Perfect Pavers finished a large stripping, cleaning, resealing and re-sanding project for our natural stone pool deck and courtyard as well as a very old (and not well maintained) paver driveway. The entirety of the process from our original quote, to scheduling to the work was handled extremely professionally and everyone at PPC was great to work with. Casey complete]d all of the work at our house - he was excellent- timely, explained the process and worked, worked, worked diligently each and every day. I think I originally saw PPC’s advertisement on Facebook- did a little research and read a lot of great reviews- Absolutely agree with those - great experience (which is so rare, unfortunately, in South Florida!! We just signed up for aftercare service - great deal on that every six weeks to keep everything looking great (and us in the pool rather than cleaning!!)

Casey was our point person and executor. First he explained the proces, answered a bunch of questions then went to work. He moved furniture, cleaned, steamed, powerwashed, replaced sand between pavers then sealed them all. He then repaired a number of pavers along our garage entrance that had sunk over time. Our four year old travertine pool deck and lanai has beautiful pattered stone. It was never properly coated as I did not find a company that could properly do it with the right material. I then saw a Google review for Perfect Paver Co. online, contacted them. They have a very organized, customer-centric process which scheduled an estimate, outlines the scope of the work, the materials used and what to expect.Their website has great pictures, reviews and videos and their personnel are available to answer. Once I had my estimate and information, I agreed and the job was scheduled. Ethan, (a nice professional local guy) was my assigned technician and he called and texted me to let me know when they would be able to get going. It made a big difference and he answered all of my questions and concerns.I had Perfect Pavers clean, strip and reseal all of my pavers. The deck had spots of of algae, black molds, mildew, mineral stains and fading from intense sunlight. They cleaned the deck with an innovative steaming rotating brush thing like a floor buffer, got all the crud and stains off the tiles. They cleaned the stains and hard to get spots with cleaning spray. We wanted to restore the travertine, fix some loose and broken tiles, repair and level a few sunken tiles, re-sand the tile joints and seal to see if we could restore the pool patio area look brand new. I received a couple of quotes on the job, and while Perfect Pavers was not the cheapest, my patio looks like the deck was just installed. I also got great tips on how to clean and maintain my deck and a guarantee of their work.In short, I can highly recommend Perfect Pavers. Ethan and Ron did exactly what was promised and did it in two days and the results are beyond my expectations. The techs did a great job, were friendly and professional and the results are amazing. The name of the company tells all about what kind of work you can expect. The morning of their arrival, Casey and Sergio contacted me by text to let me know they were close to arrival. Upon arrival, Casey educated me of the many steps to be taken to restore my pavers to near perfect condition. Even with temperatures in the 80’s, Sergio and Casey could not have worked harder to accomplish the beautiful results they achieved. Though Sergio was only two months with the Company, he performed like a pro. Both men were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Perfect Paver sent 2 pros to my home today to perform free maintenance on my Paver patio. They evaluated what needed to be done based on their experience. They could have opted to do a quick job and made it simple. But not these guys...they noted removal of mold and grease stains that would make the job professional first. However they needed the right chemical to do it which they had to leave and purchase. Upon their return it was applied and it worked great removing all the stains so they could apply their sealer to my pavers. They inspected the patio before leaving noting a small area to be added to their work and completed it without any hesitation! I am excited that I selected Perfect Paver as my vendor and welcome the two gents back to my home at any future date as they can be counted on to do things right!

I looked for a long time for a good company to strip the existing sealer, Resand and reseal the pool pavers. I have sand blasted ice white marble that is only two years old but the old sealer was wearing off and yellowing. Gary with Perfect pavers called and explained the process showed me all of the materials that he was going to use. He called with ETAs, and addressed all of the issues. Was very professional and with a great disposition. Another thing I liked is that he was very supportive of the companies best practices and endorsement of products.The company will send you an introduction to the process and videos to watch. They explain the potential downfalls and are very responsive.I will be using them again, every two years, without a doubt.

From the office coordinators (Mary & Isabela) to the technicians (Ethan & Mack), dealing with Perfect Paver Co. was professional and easy.Technicians showed up on time, very respectable, professional and knowledgeable of their profession.Took 2 days as planned but only a few hours each day. They took care of everything, I didnt have to move anything.One problem.... as Florida weather is, we experienced a brief rain shower almost immediately after the sealer was completed and the technicians departed.I was a little concerned that I justed wasted a lot of money. But the following day I reached out to the technician and explained the situation, without hesitation, I was back on their schedule for them to return and repair and damaged areas due to the rain.They didnt cut corners, they resanded and sealed almost the entire project again.Very nice job.... highly recommended.

My pavers were installed a year and a half ago and needed to be cleaned and sealed badly. There was mold growing along the paver edges from irrigation system and some pavers were already slightly fading from constant sun exposure. Perfect Pavers came out and cleaned and sealed my pavers. They look BRAND NEW! Better even... because they really to the time to fill in EVERY joint with sand. The men who do the job are so professional and do not take shortcuts. They do quality work and the outcome is fantastic. It’s worth it to have them seal your pavers because they will do it right. Love companies that actually do a great job and are not just there to collect a check. Very quality work and I very highly recommend Perfect Pavers.

I gave these guys the messiest job. Had to chemically strip pavers around a pool deck. Pavers were white and nasty from mis care. All grout joints were just eroding. Perfect pavers came out and stripped and blew out all grout joints without killing plants or destroying pool area. Then they re-grouted and re-sealed. Came out like new. Very very messy job. Perfect pavers could not have been more professional. Highly recommend them!!!
