Took in the truck, 1st theory of issue didnt work. Called them back they worked us in the next day and it works great. They counted price paid of initial service towards second day. Very reasonable pricing. I will go back if I ever need to.

Run by very understanding, competent people. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a great deal. Also, he took the time to explain what was going on with my alternator and give me options to fix or replace. Ill go again when I need to.

My car needed a new alternator and they squeezed us in the same day and got it done. They were incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient. And on top of all that, I ended up paying significantly less than I had anticipated so that is definitely a plus too. Overall, it was a great experience!

TERRIBLE customer service. Scheduled an appointment to get my car fixed, brought it in that morning and was told they couldnt see it that day and to bring it back 4 days later. My husband took work off that morning to drop it off and when he got there was told they couldnt get it in that day AGAIN!!! And was told to bring it back in 2 days..... SO FRUSTRATED!! Never going back again. Please take your vehicle somewhere else. FOLLOW-UP..... I dont know what you consider an appointment but telling us to bring it back on a specific day on 2 separate occasions qualifies as an appointment.... and telling us both times that you cant see us that day and that we cant leave the car with you.... very unprofessional. Also you didnt seem too apologetic when my husband came back to pick up our car, and you told him to leave and that you wouldnt help us because of the review we left..... I dont know how you are still in business??

Master at all things electrical and figuring out tricky issues!Very busy shop - a bit difficult to schedule an appointment. Helps if youre able to drop your car off the day before or even leave your car for a couple of days. (I dont think they have a night drop box, so during business hours.)

I wish I could give these guys ten stars, they were that unbelievable. My car had an electrical problem that was causing me grief for two years. I went through two alternators and one battery before taking it to these guys who found it was just a disconnected wire. This was after I racked up a $500+ labor bill at a different mechanic who said the problem was “out of their area of expertise.”Any electrical problem is usually an easy fix that could potentially take up a lot of time. These guys didn’t waste time. They had my job done in 1.5 hrs and it was done right! For ANY electrical problem, go to these guys first! I took my car in because my check charging system light kept coming on, and i needed a headlight replaced. They told me my battery was too small and thats why my light kept coming on and charged me for the headlight. Only to take my car back in 3 days later because my headlight was still out. And my charging system still has issues even after trading out my battery. They put no effort into my car. And I left it with them for a whole week while I was out of town to be sure they had the time to properly look it over. I wont be going back to them.

My car had an electrical short that I could never find. Arts Auto Electric found it quickly, fixed the problem, and fixed a few other problems to make sure something like what occurred wouldnt happen again. They were fast, competent, and charged a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done.

These guys are good at what they do. After taking my truck with an electrical short to another shop that wasted several days and still could not find the problem, I found out about Arts and took it there last night. They had found and completed the repair by 10 AM this morning. The cost was very reasonable and well worth the money to get my truck driveable again.Highly recommended. There is no substitute for a mechanic shop that knows well their specialty.

These guys are incredible ... I spent thousands on an issue with my Mercedes ... European car shop could not figure it out the dealer could not figure it out Arts had it figured out in a few hours and charge me a fraction of what I thought it would cost I would highly recommend the shop for any electrical work on your vehicle
