Came up there to get a replacement card, said I couldnt because im not homeless, we already going threw covid and cant get a card, okay receive a card in the mail, saying it fraudulent and is cancel, they already told me to cancel before talking to lady on phone, she went and cancel the card I just cancel, so know waiting again, try to call but you can not get ahold of no one at this location why do they have someone working at the front desk

This place was a great help last year but this year has been terrible. I dont know whats going on but they say they will do something, you feel less stressed because you need it and then later you find out they never did. This is the 3rd time they confirmed they were helping with something (that they have files for and never did and we needed to go back for) and we got a notice for the same thing from a company showing they didnt and yes, it puts you in panic mode and we didnt know until months later which makes the situation even worse. I dont know how this happens or if its not well organized or what is going on but this has been horrific and this shouldnt be an issue.

I need help because Im sick . They want me to drive all over town in this heat. Im sick! From know on Im just gonna say I cant do anything and make them do it.Im sick. This run around for a few food stamps is ridiculousIm sick . I need help. Not a stack of letters telling me to go to the web. I dont have a computer I have a cell phone with a shattered screen.

Friendly experience

The lady at the front desk was eager to help, but couldnt give us an upfront answer on how long it would take to get assistance.

I dont know anybody that likes to go there, Trump has lowered staff whats your half so it takes forever to get anything done.

I dropped off my recertification paper with paystubs, the lady made copies and gave back the originals, said shed get it in my file. This was 3pm Friday August 30th, its a week after and i still dont have my benefits. I called my case worker and my paystubs arent in my file!!! I cant even talk to anyone there bc the number online doesnt have the option. What a wasted effort of hauling my kids down there to be efficient and drop it off in person.

I dont know really what to say when it comes to the rest of the heart Department of Health and Human Services if its the one thats on 42nd in center its not that great its all torn up try to get paperwork in there but if its the blindsociety for the Nebraska visually impaired then my friend Kelly she is wonderful but if its Nebraska Health and Human Services they need to do some more work and people are so rude sometimes there its always a hassle but they try their best I guess I dont know what to say thank you
