WELL DONE! This barbershop was behind the amazing haircut I have right now. It was their barber who amazingly handles it, and it was nice because the charges are not that high. I couldnt ask for more from these guys because I was greatly satisfied with the outcome. Keep up the great work!

The worst haircut I ever seen. Not professional

I didnt ask the ladys name she was an older lady but was the nicest and cut my hair very fast in a good way she talked to me like i was family or somethimg just very friendly.

Weve been to Super Cuts in different locations and this is the first time we went on this location at Orange. The lady is very polite and very nice. Face coverings are required so we make sure we are wearing one. And this other lady employee came walking around inside from the back to work area and so on with a mask down. Not wearing it properly because it doest cover the mouth and nose. I politely ask if she can wear her mask properly and she didnt quite understand so i have to repeat myself and she responded WHY !!! I replied because you have a policy of face coverings is required. And then she ask me that I have to leave the store. I am not trying to be a male Karen here but i just want to make sure we keep everyone safe especially with this pandemic going on. But have that set aside, my son loves his new hair cut so much!

My experience with another stylist was awful here but I came the next day to get it fixed by Janeth who does an amazing job very sweet and gets your hair done exactly how you want it and takes her time she is awesome I highly recommend her.

Went in with long hair asking for shoulder length hair all the same length with layers. Teresa cut my hair, and I had a hard time communicating with her but showed her a picture of what I wanted. She cut my hair the correct length in the back but shorter in the front, and it looked to me like a mullet. I went back in and had the manager fix it, so now it just looks like a short bob. I was happy the manager was nice and was able to make it look like a real hair cut that I paid for, but its going to take at least a couple of months for me to grow it to the length I wanted so Im still not happy with my experience. Also, when the manager was fixing my hair, another guy came and had Teresa fix the hair cut she had given him, so if you MUST go to this place, at least avoid having her cut your hair. The haircut was 22 dollars... I wish I had paid a bit more and went to a real salon.

I called in ahead of time and asked if they had an opening to color my hair. The women on the phone said yes. So I set an appointment for 10 am. I had to take a lyft to get there as well. Once I arrived I gave my name and asked if I should wait outside or was it ok to wait inside. The women again asked what I was getting and I told her once again for my hair to be colored that’s when she tells me oh we can’t color hair today. So I waisted almost 20 bucks with lyft. Because I just ended up having to take a lyft back home. Now I’ll have to spend more money to take a lyft to and from another hair salon. What happened was very unprofessional and could have been avoided had the women actually understand what I was saying. I believe they have a women answering that only speaks Spanish and not English. If she didn’t understand what I was saying she should have given the phone to someone that did.

I get my haircut here regularly and I dont specify a barber, generally I get a low fade, slickback on top and the result has always been great. Im not picky and let the barbers do what they were trained to do and it always turns out great. No complaints at all.

Was time for a change to my long, one length hair. I brought a picture in of a long shag and Jackie listened to my concerns and custom cut it to fit my face. The test is how it looked the next morning: fabulous! Will definitely go back to that SUPER cool chic with the black hair and full sleeve tattoo.

The staff has the worst possible customer service I have ever seen!!! I entered was not greeted, waited 15 minutes while they chit chatted with their clients after they were done paying. Then, another customer walked in, where he was greeted and asked about an appointment and sat immediately! At that time I took my kids and left!!

Everyone their is very friendly and helpful. They know how I like my haircut and they know how to make it nice and tight in the back of my head.

I went to get my bangs trimmed, Ive done this at other Supercut locations. I have my bangs frame my face, and said I wanted the same style but trimmed. The hairstylist cut my bangs straight across ruining my haircut. I didnt know what to say, and will now have to wear hats until my bangs have grown out. I understand they were busy, but I would be very embarrassed if my cilent left my store with this haircut.If you are going, take specific photos and be very specific about how you want your hair trimmed.

Maybe it was just my stylist, but I wasnt so happy with the service in this place. Although, there wasnt really a long wait, and it didnt take too long. Still, I $20 haircut is a little bit crazy, considering you can get a much cheaper one at a nearby barber shop.

The name of the lady who cuts my hair is Jackie. I currently live in Mission Viejo and I will drive to see her. She really brings out my personality in my hair and she makes me feel comfortable enoufh that I can describe in my silly descriptions what I want to do with my hair.

I give it a 5 star because the hairdresser was very polite and made sure I was happy throughout the process. This is the second time I come here and I’m sure I’ll be back again.
