Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were visiting Omaha for a tournament and needed a helmet prior to a game. This shop had all the sizes and they were able to fit my son quickly with enough time to get to start of game. Thank you once again for working with us!!!

Good selection of adult and child hockey equipment

What a great place and great experience. I needed a place to help me wade through equipment changes and get me back on the ice after 15 years away. Chad is a great guy and was more than helpful. I made the trip up from KC due to lack of shops there and was very pleased. Support your local hockey shop Omaha people, you have got it good here in the Big O!

This place has always been my go to for sharpening skates, I recently took my new skates here to be profiled and they did an awesome job at that too. Im glad to have this place as a resource for the hockey community here.

Great place for skate sharpens, hockey equipment, and accessories

Definitely the best hockey shop in the region. We stopped here after both of our kids equipment was stolen from our truck. Staff were extremely patient and helpful while our kids picked out two new sets of gear and gave them one on one attention. We got a great deal on the equipment as well. Would give this place ten stars instead of five if I could.

My son decided he wanted to play hockey so we went to off the bench. It was a Saturday and they were fairly busy, but when I explained to the 2 men who were working that we werent sure what we needed they took the time to explain everything. Not only did they help us pick out all of the different items we needed, but they also showed us how to size them, put them on, and taught us what we needed to know about when we would need the next size. This is the best locally owned store! We live in Elkhorn and we still drive down there to get our skates sharpened. It is going to be time for new stuff soon and we are definitely headed back.

My family and I will not be back to buy anything else from here. I bought a skate sharpening card for $45 dollars. Which is good for 10 uses. The sales person at that time failed to let me know there is restrictions with this purchase. When it came time to sharpen my 2 kids skates, one pair was new, and the other pair have been used. The gentleman working told us one pair is new so there will be a charge. He said I could use the sharpening card for the other pair of skates. I was confused since I had a card “good for 10 sharpenings.” When both skates were done, I was told they were gonna have to charge me the new skate sharpening price twice since the used pair required more time to sharpen. We were told the used pair will qualify for the card in the beginning. Little did I know, when they were done everything rang up to $32.10. It would have been nice to know the full price before any work was done. Not afterwards, and not to mention he went back on his word since I was told one pair would qualify. I had a discussion with him and the response I got was “that’s just how we are...” If I knew that was gonna happen we would have went else where for a better price whether they were new or used. Honestly I felt like I got swindled. Especially paying $77 for just ice skate sharpenings. Inform your customers! Plenty of other places in Omaha to take my business.

Very helpful and great inventory.

I get wanting to leave work. Closing up 5 minutes early is reasonable but when I needed a pair of laces for a skate tonight and you close up 15 minutes early, it’s a little frustrating. Put 745 on here and I’ll be there then.
