We had muscle massage equipment have the plug cord short out and after looking for someone to repair it we found Myers Electric small equipment and household appliances. We took it in and they replaced the cord. They charged $35, which is very reasonable price. $150 to buy new one. Great deal and very friendly service. I recommend them.

Couldnt be happier! Brought in our beloved, vintage percolator that makes perfect coffee, but stopped heating up. He warned us it would be $15 to diagnose the issue at a minimum, and would apply that to repair if it was an issue they could fix. Turns out, they found the problem, which was simple and fixed it with no extra charge, just the $15 fee. Love the folks at Myers Electric!

I am very un-happy with my experience here. I broke a small part on my sewing machine and called around for quotes to repair it. Myers was close to my location and very affordable. Once I brought them my machine, they looked it over and said they could replace the part and have it ready to pick up within one week. They required a $30 deposit which I was happy to pay because of their confidence in my repair.After ten days of waiting, they called me and said they weren’t able to fix it and I can come pick it up. When I got there, I asked for my $30 back since they didn’t repair my machine and they said no because it was for the time they spent looking over my machine. I asked several times and they refused to refund me. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay even more for it to actually get fixed. I’m just right back to where I started minus $30. I only brought them my machine and agreed for them to fix it because they told me they would be able to get the part I needed for it and replace it. I would have never brought it to them if they had told me it was a possibility that they wouldn’t be able to fix it.I would have been happy to use this store again for future repairs, but due to my first experience I am willing to drive across town and pay more for repairs.I would be happy to remove this review after the return of my deposit.🔴 Reviews edit: this is a response to the owners comment on my review.We both know that is a lie. I called into your store telling you exactly what part was broken and your tech said he could fix it. Then, after waiting a week and a half, I was told your tech couldn’t do anything to fix it and I would not be refunded.I took it upon myself to find the part my machine needed. I found it and purchased it, without your help. I will be taking my machine elsewhere to have it fixed. Your business will not be receiving money from me anymore, and I hope this review shows what your company prioritizes.

Great business & great people. also great prices. needed clippers shaprned. thought it would be $15. nope $10 while i waited or $6 next day. went with the $10. well worth it. better than new. feel bad for not tipping. i will be back for sure though.

I havent been here in years. Im a Cosmetologist, I needed clippers repaired. Was very happy I tooked them to Myers Electric. They were also able to clean, oil, sharpen my clipper attachments. Kudos to Myers Electric.

Great service fixing the wifes kitchen mixer dont know of anyone else who fixes them. They also sharpen blades also.

Ive taken many small electrics here through the years & the service has been excellent every time. The most recent was our much-used coffee maker ( an ON button was on the blitz) and a beautiful old lamp with a broken switch. The electricians have a respect for fixing rather than tossing things that I admire.

We go here to get small electrical furnishings and appliances repaired. They get the job done and I dont have a problem with what they charge.

Good folks, old time feel. Fantastic customer service. They had a part I couldnt find anywhere else in town. Sold it to me for a quarter of what I was willing to pay and offered to stand behind it if it didnt work. It worked and I am a very happy camper.

Took a lamp in that had a bent fixture preventing me from screwing in a lightbulb. After supposed repair, the fixture is still bent and looks like the exact same one that needed changing. Still cannot screw in a light bulb. Also, the proprietor acted smugly demeaning because I didn’t have the terminology he might use to describe the problem. Poor way to win return customers.

I finally found someone that can actually sharpen shears. Charlie is this best shear sharpener in the world. Take them there. You will not be disappointed 👍🏾

I also have pulmonary issues and was afraid to enter the building, so they came out and got my mixer and also brought it out to the car when it was done. I work here, so Im biased. This is the only shop of its kind, fixing 90+% of everything thats brought in the door. Nobody has better prices on repairs, let alone the knowledge and tools to do so. As an employee, Ive never had better treatment in wages and hours, and its exciting to be challenged by new and random appliances that customers bring in to be fixed. Have an old appliance that you thought was dead? Bring it in and well bring it to life!

My sons said the food was great and the price was right.

Took 11 grooming blades in to be sharpened. Took almost a week. When tried to use blades not one worked. I called and told them and they offered my money back. I told them just to not cash my check. They cashed my check any way.Update: I was pleased to get a phone call from the owners on this matter months later. They have since refunded my money and explained they had faulty equipment at the time. Because they called me I will change my one star to 3. Thank you

Had what I needed at good price! Home Depot nor Ace had what I needed?!

I brought in a 30 year old Stiffel floor lamp for repair. The lamp had a broken pole activated on/off switch. I contacted several other shops that stated they do not have parts to fix it. I brought it to Myers and within a week my lamp was repaired and working perfectly!
