Called about my package that had been thrown out of the truck at the end of my driveway, Nicole the manager was HORRIBLE she argued with me, told me that’s how it was sent to them which is untrue since I have the package being delivered on camera. They need to find someone who knows how to work in customer service and not put the blame on everyone else when her workers are at fault. The attitude she had when we were speaking to her on the phone was absolutely disgusting, she was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Terrible shipping service. Company has ruined 2 shipments - one by delivering a box of perishables (meal service food delivery) COMPLETELY OPEN/TAPE CUT, so we couldnt verify the items hadnt been tampered with or dirt introduced into the package etc.Now, they had unknown issues with delivering another box of perishables (meal service food delivery) and are going to be a day late, which means the food is now going to be spoiled due to length of transit without temp control. This box was shipped by the provider on Friday, supposed to be delivered on Saturday morning, and now wont potentially be delivered until Sunday (potentially evening). Ice packs do NOT last that long, so all the raw meat and refrigeration-required items are going to be spoiled... which is our dinners for the week. Great job! :)UPDATE: The second package was mysteriously never delivered (or even attempted) on neither Sunday, Monday, or any day after. The seller had to refund us the money for our order.

Package was promised for the Second of the month. It has not arrived yet. It is the Ninth of the month. Each night I get a delivery delayed email. This is most unsatisfactory and I will never have a delivery from either this company or the company that utilized them.

They need to do a upgrade on a managers no good poor workers. Complete attitude they need to put real people the love their job. There people I bet doing a lot work and they don’t paid enough.

I ordered a computer from Staples on a Friday.I was told since it was out of stock it would be shipped directly to my home, no later than the following Monday by this delivery service.On that Monday I was told by this delivery service that the order was on the truck and would be delivered no later than 5:00 PM that day.It was never delivered that Monday.The next day I received an email apologizing and assuring me that the order would be delivered no later than 5:00 on Tuesday.Tuesday came and went with no delivery.When I contacted this delivery service directly, after being disconnected and having to call back, I was told that the driver had just turned around on Tuesday and the delivery would have to be rescheduled yet again.Two days I waited with no telephone call, no email, and absolutely no contact whatsoever telling me there was an issue.I told the rep to forget about it and that I was canceling the order and was seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.After I finally sent an email to this company they responded and I was able to share with them my issues.I guess it worked because the delivery was finally made on Wednesday.It seems the delivery company had to bring in drivers from another location.While I appreciate the last ditch effort it was way too late because I had already cancelled the order with Staples.Now I am the one burdened with returning the computer to the store and spending hours with the credit card company trying to get my money back.Do yourself a favor; make sure if you order from Staples they guarantee you they will not use this delivery service.Your order will never arrive on time.Dr. Joe

I went to this company to do delivery on call and the office is really nice. She explain verything to me about insurance and they going to charge me $27 for insurance every week for the delivery items and when I start working she told me that I have to pay for the background, drug test so when I start working the first week I may have $134 but $70 went to the payment that I have to do for my own drug test and background and the $27 so at the end I just came with $60 and I tried to do it one week and that week can make $130 but next week she text me that I was negative $5 because I have to pay to make the payment for for everything I really waste my time my money because everything that I did I was a gas tolls and Miles time I dont think its worth it

Worst service ever . They were supposed to deliver my package the other day there excuse is we didnt have enough time. So they tell me it will be delivered the next day still now 4:03pm and still no package. They said said the driver was 45 min away its now been about an hour since this call. Will I ever get my product. Took off two days for work in a row so u can sign for this package . What takes them so long. Worse service dont know why staples uses this company.

Worst service ever. I dont know why Staples uses this company. 100% of the orders that are supposed to be delivered by them have gone missing, failed to be delivered, etc. The driver has even lied and said the package is delivered and signed for my ME! Staples makes it right, but they keep using them. Dont understand...

I read all reviews about this company and all reviews about how much you make to working here is true.its a kind of modern slavery in the market.you work for staples and office depot products delivery to their costumers for free.i stand 1 week here.i spent too much money for dot medical card,drug test,company jersey,device rent,truck inspection card and etc..they gave me copy paper delivery with 20 miles drive and i made 5 dollars from that delivery..it was like a ok.you can see their add everywhere at internet like you make $700-$1000..dont believe its not true..only good think about this company is their employees are nice to you at warehouse..thats why i gave 1 star..

Staples uses them and I waited several days for a delivery that never came. Finally I called Staples, got the tracking numbers, and called them myself. They give a delivery window of 9 to 5, which is unacceptable, and then they dont even show up for several days. Use only if you dont care when/if your items get delivered!
