Review №1

NEOC always rules for employers and no discrimination ever takes place. Absolutely pathetic. They also have no appeal process, which is stupid. Nothing but bad luck with them. They always favor the employers, which is sad. For what is supposed to be a neutral agency, they totally lack that.

The NEOC obviously doesnt care about the complaintants. I had a valid claim and they dismissed it saying it wasnt an employer/employee relationship. Excuse me, but they FAILED to hire me based on disability. The Nebraska Fair Employment Act they quoted for the reason for dismissal was a blatant attack against me and implying my case doesnt matter. I looked up the act and NEOC failed to do their job! I hope I can find an attorney to sue not only the potential employer, but also the NEOC for lack of doing their job.My advice is this: NEVER use them! They will ALWAYS find a way to give the defendant the win. Sadly, the NEOC was made for the employers, not the employees. You wont win with them, nor do they care about you or your case. They are just going through the motions.
