There are some hiccups of working here not a lot. It’s difficult for regular workers since we don’t get paid days off. It is a great place not gonna lie. We have a lot of fun here and it’s pretty easy. Different options to work for on the phones. Most of the bad reviews on here are from people that got fired. So they’re being petty children by leaving bad reviews. I tell people to work here cuz it’s a great work environment.

Worst experience wasted my time going in for a interview they told me the wrong day then they wasted more of my time by saying they would call back I even had a recommendation from a superviser. They said i seemed like i didnt want to be there I did nothing but be respectful. I wouldnt apply if I didnt want the job. They also think 12 an hour is a livable wage they told the superviser he would get a livable wage when he was trained but they are full of it

Dial America always has ads on CareerLink that say they’re hiring, however, I’ve left 3 voicemails for a callback to get details on open positions. I’ve worked in call centers my entire life and they don’t seem too serious about hiring people.

Its a great place to work!Also, anyone frustrated because you committed a felony. Well tbh, what you want a reward? Do good things and expect good things. Doing bad things always has a far reaching consequences to it.So kids you want a nice job dont commit felonies it will mess up your life forever.

As a workplace, is actually very good. The training they provide is excellent and thorough. Ive worked many different jobs at varying levels and I felt the staff did the best they could to assist and support.Its a flexible job with many opportunities to move up. Unfortunately my time with then was cut short as I was in Omaha for only a brief time. They were ok with me passing by and giving me a job for a few months.Depending on your position, this job can be monotonous and sometimes annoying to do outbound calls. Again, the team is supportive and they dish out bonuses as often as they can.

Liked the people I worked with. Good place to get started if your just getting into phone work.

Weird unnecessarily strenuous hiring practices

Getting the runaround. They either dont answer when I call regarding the job I applied for and interviewed for or they take a message which is never returned. Do the hiring managers even exist? Time to move on. Very unprofessional. I only give 1 star because I have to so this can post. I thought I did a great job on the interview, but obviously, this is NOT the place for me.

I applied for a job online. When I went into the.office for an interview I had to fill out another application and I had to fill out a 3rd application during training. Filled out the background check info. twice. When they called and told me I was hired, the lady scheduled me for 41 hours a week, and then when I was in training I decided to bring up my 1 hour of overtime to the trainer to avoid any problems. She came back with a new schedule for me that went from 41 hours a week to 24 hours a week. And it took over 30 days for them to get back my background check, and they were supposed to call me when they got it back... But they did not.Overall I was not impressed with the way they operated. It did not seem to me like they were the least bit organized.
