Love this gym! The staff is always warm and welcoming and makes me feel like family when I walk in. The gym is clean, well kept, and overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!

I am only commenting on walking in to check out the facility, location, cleanliness, space to work out. I stated at the desk I just wanted to take a quick look around, that’s it. The girls at the front desk were very friendly but gave me the entire sales pitch just to look around. I had to also give all my personal info. Again- just wanted to look around. Very Clean , machines seemed new but toward the back area where machines were it seemed cramped. I wouldn’t be able to distance away from other people at the other end. Few younger people were wearing a mask or at all during this “mask mandate”. Wasn’t comfortable seeing that. Seems like a young crowd at early afternoon on a weekday. Not bad but I was hoping for a little more mixed ages. I feel better with more of a mix at other gyms.

By far the best PF Ive been to its kept very clean all the machines are spaced out with walking room and they have plenty of 45lb plates compared to other locations Ive been to where they just dont have enough of them and the staff is very friendly I wish other PF locations would follow especially with getting extra 45lb plates

For gym newbies. This is the place to start if youre new to fitness.

This is the best gym anywhere. It’s not about the equipment, it’s the people. The trainers are awesome. Sarah, Hannah, and Dennis do it right. Second to none.

Brought a friend to join. The lady, Carlye. was so helpful and had a great personality. I cannot rejoin at this time due to back injury. However this young lady escorted me to a heated water bed while my friend looked around for a tour. I cannot say how much I really appreciated her kindness. While I was a member everyone was so friendly and helpful. Once I’m released from doctors care I will be rejoining and at this location for sure. Now to sit and chill. 😊

Absolutely love this/my gym so far.. they look at me weird EVERY SINGLE TIME & I notice them watching me & idk if it’s because I’m black or it’s my tattoos & extreme piercings 😩😅😂 very clean as well .. so far

I love coming to this gym. The staff is super friendly. This location is so clean and there are sanitizing stations located all around the gym. Its very spacious. I get insecure when I go to a gym but this place makes me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness Palm Beach Gardens location.Thank you for doing such an awesome job and caring about your people.

Three weeks post surgery - good machines for PT type exercises!

My wife has always gone to Planet Fitness. She got me to go with her last weekend and I was really happy with how clean it was. Thanks for allowing me to come as a guest.

Dimy and Chris are awesome consistently goes above and beyond to Ensure great service, attend to needs quickly. Always love going when they are working because i know my experience is GOING to be Outstanding!! Thankyou so much i am a consistent customer because of employees like them! Tanning beds have phone holders and sanitizer o clean before anf after use of equipment! Awesome love the cleanliness they provide! Massage table I highly recommend you will leave there facility feeling new and improved. After working out or tanning they provide showers to make sure you can leave and go ight to work, a date, where ever smelling fresh and clean. Just make sure you bring your own towel they do not provide ones.

Started going to the gym every other morning with a friend. The gym is clean, the employees are friendly and encouraging, and they have mask and distancing rules for safety. Amazing experience!

The mirrors are awesome, they make you look ripped. Every time I go to the gym I lose 5 pounds in the bathroom. Women are waiting outside to get my phone # Everytime I leave. They love it when you make loud lifting noises, and yell at your buddies across the room, high fives and chest bumps are highly encouraged.

There is a large number of devices to use, the staff is friendly, the gym is clean, and you cant beat the price.

The level of professionalism at this location is very low. Had a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience with one of the front desk attendants. I called the Palm Beach Gardens location to find about my membership and if it was still active. I was told over the phone that my membership was still active and my bank account was charged for the month of January and I was able to use the facilities.I arrived and was greeted by a planet fitness front desk attendant who exclaimed loudly that I had no active membership , had late payments and something was wrong with my bank account information. I was extremely embarrassed, being there was other people around who turned to look at me. I spoke to the manager cleared up the payments but I decided to cancel the membership because of the experience. I was contemplating on keeping the membership going for a few months even though my fiancé and I signed up for another gym. The whole experience, which should been a positive workout experience, completely put a damper on my mood.

Always go in the evening, pretty chill atmosphere. After a workout you have to try the massage chair.

