We use them to clean our house every other week. They work fast and are very detailed. Very professional and polite and they love our dogs! They definitely clean my house better than I ever could. The products they use smell great and work really well.

We had previously used another local home cleaning service and was not happy with their thoroughness. She has a vested interested in both her clients and her employees. The same team has been cleaning our house every two weeks for the last year, and we have grown to know and love them. Even during these uncertain times, Rachel and her team are incredibly communicative and practice safe protocols. Little touches make the experience even better, like the personal reminder from Rachel herself about your upcoming cleaning appointment. The two ladies who come to my house are so friendly, have such attention to detail, and have the ability to clean your house probably better than you do.

We have used Rachel and her Team for many years. They have also been able to handle any client I have for them. Large homes of 20,000 sq ft to smaller homes 5-7000 sq ft. One time I needed a house deep cleaned after a construction project and she was able to get two dynamite people to clean and accomplish the task within 48 hrs. Rachel is a go getter and serious business women it is a pleasure to know her. We highly recommend Custom Cleaning.

Needed a move out clean on my two bedroom apartment. Called Rachel and she came out to see what needed to be done and gave me a quote which was very fairly priced. Jessica and Carla came out to clean and my place on the planned day and they made my place look AMAZING!!! Above and beyond what I expected! It looked brand new again. They showed up in time, worked hard, and were very sweet and pleasant. I have even decided to have them clean my new place! Let me just say that the first place I called for the move out clean wanted to give me a quote over the phone based on square footage and the quote was insanely high for my small apartment. That’s when I called Rachel who exceeded in every way. The first cleaning co. I called should take lessons from Rachel!

Five Star European Service! This amazing company just left my home today for my first clean. I cannot tell you the forensic and meticulous job that this team has accomplished in cleaning my home. I am a dog owner you literally cannot even believe that I would have a pet in my home after they have cleaned. I have lots of artwork from all over the world and 9 million places that require dusting. Not only did they come to my home for pre interview and give me a beyond fair estimate for their superior services but even the owner is here making sure every detail is perfect. Completely impressed! I thought I knew how to clean but boy was I wrong. I had no idea the floors werent brown and that you could actually see through the screens if they were cleaned! Seriously, the girls have been cleaning my home for over a year and have always done an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

Im very pleased with the service I got from Custom Cleaning of the Palm Beaches. They were very professional and detail-oriented. They surprised me by doing little things I didnt ask them to, like making my bed to make it look neat. Both girls took a lot of pride in their work. They arrived and finished on time. They did an excellent job and the price was beyond reasonable. I cant recommend Rachel and her girls enough.

Had a really great experience until Katarina broke something and then lied about it not realizing we could hear her lying on the phone to her boss Rachel about what happened.Luckily I happened to be home when she broke it. Would not recommend ever allowing that individual into your home as part of a cleaning team. It wasn’t so much the $144 item she broke, which they did replace, but the outright lying about it and trying to pretend she hadn’t broken it. I would never feel comfortable having her in my home again.

Dont use this place!These girls did a decent job cleaning but they made a mistake that cost me over $500.I have a medical practice and we keep medication in our fridge, the girls cleaned behind my fridge and accidentally turned it off for the entire weekend which damaged all the medication in the fridge. When I brought this up to the owner Rachel she called me a liar and told me that I was taking advantage of her.
