The whole crew were professionally working with one another. Safety was paramount and everyone kept busy. My trees were trimmed perfectly as I asked and the clean up was awesome. They set the bar in the tree service business. As a repeat customer, I highly recommend using this company!

Very positive experience. Lindsey was willing to call, email, text, etc. (whatever was easiest for me) . They took down three VERY tall ash trees and their price was several hundred less than two other companies. They also left the yard with minimal damage. The only thing I didn’t realize was that they don’t grind the stumps themselves, so there was a week between removing the trees and removing the stumps. It wasn’t a big deal but, if you want all the work done on the same day, you may want to bring that up. I did also think the stump grinding was a little expensive (but the grinder did do a very good job- ground it 6-8 inches deep).

We got many quotes and Cut and Grind was the most reasonable. They showed up the day they said they would exactly on time, got right to work, and we’re done in no time! Bonus points to them for being extra careful around my landscaping! They’re also super easy to reach via text or email. I would use them again and would highly recommend them!

Just in case you don’t want to be bothered with reading a lengthy review you can stop here with the understanding that this company is 5 stars with not only the tree trim, tree removal and stump removal but also their professionalism and clean up.I had gotten several bids to get a massive tree trimmed and to remove several trees on my property. I went with Grind and Cut because I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. My biggest fear was that I was just the small guy to be put on the backburner since my job was not large. Not only was that untrue but they came back ahead of schedule to complete the stump removal. Their crew fine toothed my yard for every branch, leave and splinter. I told them that I was confident that my YARD looked better than before they even stepped foot on my property. They were quick and extremely proficient.I did have several bids in which the folks were NOT insured. When removing trees – that is one of the most important aspects that often gets overlooked. That and the lack of knowledge can go unnoticed during a quick bid.Don’t waste your time like I did talking to so many different people. Time is money and the cherry on top is their competitive prices!

The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing. Very timely with responses/showing up, very friendly and did an amazing job in a very short period of time! They trimmed more than expected on our very large silver maple tree and cleaned up all debris when they were done. We will be using this company in the future for any tree trimming/removal needs.

So glad I found these guys!!! I learned about Cut and Grind on my neighborhood app. The comments were all favorable. Now I know why!! Lindsey responded to my message almost immediately. Within 24 hours she and Brett were at my house looking at the job and provided a written estimate. The work was performed ahead of schedule. The crew was friendly, polite, extremely respectful of my property, worked efficiently, cleaned up beautifully and confirmed that I was satisfied with everything they did. They also noticed a downed branch in my neighbors yard and grabbed it and raked where it had been laying!!!! Who does that...thoughtful, customer service oriented people!!! Great work, on time at a fair price. Could not be more satisfied.

The backyard has not looked this good in many years! There were so many branches that needed to be pruned or completely cut off around the entire backyard it was ridiculous. They got rid of a small jungle of volunteer trees down by the fence line and another one under the front bay window. Brett and his crew not only cleaned up just about every last tiny twig left in the yard with rakes but completely cleaned the street up where there chipper was as well. Great service at an even better price!