I have an issue I have been trying to discuss with manager of this facility. After four attempts I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Called again today and staff member (Caleb I believe) was extremely rude. It’s a cheaper membership than most gyms, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Althea machines you need free weights too.20 dollar membership gets you the water massage chairs beds and tanning

A nice & spacious gym. The employees are very friendly. Just beware of the teenage influencers who get their feelings hurt when you remind them to wipe a machine after use so you can go next. They’ll also record each other throughout the gym without consent from bystanders.

This location has more equipment and more interior space then other locations. Double the smith machines and treadmills then other locations. I counted 9 stair masters(fyi I was dizzy from my workout so I might be off by a number) Really enjoyed this locations. Planning on returning soon😁😃😎

The manager on duty kasey is very rude and very dismissive to and was not behaving in a professional way. He was not willing to help me in anyway as I was trying to gain clarity about a situation. I was hung up on and they do not greet you coming in and give you ugly looks as your walking in and out of the club i can’t believe this happen to me

Kasey, an employee and Casey, a manager at the Alternate A1A location are what I consider horrible tyrants. I was on an elliptical and it wasnt working so I placed a social distancing sign on it and moved to one that I removed the sign from. They were cruel to me!!! I was in the middle of an intense cardio workout and they come over and ordered me to get off even when Im more than 6 feet away from the other ellipticals. They even called the POLICE to escort me out and cancelled my membership! I have been a member for over 15 years and this is how they treat their loyal members. They dont care about making their members happy. This particular elliptical had access to 3 different tvs that I was watching simultaneously that I enjoy watching. And they dont care about your happiness to lose revenue that Im sure they could use in these dire times on me and my husband who will be cancelling his membership as well. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT? It doesnt apply at this gym.

They are indeed friendly, plenty of clean and working machines. My only complaint, and I spoken to everyone at the desk about it, is that there is very poor focus on making plastic recycling containers more plentiful and VISIBLE.What is Planet Fitness doing for the planet ?Please encourage better recycling by offering receptacles in bathrooms and other areas of the gym.

Judgment free, great place to workout. Ive been working out at Planet for years and have never had an issue. I tend to go very early in the AM between 5 and 6am when it is usually not that busy. I do alot of training on the floor space and always have room. Very clean and friendly staff.

Today (Sunday 8-9-2020 3:00pm) the staff here is lazy a lot of things needed to be maintained and cleaned like bathrooms etc. We are in a time when things need to be taken care of just a little extra and today is not their day. When you see that the manager is here the work but today the sucked.

Friendly staff, machines in good state of repair, the vinyl isnt ripped. The bathrooms seem pretty clean. There are lockers that lock without having to bring my own. They have the machines I want and theres always a machine available. I like the idea of the 30 minute express workout if Im super pressed for time. There arent generally the gym bro grunts and groans. Good place.

I’ve been a member for planet fitness for well over eight years now. The atmosphere is wonderful he relaxing. Equipment is easy to use and the trainers are friendly and helpful. You will always find a class replaced to stretch and work out. Or maybe watch the Kardashian’s on TV on the treadmill :-)

About 8 months ago. I had a Job transfer from the west coast, to the east coast. Because of my work schedule, I need to find a gym that can accommodate my schedule. I was greeted with happy smiles at the A1A location in Palm Beach Gardens. Chase explained all the good reasons to join. Moving forward, I am now transferred back to the west coast. Which means, I no longer need planet fitness. So, I made the time , walked into the planet fitness here on the west coast. First impression, no happy smiles, most if the staff were on their cell phones. I actually had to say Hello . I explained my situation, the young attended said, you have to drive there to sign a cancellation document. I said, there must be another option. Another attendant looked up and said , just send them a certified letter. CARLY , the manager at the A1A location, called me, and also left me voice msg. All handled. Carly was respectful, assured me that everything will taken care of. She also, wished me luck at my new Job.Off course, if I ever get transferred back there again, I will absolutely back to Planet Fitness on A1A , Palm Beach Gardens, FLU.S. Marine Corps Veteran

