So they charge me 19.99 just to put in my Password and I was going to get charged this no matter what. Then charge 11.00 extra for my phone. And they say it’s a convenience fee for not waiting in line. To they taking 31.00 from every costumer for what. This is one creasing why I hate 3rd party retail stores.
