We have nothing but good things to say about our Oxford Post Office. Weve used them for personal and business mail for many years. You can schedule package pickup, or drop off to the friendly staff. Great service!

COVID-19 alert:I live in Oxford and went to Miami as a grad student. The people that work at this USPS are so friendly and helpful. Best USPS experience I have ever had. I will point out that on Thursday Oct. 8th, when I was at this location, only 1 employee behind the counter out of 3 visible were wearing masks, and the 2 other customers in line were also not wearing masks.

I love our post office! The employees are kind and helpful! We often get baby chicks, live bees, plants and other oddly shaped packages for our farm. They are always great in taking the extra step to help them arrive safely.

The post office well this post office here in Oxford Ohio theyre really good group of people indeed they are. Always available to help anyone with any questions theyll look into any situation you may come across and get real solutions.. that the office, my post-person, cant say post man cuz theres women too. Any how the person delivers my mail is awesome, Im keeping their identity a secret I wanna keep this person as my post- person.. any how of Ive any issues here at my residence I must leave a note for them and Ill get an acceptable answer next morning. Tathelky good people at this post office I wouldnt trade for any other.. keep it up yall..oooh BTW if you live within Oxford downtown. Or up town.. the post office is within walking distance and its a nice walk only takes me bout 15 mins from my place like I said. Nice walk, good for ya

Great post office. Every employee works hard and does the best they can to not give you any attitude despite how ignorant your questions are. If you come in here completely clueless and its busy, dont expect them to hold up service to everyone else to hold your hand. Be patient and they will help you.

For the last 50 years the Oxford Post Office has done a great job for our family. Every visit is efficient. Staff are skilled and patient despite the pressures of the job. They have even been fantastic in special situations, such as calling me at 5:30 am to let me know that baby chicks and older livestock had arrived, giving them the best chance of health and survival. Oxford folks have known the staff for years. We appreciate them and see that they do right by us. It makes me sad that some people are impatient or rude when they need to wait in a line- obviously there are some busy times when that can happen, as in any business. But I really appreciate the caring and dedication of Oxfords post office staff.

This is the BEST post office that we have in Oxford! The staff are absolutely wonderful! They assist you with your shipping needs and even help you pack your boxes if needed. They are ALWAYS pleasant yet move the lines along quickly! No better place in Oxford to use for postal needs! To the comments below - you have mistaken this post office for our HORRIBLE Federal post office! This post office on Jackson does not deliver mail , they only receive packages, letters, etc. TO BE MAILED. I agree that our federal postal delivery in OXFORD is atrocious!!! Our Jackson Avenue group ARE THE BEST!!

Ive seen many international students treated badly here. I am not an international student myself but Ive had to step in to defend international student friends who I have driven here and just wanted to mail a package. Unfortunately there are some racist employees at this post office. Now that a new post office has opened on campus, I think its better to go there instead.

My personal experience was not terrible but what I saw someone else experience was stupid. While in line, in front of me there was two people who had difficulty speaking English. They were having a hard time understanding the tracking number system between UPS and USPS. They didn’t sound like they were mad or upset, but Carey was EXTREMELY rude to them. That’s kind of rediculus for someone to be treated badly at the post office just because they are having a hard time understanding.

My package was sent to this location when I went to pick it up they sent me to the other office claiming that they dont receive packages. I went to the other office they told me they never received it.Basically someone stole my package. I never got it.

Probably the worst place in Oxford. One of the female associate seems like always has attitude when she serves people. She does not explain the package drop-off policy clear herself but even sounds like yelling at me. It is unbelievable! How could we have such a rude and unfriendly to serve our community. Ill go to UPS next time and never come back to the USPS again!!!

This post office has lost multiple of my packages in the two years I’ve depended on them. I’ve never had an issue with Fed-Ex or UPS, but the post office has lost multiple. When I talk to them, they try to blame me. One time they claimed it was rejected when I was there literally the entire day and it never showed up.

Big parking lot. The service is okey, but not great.

Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable people.

While small, it was not busy and has better hours than the main post office.
