We needed a type of key that wasnt available in the machine, so we ordered custom copies which would be sent to us. The keys arrived within the promised time-frame, and they work perfectly. You have an excellent system.

A very good price for a spare key, and it works great!

I used the KeyMe machine in the Orem Bed Bath & Beyond. This is a quick, easy way to get spare keys. I would recommend only purchasing the brass keys though (I purchased 2 of these). I bought one key with the polka dot coating so it would stand out on the key ring and the extra layer did not allow the key to function properly (hence the star deduction). I thought I might break it off in the door if I wasn’t careful. Again, the regular brass keys work great

AVOID THIS COMPANY! -- We lost the key to one of our older cars. We called several companies and got bids. The KeyMe bid was high but they kept calling me back and reducing the price and they said they could come right over so I said yes. The guy was 30 minutes late or so, but that is fine. The first thing he did was tell me that it would be an extra $60 to unlock the car? WTH? I said on the phone that the car was locked. It took him literally 2 minutes to unlock the car. Had I known, I could have unlocked it myself with a hanger before he got there. Then after he was done, he tried to sell me an extra key for $70. Pass. He put on the hard sell telling me it would be difficult to get another key anywhere else. Zero trust left at this point. Finally, I handed over my credit card and he told me it would be an extra 3% for a credit card fee. Ha - of course. This was a masterful performance in bait and switch. -- Sadder but wiser in Utah.

If your key has a chip you have to wait a few days but that simple scan got me a key that worked perfectly.

We were locked out Saturday night and we called and set up an appointment to get our car opened. They told us they would be there in 20-25 min. 30min later we called to see where they were and they said that we had canceled our appointment... most confusing conversation I’ve ever had.
