off going to an Orange Theory.

Sanitation is the worst since it opened. Equipment and floors around the equipment are very dirty.Use to be clean but management has changed and sanitation of gym is not acceptable.

I did a tour of this location and I’m absolutely appalled by how few people are wearing masks. I understand not wearing one while distanced on cardio machines, but there are groups of people, huddled, standing around and talking, without a single mask in site. We are so fortunate to have the choice to work out at a gym, or eat at a restaurant, many luxuries that other state’s do not offer during this pandemic, but people and businesses are not following rules. It’s the gym’s responsibility to ensure this is a safe environment, and they are not doing their job. Masks are mandated by the state, and they are quite simply not following the law.

Such a relief to not have to wear masks at the gym. I havent been using the gym at my apartment building because of this. I know its risking bad reviews to allow people to make their own decisions about masks, so thanks LA Fitness staff. Anyways, this is a clean and new gym with top notch equipment and friendly staff.

GREAT CLUB! Everything is brand new. You dont have to wear a mask while working out which is amazing. And they have an infrared sauna. Classes are included in all memberships. Join with Ally she set me up with a HIIT class.

Great gym super Clean and friendly my only gripe is that they don’t have a heavy bag for boxing workouts but I’m told that the other locations near by do!

So far I love everything about this gym! The facility is very clean and the customer service is fantastic! Drake and Richard are wonderful assets to this place. They both go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed.

This LA Fitness looks fantastic, the equipment is brand new, and the counter staff is super friendly. That said, compared to the other nearby clubs, they struggle with their class operations. For the second Saturday in a row, the spin class instructor was a no show. There is a club not far away on PGA boulevard that will cancel classes in advance, or tell you there is a substitute via the app. If you’re coming for classes, you might want to pick a different club.

Limited equipment for the amount of members that use the gym.

This gym is new and nice and as a signature club it has a little extra. New weights, Rogue power racks, hammer strength type machines, free weights, plyo, etc. To me, this gym has it all.

I really like the latest technology in equipment. The bodies core is incorporated with a particular target muscle group on the Hoist machines.The gym is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I love it !

Amazing new modern establishment with a infrared sauna. Much needed facility as many other locations in the area are falling apart. Super friendly staff and towel service.

Because of Covid19 masks are required when walking thru the gym and social distance when possible.The staff at this facility does not monitor the policy. When I brought it to their attention, that people where coming in and out without masks and walking all thru the gym without masks or wipping down the equipment they argued that thry were monitoring. Very tough to do when sitting at a desk looking at a computer not even facing the gym. This was not a one time observation. They are putting peoples safety at risk.I would hate to see this facility shut down again!STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON POLICY!!!!

Nice gym. Clean bc its brand new and Im just happy theres an LA Fitness in the Jupiter area because the other ones are far and disgusting. Only issue is theres nowhere to do hip thrusts. Which is huge for females. The Smiths machines dont go down to the ground so you can do hipthrusts there or even deadlifts. Someone should get hipthrust equipment or change out the unusable Smiths machines.

Tried it out, amazing facility! I am hesitant about joining though due to the lack of different barbells. Please invest in some deadlifting bars and benching bars and I will join instantly.

I have taken many group classes (yoga, cyclebar and boot camp) and “GiGi B“ has to be the worst group fitness instructor I have ever had. I’m blown away with the lack of safety and motivation she brings to her cycle classes.

Brand new equipment and much newer, nicer stuff than other gyms or even LA Fitnesses. Rogue brand bars and bumper plates, sled/prowler, real squat racks and deadlift platforms
