Thanks to the storm this summer, I had a small tree that split and some very low hanging branches that were right on our power lines! I had contacted a couple places and heard absolutely nothing from them for 2 weeks. When I contacted Arbor Aesthetics, I heard within 15 minutes. Even though they were swampes, they were responsive and friendly. I had to wait a while for the tree removal, but it was worth it.They did damage our old, rotting retaining wall that we hadnt gotten replaced yet, but they were still willing to at least help stabilize it for us. Which was greatly appreciated.Overall, I recommend them. Even when I had to leave while they were working. They quickly moved everything out of my way! This company has a great crew.

Arbor Aesthetics was great! I learned a lot of useful info about our trees during our consultation. When the crew arrived they were friendly, professional and quick. The day after I discovered that they had missed a large dead branch in one of our trees (a result of recent storm damage) and called to tell them. They had a crew in our area and came by that same day to take care of it. Great customer service!

I love my Ash tree and Arbor Aesthetics and their EAB Treatment just seemed like the logical decision to keep my beautiful tree healthy. They made it very easy and convenient and I highly recommend them. I hope that someday Ash Borer no longer threatens my tree but until then I will continue to treat my Ash every other year.

The estimator came out when he said he would, the scheduling was easy and service excellent! I dont experience many contracting companies that are communicative and show up within the timeframe given, so it was refreshing to work with a company that blew all competitors out of the park with their service and professionalism. Absolutely amazing job and service. The Arbor Aesthetics website says that they will text you within 15 minutes of receiving your quote request (during business hours I assume), and while I was at first doubtful, this is a true statement! I was contacted immediately, had an appointment scheduled, and the whole process continued to be productive and seamless from there. The quote I was given did not change. On the day of the trimming, the tree workers did a walk through with me both before and after, and they cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Arbor Aesthetics, from their administrative quality to their tree work, they are the best.

We are very satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness we received. Our tree estimate was very thorough and he priced out anything and everything, even on trees we weren’t considering. There was no pressure to do more than what we wanted. What really meant a lot to us was the fact that our service wasn’t supposed to happen until 12/18. On 12/7, they called us and said they were in our neighborhood and could do our trees that day! A week and a half early! And our trees look amazing. Thank you so much!

A team of 4 arborists came out to service our 65+ yr old Elm and were efficient, safe (even saw them correcting/aiding each other with proper rope technique), and professional (not a single arborist was smoking on the job...this is a major pet peeve of mine, so this was major!). Overall, very friendly staff in the office, and very professional and highly-skilled workers in the field. A+

Arbor Tree Aesthetic’s is a well run professional tree service. The trimmers consider and follow the homeowner’s wishes while trimming. They do an excellent job with clean up after trimming is done.

Arbor Aesthetics did a fantastic job of pruning all of our trees today. We have used them in the past for stump removal and a few other services and I have only good things to say about the entire process from the initial phone call to the estimate to the end result. We had tree trimming, tree removal, Emerald Ash Borer treatment, and Iron treatment services performed.Adrians crew (I believe Dillon/Dylan and Sam were with him) did the trimming and tree removal. Their team worked efficiently, and verified that I was happy with the work performed before they left.Amy performed the EAB treatment, but ran out of tags to mark the tree. She left a card indicating she would be back later in the week and get the tag added, and the tag was on the tree the day.Mike handled the iron supplement, and there were no issues with the service.Each person showed up at the designated dates/times, the work quality was excellent, estimates and billing went smoothly, and the cost for the services very reasonable.Based on my excellent experience with Arbor Aesthetics, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

They have done an injection for a cherry tree of mine, and they just did a large amount of trimming on a massive Elm tree, which has a canopy spanning three houses. Would highly recommend.

Professional and Great Clean up

We have several trees on our property and many of them have been neglected for years. Arbor Aesthetics came out on time and reviewed all the trees on the property. They came up with a comprehensive plan to get them back into a healthy shape. They are reasonable in price and always prompt, professional, and friendly. We just started using them and well have to wait and see how well some of the trees recover from their state of malnutrition and disease but so for I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Arbor Aesthetics. I sent an e-mail to ask for a estimate to trim two trees and they called me that same day. The person that came and talked to me the next day was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and took notes. The estimate was at a fair price. I was very impressed with their professionalism. We scheduled a day for them to come. They came on time that morning with a large crew. They were very careful around our landscaping, house and patio and removed all the large limbs with no damage. They hauled all the limbs away and cleaned up everything. I could not tell they had even be there except for seeing that the limbs had been trimmed. They also followed my wishes and cut up and left 30 logs for firewood that I requested. This company was prompt, professional, polite, safety conscious, respectful of our property, followed my requests and cleaned up everything. This is the best tree trimming company in Omaha! I give my highest recommendation for Arbor Aesthetics. I will definitely call them again for more tree trimming in the future!

Most know me for my reviews of local food establishments, but I have to give a shout out to Arbor Aesthetics in the Omaha area. I had what I thought was a very sick Autumn Blaze. Dylan Willis came out from AA and went over a lot of information about what I thought was a dying tree and what he thought the main culprit probably was. He didnt try to sell me on a plan, funguscides, or pesticides. He just told me the truth, which is actually what I wanted to hear. Extremely knowledgeable and punctual. Amazing visit. If your trees are ever in need, I highly recommend these tree specialists.

Very happy with results. The guys showed up right on time and were very efficient and got done in a very timely manner. They were even kind enough to cut some of the limbs down to firewood sized pieces so i can split them and use them later in my fireplaces or fire pit. They trimmed up one large tree and two smaller trees. This was the second time Ive used them in 2-3 years. Im frugal with my money and expect a quality job. I think Arbor Aesthetics did a good job and was worth the money I spent. Im especially happy with the way my locust tree looks, its about 30 some years old and was overhanging into other trees and my neighbors backyard. Now it looks great. I recommend getting an estimate from Arbor Aesthetics, Dylan did a good job. I will be using them next time I need tree trimming.

Used them before, but this year in early spring had them come out about treating our Linden for those evil little japenese beetles. Once the little bugzillas started to emerge, they came out and treated the tree. My neighbors tree is being eating but ours is showing very very little signs of being chewed on. Plus there are lots and lots of dead or dying little monsters on the ground. Highly recommend this company.
