The older gentlemen that is always working is the best at pedicures! I got the jelly pedicure which comes with a long leg/foot massage, hot towels AND the hot rock massage. He gives the best foot massages!!! Always takes his time and doesn’t mind when I dose off in the massage chair!! Highly recommend him and this salon! Wonderful, super friendly family business who always makes time to get you in!! 😊

I dinged my toes just now getting into the drying station. Min literally got in the floor to touch them up. She was very gentle and kind. I felt so badly about it and she did not give me any sourness nor did I ask her to fix it for me. She just did and it was really kind. Min is amazing.

Got right in, and the same person doing our pedicures, did our Shellac manicures... We were able to sit and catch up right next to each. Nothing like continuity of care. FABULOUS JOB!!! It was my first time ever going into Pretty nails salon ... as I walked in you can immediately tell the good vibes in that place ! I was greeted with friendliness and kindness. I was asked what I was there for and I told them I had an appointment and they told me to wait and I did . As I was waiting I also noticed a lot of the workers there talked to their clients by there name and as if they’ve known them for long . I really liked how respectful they all were to everyone that walked in and was getting attended . Finally they called me to get my nails done and All I gotta say is that HENRY was amazing with everything he did . Very organized focused and did a great job on my nails !!!! I definitely will go back and I definitely recommend going into this awesome place 🤩

I got the most relaxing and best pedicure I have ever had in my life!!!!! My feet get very dry and.... Lets just say my feet can get REALLY bad, and this time was probably the worse I even warned him before I took my shoes off cuz I was embarrassed but he just chuckled. When he was finished my legs from my knees down and my feet were so soft and no ruff callous skin any where on my feet, or heels. He spent over an hour doing my pedicure, I got the one that cost $50 and it was well worth that!! I told him I would be back for more!! He rubbed these hot stones on my legs for awhile after the hot towels and OMG that felt so good!!! Ive never had a pedicure make me feel so relaxed and my feet feel like new baby skin when they were done!! So go here and ask for Ken, its the owners Father!!!! Very very nice man, MAKE SURE YOU TIP HIM WELL HES WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

My daughter and I came in and got pedicures and manicures. I got Shellac.There were sides of my nails that werent painted and I left there with polish on my fingers and toes. I paid $100 for the both of us and I could of done a better job myself at home.

I love everything about this place! Ive never gotten a pedicure, but Ive gotten a manicure. This place has amazing service with friendly workers. My mom and I went to get one, and it was fun. If I remember correctly, they straighten and fix your nails before they put the comforting message jell on your nails. It was really fun, and Im glad to go here every time that I do!

I was able to schedule an appointment for a fill and shellac same day. I saw Angel and she was so nice. She carefully looked over my nail condition and took off a selection of acrylic as they were seperating from a different salon.. the result was beautiful nails, perfect red, nice... super nice.

Worst pedicure ever.

I have been to this nail salon twice now and am very pleased. I see Ken and he does an outstanding job! They get you right in and the technicians are kind, skilled and very friendly. This is my new go to salon for nails.

Used this place for the first time this morning about 10:30 AM. By 3 PM polish already chipped off 2 nails. Didnt put on any base coat and didnt do lotion/massage like everywhere else Ive been. Terrible job on cuticles--2 hangnails missed and rough, uneven edges on 6 of the cuticles. Also got polish on the cuticles and just left it on 3 of the nails. Not evident until I got outside in the daylight or I wouldve asked them to fix it. Location was convenient for my errand run today. Wont be back. This is specifically for Pretty Nails 2. As for the response from the owner--what about the terrible job on the cuticle trim and the polish left on the cuticles? Would it had been the same if I had spent more? And it was not made clear that a base coat would not be applied. Elementary that this makes the polish adhere better.

Pretty Nails is my new go-to spot for my nails. Pretty nails 1 is where I got my acrylic nails done and they were lovely and I got tons of compliments from people. Pretty nails 2 is where I got the acrylics removed and got my nails painted. I did have to get a couple nails repainted about 15 minutes after I left due to a couple of my nails getting smeared. I thought they were dry but must not have been completely dry. They fixed them no questions asked.

The shellac started chipping just two days after getting them done. Then started to peel off by the 4th day. Just wasnt worth the price.

If I could rate lower than a one I would. As a person who has been going to this nail spa for years, I am highly disappointed. I went in to get a pedicure and proceeded with a cuticle removal. As the nail tech started the process, I repeated to her several times that my foot was burning, expecting her to stop. Instead, the she continued the removal which felt as if the chemicals were literally burning my skin off, and became worse after she scrubbed it off. The next day I went in to show the owner, seeing what possibly caused this horror, and all she did was gave me lotion and apologize that the nail tech did not place the cuticle removal in the correct areas of my feet and sent me on my way. I am very disappointed being that I now have scars on both of the bottom of my feet and I’m also currently in the process of healing and frighten to get another pedicure.

Took 2 hours when it should’ve only taken 45 mins. And that’s after i waited for almost 20 mins after my appt time. The shape was not at all what i had asked for. I showed a reference picture for shape and length. I wanted long coffin nails and i got short and square. I asked them nicely if they could fix it and they said they would but just kept doing their own thing. 👎🏼

My first time at Pretty Nails about 3 weeks ago and Rose did an awesome job on my pedi & Angel did fabulous job on my fill. I went in at 6:15pm without an appointment and they could have turned me away, but instead stayed late to get me ready for my Florida trip!! They were so friendly and made me fill so comfortable. I just made my 2nd appt today!!!

I had the best experience ever! Its so hard to find a nail salon with great customer service, they were extremely nice to me, I got there 30 minutes prior to closing (I didnt know) I asked for a pedi and a manicure. Usually other nail salons just rush to get you out of the door, this was not the case. They took their time with my hot stone pedi and even fixed my nail polish i messed up when i got up. I told them i could go back another day to get my manicure they insisted it was ok, they did not rush one bit with my manicure even though the rest of the staff was almost ready to go, they didnt make me feel uncomfortable one bit.They were so nice and polite. I will always go there!
