Great customer service with associates who actually know about the products they are selling. Prices are competitive but not spectacular. You can return purchased used items for full price within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. Overall it is a great experience.

I read reviews before stopping in and expected it to be a nice store with a friendly staff, my experience far exceeded those expectations.I was immediately greeted by Scott, who took a genuine interest in how he could help. I was looking for some golf clubs and he showed me to the section and informatively walked me through the options and price points. (I thought the prices were very fair, especially considering the level of service and amenities) He also happily set up the simulator and let me try out the sets I was interested in, which was incredibly helpful for me to make a final decision. Was checked out quickly by Marcus, who was very pleasant as well. I could go on, but I will summarize and say it I don’t know how it could have gone better. A+ thank you for the experience.

Our first visit here and an amazing experience! We were looking for a new bat for my son. I knew very little about bats, just what his coaches told me. We had wonderful customer service from Kevin (I think that was his name). He even got to go in the back to try them out before purchasing. They had a better variety than other places we looked at. While its a bit of a drive from where we live completely worth it!

Love this place. Weve been going since they were off Dodge Street many years ago. We have 4 kids, one in travel baseball, one in travel hockey, and one up and coming soccer and hockey player #2. This place has been great for helping keep costs down for equipment. Bat demo days are great deals. Now with the renovations, its even better! Of course wed always love more on our trade-ins but our kids are rough on their stuff!

I love this store! Play It Again has always had what weve looked for in new and used sports items. Very clean store and well sorted by sport. It was more than easy to find this years softball equipment!

My son and I used the Golf simulator this past Friday. On the coldest day of the year, we thought we would play some golf. The experience was fantastic. Rich and his team did a great job explaining the use of the simulator and we thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking to tune up your game or play a famous course, their simulator does a great job!

I purchased a new Pro-form Carbon TL from Play It Again Sports. From my first call just making inquiries to the actual purchase, I was treated with the utmost respect even though it was painfully obvious that I knew nothing about exercise equipment. I did my homework though and called all the stores selling treadmills. I was barely givin the time of day & one sales associate hung up on me. I went to Play It Again and introduced myself & the gentleman remembered me by name. No hard sales tactics. I bought it that day. The owner delivered it to my home and assembled it for me. One of the best places to go for anything sport related. Everything is fair in its pricing. I normally go for golfing equipment, like my bag, balls, and some irons. I also get all my disc golfing supplies here. Just for note, not everything looks to be used, some of the stuff is new too. Check this place before the regular stores to save a buck.

The employees are kind, respectful and helpful! I was just coming to gather flattened boxes for my move and felt overwhelmed by their kindness. They knew I wasn’t there to buy anything, but I was given their full attention. This was not a one time stop either. I have made several stops in the last few weeks.

Really great place for kids sports equipment, you can trade in those shoes they wore 3 times before outgrowing them and use that towards new or used equipment. The staff is knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and are always helpful.

Went in yesterday looking for quality used golf clubs. Marcus immediately was there to help me and gave great recommendations. Left happy with a set of Mizuno irons and a Taylor Made driver. Definitely will be back!

Super knowledgable about sporting equipment also put a mask on a baseball helmet that we didnt buy from them the mask or the helmet. . Super nice people we will definitely be back with all of our sporting business now if you want.

Sometimes they have what Im looking for, sometimes they dont. I love it when they have used stuff because the prices are pretty good. Their prices on new stuff can be a bit high. I go there for weight lifting and home gym equipment only. I like the rewards program; Ive gotten some good deals with it.

After talking with Marcus on the phone, I drove to Play It Again Sports, called from the parking lot stating I had arrived, enumerated the things I wished to purchase without having to go into the store. Marcus took my order, brought half if it out, took my credit card in for payment, brought the rest of the order to my car, had me sign the credit card receipt, returned my credit card and wished me luck. Golf clubs are way too expensive. I saw a Cobra F8 driver there a couple weeks ago and they were asking $230 for it which is what Cobras website sells it for brand new and the resale value is $135-158 according to PGA Value Guide. Not sure if you can haggle prices now but their old prices were much more reasonable. Used golf balls are still cheap and the staff is nice.

Couldn’t be more disappointed that I haven’t frequented the store more often! Was excited that they rent paddle boards and then will apply your rental fee to a board if you buy one. We looked through the store and were very excited to see such good prices on all the equipment. We will be back much more frequently as the prices beat amazon on the things we need. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great store for disc golf. Great selection of discs and bags. I havent been in for anything other than disc golf. Ive always had a good experience here, and can usually find what Im looking for.

It was Goodwill not sports shop

Was not greeted at all or asked any questions or directed anywhere. Two minutes later another woman (caucasian) walks in and shes catered to taken to where shes looking for shoes, etc. Couple pairs I looked at were just as expensive as brand new ones. Needless to say I walked out shortly after that. I can take my $ to a store where they appreciate it!

Went in to buy a cheap bbcor bat to complete the season (6 games). Rich talked me into buying a $175 used bat because it was a good bat that should have lasted most of my sons high school career. I had trouble getting the person who answered the phone to understand that I had a hard time with just having to eat the cost when it broke after two practices and one game. Rich however called me and went above and beyond to rectify it. This is why he always has first shot at my business!

Prices on weights, weight equipment, and weight lifting accessories not all that competitive. Pull down bar for lat pull downs was twice the price of a brand new one on Amazon.Disappointing you cant buy single golf irons, but have to buy in a set. I get that they want to sell them as a set but still disappointing.Bought a large quantity of plate weights with a 45lb last year, (over $200) asked the guy to throw in a set of clips (theyre only a couple bucks) and he acted like he was doing me a big favor.Never received notification when they had more 45lb plates in stock after signing up for notification.Staff has been friendly enough. Prices just arent competitive enough in the products Im looking for to keep returning.
