First time to send shipment with this company and am afraid if they don’t respond will be the last time. Sent 9 boxes along with a brand new microwave which the box had never been opened. The microwave arrived with extreme damage in the front door part of the electronic. I have called multiple time as has my mother who received them and only get a ringing line to a full answering machine.

An amazing experience. The items got to Santo Domingo in very good timing. The boxes were sealed and nothing was ruined or missing. Terrible experience. My two boxes were picked up on September 3 and its now the 26th and no boxes. I call every week, they give me a different story, its on the container, its in customs you should get a call for delivery by Thursday, and today, Friday, now its going to be delivered by Tuesday. What a bunch of crock! Worst than Ligerito Cargo, if not just as bad. Well, no more business from my or my family for them.

I have really been shipping boxes with them for over five years and had had such an unpleasant experience with customer service so far.The person who answers the phone says one thing for another apparently is not qualified to attend and give the proper information I hope they take it into account

The prices rose too much when in November the box was at 55 dollars, now call in April and it is at 75 dollars per box, too expensive

It is the most irresponsible and lying company that can exist. I sent a box to Rep Dom, exactly 1 month ago and my relatives have not received it, but the most uncomfortable of all is that they give me a totally different explanation from here, in conclusion lies and more lies. I sent two boxes to Sosua Dominican Republic three months ago and they have not delivered it to me and now they tell me that they are not responsible for the boxes that are sent with them that I have to send them to answer for my boxes

Sent a gas range stove and arrived in approximately 3 weeks to its final destination in DR.Even though they never pick up the phone, they call you back after you leave a message.Comparing to their competitors was the cheapest priceI had a very good experience, first time we used this company. We sent a new gas stove to DR and it arrived in about 3 weeks and intact.Although they dont answer the phone when you call, they call you back after a while.Comparing the price with the other companies this was the cheapest.
