Scheduled an appointment to have my order delivered and they driver never showed up. The time frame that was given to me was from 2pm to 6pm. Around 5pm I called the company and told me that the driver was running late and I informed them that it was no problem and that I was going to patiently wait. The outcome was that the driver never arrived. I understand that there could be inconveniences etc. But please, nowadays, companies have all the information they need to keep the customer updated. A courtesy call, text, email to give me a brief update would have been gladly appreciated. Please be considerate of the customer that is taking half day off to be at the house to receive their shipment. As of today, shipment is 2 days late. PRO #900109895

Driver shows up to drop freight at our place a few times a week. The ABSOLUTE WORST company in the freight/Logistics business!! We have used them all. RUDE DRIVER. RUDE CALL CENTER. This company CLEARLY deserves nothing but 1 stars. They DO NOT CARE about any customer.Management: DO NOT APOLOGIZE to me in a reply. FIX YOUR TEAMS ATTITUDE and your SERVICE or lack thereof. YOU have SERIOUS PROBLEMS with your drivers.

I dont have the slightest idea how these people have jobs with the bad reputation they are creating across the board. The most disrespectful and rude person in the entire US, works there, her name is Trish. I wish I had recorded the impudence with which this lady told me that if I had any complaints about her treating me as she was scolding me, I should speak to her manager Kevin, sounding as there was no control or corrected action this gentleman would implement over the mistreatment this lady is projecting on the public that is using the service, a total lack of respect. Not to mention the late delivery and the drivers refusal to access the area where I live. If you want the absolute worst service in the shipping industry use tforce logistics. Too many issues to list but the worst was getting hung up on by the customer service agent. 0/10 for customer service and professionalism.

I had a Thursday call and scheduled a Friday delivery between 10 and 2. 4pm and no delivery. Called the company and the rep stated that the package wouldnt be delivered today. I asked if they deliver on Saturday and the answer was no. Took a half day off work to pickup the delivery which turned into a full day. Thanks for turning my expensive purchase into an unnecessarily expensive purchase.

Ordered a package through Amazon over two weeks ago. After some time I contacted the seller due to the package possibly being lost. They informed me this was the company they shipped my package through and it showed delivered on May 4th. Checked with all the neighbors, around the home, in my mailbox, ect. No sign of the package. Emailed this company to inform them I never received the package even though they claim it was delivered and requested proof. They sent me a screenshot of someone else’s signature. They can’t provide proof of the delivery to MY address. I wouldn’t use them at all. I don’t trust this company. I don’t know how irresponsible their workers could be to deliver packages to the wrong addresses constantly.

We were missing a package and the company we ordered from resent it. It showed up on time and the delivery driver, Ramone, went above and beyond. He checked in with us to ensure all of our packages arrived afterward. He was most helpful and definitely redeemed the situation.

Its no wonder this company has such bad reviews, and 0 stars on customer service. I just came out of a well supposed interview but did not even get in the door. Was told to ask for Phil and we assumed it was him because he was disgusted by us asking and started the interview right there outside we just walked away from him, congrats TForce for the worst management skills you all have in your work place.

National call center= lack of service, kindness and personal attentiveness. I work for a large corporation near Orlando and I can promise you I will never try to use this company again unless forced to. I called once and received someone who obviously hates their job.

Terrible. I have no clue why Walmart has given them a shipping contract. First order was delayed over a week and I called Walmart who reshipped me the items again only to be sent by Tforce again. Never showed up the 2nd time. 2 weeks later... I have to go to the brick and mortar store and take a 4, 3, 1yr old and infant with me to buy diapers and wipes because now I am out. Very disappointed in Walmart for choosing them.

Never use this company! They have failed 4 times to deliver different shipments to me. The finally sent me a picture as proof of delivery for one of the recent ones. In the picture it shows the house number, which isnt even mine.

Walmart hired TForce to deliver my package the tracking information is Super inconsistent Supposedly it was delivered to A DOOR which door I live in a community of MANY DOORS on one date than a RED note reports INCOMPLETE. Walmart customer Service received a different date.This I believe is the first time Walmart had this company deliver to me I hope it will be the last since the delivery was never receivedCLEAN UP YOUR ACT

Walmart has suddenly decided to send my packages via TForce and this company is not the most reliable. I arrived home expecting to see my package outside as the notice said it had been delivered at 4pm, no package. Called the gate, no one from TForce had come by that day. Called the company, they tracked the driver, he delivered it to the wrong address. To add insult to injury, I was kept on hold for 15 minutes.

Never on time...their information always differs from the shipper ,and 6 times they have been 5 or 6 days later then the scheduled delivery date. No excuse for that.
