I have came here multiple times. I only had one time that I had a problem with the service. A package of mine got damaged and I was able to file a claim shortly after. Days later, someone reached out to me and we were able to solve the problem. I was able to pick up a check for the amount of damage items. I’m overall happy with the experience regardless of the damage package. The manager Liana I believe that’s how you spell it, was super nice and friendly to me about the whole situation! I’m glad we got it the situation resolved because she did an amazing job with handling the claim I filed. I would go and am going to still go back to this store to deliver my packages! The manager is rude and incompetent. She has not trained the employees properly in regards to customer service. They do not wear name tags and refuse to give you their names. Make sure you get the PSO Parcel Shipping Order by the cashier. They make you sign on the pad and don’t tell you why.Incorrect shipping information and can’t be trusted.Don’t go to this UPS store if you want your package delivered on time.

Had a frustrating experience, but relayed my feelings and they went out of their way to make it right. I am from Idaho and was impressed to find that level of customer care here.

Ive used this UPS store for the past two years as a mailing address and been highly pleased with their service. Always professional, courteous, friendly, and diligent. I never once had a problem with them, or a delivery. Fantastic customer service. They get my very highest marks and recommendations.

Good customer service most of the time. OnceI talked to someone really rude. My biggest issue is I moved out of state and they told me that they would hold on to my mail for 30 days after and forward it. when I called back to check on it they told me that they would not be doing it and my mailbox was rented to someone else so they just sent all my mail back. I ended up losing important mail.

Out of all the ups I go to this one my favorite , The young men at the front are always fast/friendly/helpful 5 stars!

If I could just give zero stars I will because the manager and the owner of the store are the worst ever, they damage my property and they try justify by saying that they havent inspected the item before they started to try find a good box for the item, so... Im asking? Do they dont have any procedure to receive the materials without a box? Soo this ups store doesnt reflect the quality standards for ups? Apparently not! and also a reaaaally bad mood to deal whit this kind of situations with the clients because the manager actually blames you for everything and she like to yell to the clients.

Associate Liana is an amazing employee. There was a few people in store and she took the time to be friendly to everyone! Amazing customer service even in stressful times. Thank you Liana!!!

Efficient location for dropping off or having them ship stuff!Ive used this location for both simple drop-offs (like returning something to Amazon where I already have it packed and labeled) or for more complex tasks where I need them to provide boxes and packaging materials.The waits are generally short or non-existent. Seems like they always have adequate staff and are eager to help.I see that they also have Post-Office style boxes available for rent. I dont use that service, but if your home business needs a separate mailing address, this seems like a good option.

I guess it depends when you go. Went on a Saturday before and the young men who work there are awesome. But today, a Sunday, some old mean miserable lady was there. Says cashier name is Alan on my receipt. So rude talking to me like I am an idiot when I was returning something to Amazon. Terrible TERRIBLE service. Id do business else where for sure.

I have used this UPS store for over 2.5 years, and I havent had a single issue. I have a mail box, have used the computer and copy services, shipped lots of packages, and used the notary service. The owners and staff are awesome. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

I stopped by there today had a big print job that I needed completed in a few hours. They stepped up, put priority on my project and called me when it was finished :D fifteen booklets that I can now present to my customer. Awesome work everyone!!!!

Absolute disaster at UPS store 6279.Amazon gave me option to print free label on site, to send the label to store email the sloth clerk said it’s a fee of $3.99, additionally there was a fee for credit charges under $5.12-17-2019

Hours. On Sunday. 12:00 to 4:00. It’s 3:43 PM. Is Close are ready people walking back with their package. Why they close before 4:00 pm

I had some Amazon returns my other store was unable to bother help.But Jade was kind to Tolerant of me .. and it turned in to a paying shipping job.They have better parking also

On their web page shows that they close at 6;30pm I got here at 6:10 and is closed
