Slow service. Over 3 hours to unload a partial load at the Omaha location. Grand Forks, Plymouth, Bensenville, here, they all have service issues for unloading. Used to be better.

Front desk is rude. Unloading is super slow. Over 3 hours for 18 pallets.

The receptionist and the receiving clerk were both very rude. No reason they couldnt be polite. It seems as if they really hate truck drivers. And the capstone lumper service charged for things they did not do. Overall a horrible place to deliver.

I was pensive about this place due to the other reviews. Showed up at 6am for a 9am appt. Was out by 8:30am. Either I got lucky or this place is getting better.

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated immediately walking into the check in office. So I dropped my mask in a puddle while getting out of my semi. Before I could even ask for a new mask I’m getting insulted and called names. To the two broads working the check in office and acting mask police go to hell. Not even an apology after explaining my situation.

Great job guys let us check in early and had us gone 1.5hr much better then they use to be

Waiting for 3 hours already to take off 2 palets and after I paid Lumper fee I still have to wait, so I am not done yet. That its somting normal with Capstone Logistics, BAD management-SLOW workers - wasting time!

If you get your supplies from US Foods, be aware they do not have hand washing facilities. I would change suppliers immediately.I dont know how these places get away with providing only portapotties with no hand washing station available. I mean, legally, I dont know how they get away with it during a pandemic. They say use hand sanitizer, but that is not an effective means of combating the spread of germs absent hand washing.

Quit showing up early to these guys. Appt at 930 arrived 920 at door 1230. You come here you have started your clock and are waiting for free. Show up on time and wait as your getting paid for waiting. I’m tired of showing up early to these shippers/receivers and waiting for free.

If you are going to be delivering here make sure you stop by the truck stops before coming here and use the restrooms or you’ll be stuck using portapotties. They are not allowing truck drivers to use the restrooms on site. All in all this is an okay place to deliver. The receiving clerk doesn’t seem like knows what’s going on.

Good place to deliver. Fast service. Lumper service available. Plenty of room for maneuvering. Receiving starts at 0600 and stops receiving at 1300. Ahead of me was a driver checking in with a 0900 appointment and got a door assignment right away. No overnight staging available.

Very worst place ever they making money from nowhere my appt by rate confirmation was at 7.30am I have checked in at 7.04am the receiver told that my appt was at 6am so for 1 hour they charged me 250$ for late fee I have paid for late fee because I was hauling ice cream I needed to get unloaded as soon as possible now its 11am still Waiting to get unloaded. Make sure guys your appt time and dont get additional charges if possible stay away from this place you gonna just waste your valuable time

Checked in at 8 am finally out by 12 pm so slow they cant even tell you why they have a job

I was in and out in under an hour. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Really nice to see the chesty blonde receiving clerk.

U.S. Foods has served Greenfields many years of wonderful services and products. A great team serving Nebraska.

Those geniuses dont even have the hours of operation listed in their website neither will give you the hour of operation if you were to call????If you call their phone number the automated will give you the option of 9# for Direction and hours of operation but that option only gives you the direction. Thats stupid

Tried to call to make delivery but they do not give hours of operation only directions. Gate is locked, they have no gate guard on duty and you cannot park anywhere near the facility except a convenience store about a half a mile away. All businesses around the area has gated entrances so you cannot park there either. This is frustrating since I have a second delivery to make in seven hours that is two hours away. Looks like I may be here for another 24 hours. What can you expect from US Foods? Better off servicing Sysco, their food and product line are much better anyway.

US FOODS Has really taken a dive....And this site more than others....Office staff were okay a few crabby old ladies but decent...folksHowever Capstone Lumper ServiceIs out of control.. Overcharging forservices rendered, no body calls you when your unload is complete, and if you question any of this strange unprofessional behavior....You are told to the get the ***k out of thier warehouse....Oh and US FOODSERVICE does nothing to intervene...Its as if they approve of this foolishness....

This place is the worst! Took hour to just check in to get a door, was here a hour before my appt and now its two hours past my appt and they havent even started me yet!!

Fast food employees and staff are friendly and courteous the lumpers is a different story they have a tendency of dragging their feet.

Appt at 7 show up at 630am on a door immediately 5 hours later still being unloaded.