Great environment to workout in

Went to Planet Fitness Palm Beach Gardens to check out that gym for my friend. The most cleanest gym I have ever seen. Carlye was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, she is great! Liked the taste of water in water fountains. I was glad I was told about Black Card Membership limitations, I was under impression that I can use my friends Black Card and use massage chairs and hydro massage. But I was told that I cant. Good that it wasnt hidden from me. I will join the gym myself since I cant share black card. But since I found out that I can only use other locations 10 times a month I have to wait until Jupiter gym opens. Overall, recommended for the beginner or to spoil yourself in the Spa, lol

Clean, neat, orderly

I cancelled my membership back in October because my foot is broken. Went to the gym told the front desk I need to cancel my membership due to surgery coming up, the said sure it is taking care off. Six month later I am still,getting charged call the manager at PGAi asked for a refund her name is CARLEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOTHING .

Very good gym, please be as cleansiderate as you claim to be in the locker rooms too.

This place is a scam. Manager is incompetent and the billing team here only knows how to scam and take your money even after you cancel. Run away from this gym and go to LA Fitness or some other gym instead. They at least know how to treat you and have a much better facility. Carlyle manager at this location is also unwilling to help customers and has no clue how to run her location. She has staff at the location calling customers names and that also talk a lot of smack about them. For judgment free zone there sure is a lot of judgment here what a joke this place is.

Clean facilities, pleasant staff, functioning equipment. I like the atmosphere of no judgement - especially since I am starting over in the gym.... that helps. Reasonable rates. I got the black card membership so I can relax after a workout on the hydrotherapy machines. Its worth a little extra money.

Great place to work out

I joined this gym on June 30th. A couple of weeks later I learned that I have a medical condition that requires surgery, with a recovery time period of at least 6 months. My doctor directed me to not do anything strenuous. As a result I decided to cancel my membership. I canceled on July 31st. When I canceled I was told that I still had to pay the $39.99 annual equipment fee. On August 1st that fee was drafted from my bank account. I was a member for 1 month. I cancelled due to a medical condition. I informed them of this fact. To still charge me a “annual” fee is complete B.S.. That is just wrong. Under the circumstances Planet Fitness should have waived that fee. I would have gladly considered joining again once my health is better, but not now. I want my $39.99 plus tax refunded to me immediately. I don’t care if your agreement gives you the right to charge me this fee, it is just wrong to charge me given my circumstances. That is terrible customer service. This gym doesn’t give a damn about customer service. They only care about their ridiculous annual equipment fee. Charging a fee when I won’t even be a member to use the equipment is outrageous. I’m sure they won’t even read this post, or let alone respond to it, which will only serve to prove my point. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and join a different gym.

They were very helpful with my medical cancellation and trying to find appropriate exercises that I can do in the meantime.

Great gym where the staff is always quite friendly. They clean more than any other gym (including other planet fitnesses) I’ve ever been to. The franchise itself obviously has prices that are next to impossible to beat. My only complaints of this location specifically are that the water fountains are always dirty and don’t seem to operate well and that the pizza Mondays/bagel Tuesdays are lacking relative to other locations.

The whole gym is very clean, never had a problem. The staff is always polite, friendly and attentive. It gets crowded sometimes but never overcrowded. There are plenty of machines, Ive only had to wait for something a couple times. Its so affordable and the great atmosphere doesnt hurt!

Good for me overall, fits my needs, and affordable. However, fact that there isn’t paper towels in the shower to wipe anything down or to wipe hands/ face is extremely annoying. We should not have to use the same sweat towel or bath towel to wipe sink, toilet, or sandal once out the shower.Research- hand air dryers hold collossal amounts of germs, mold, and bacteria.Besides, toilet tissue so thin that it shreds everywhere and one should have to keep going back and forth to the stall.

Planet Fitness is franchise gym that I have been to at least 51 plus times across the United States. The negatives were not obvious at this gym. The positive of this gym were it was large, clean, and well maintained. I would likely recommend Planet Fitness gym across the nation to any beginning exerciser due to its $10 membership fee or its $20 fee for access around the United States for a person travelling.
