Recently received pedicure from one of the great staff members. She took her time with my feet and legs and did a great job. Ill definitely return!

I loved my experience here— I am from out of town and wish I could come here all the time. I had Shang who was very nice and accommodating for my short nails! I got dip with tips and a manicure! The place itself was clean, and I was offered a drink when I got there and was immediately sat! My total cost was $49 :)

Extremely disappointed! I spent 96 dollars for a rushed dip fill and pedicure that left me with uneven nails and the sides if my nails not painted. I asked for the premium pedicure but all I got was lotion and a nail color that did not match my nails. When I asked why she did not do my heals as requested and that was expected to pay for they told me they were too busy to come back Monday! The worst part was I was still charged for it! I will never go back! Do not recommend!

I have had several pedicures with this salon. They are very attentive and clean. The different options are great because sometimes I want a longer, more therapeutic massage with my pedicure and sometimes I want a short and sweet pedicure.

The customer service here is great! The people who did my nails were very kind. However my appointment was at 4:30 for a full set and I left at 6:30. I was there for two hours for just a full set with a design. I asked for a flame design on two of my fingers. The first gentlemen wasn’t able to do the design after attempting it and so a different lady continued. The flames look like grass lol. So overall my experience was not very good but the customer service was excellent.

What an amazing nail salon. My sister and I and my great niece went for mani pedi this past Friday and it was the best experience ever. I have had my nails done for years and gone to many different salons in Omaha. This salon is so clean and beautiful. While there I saw employees wiping down and cleaning empty chairs and surfaces. I have never seen cleaning done at any other salon. I sometimes would wonder just how clean and sanitized some of the shops were. The employees were super friendly and even offered Holiday discounts. I won’t go anywhere else now that I have gone here.

I went with my friends to get pedicures and had a lovely time! We all enjoyed ourselves, they were kind and gentle. We all got the shellac and paid the extra 15$ pricey yet it lasted 2 weeks so it was worth it. Good job Pretty nails I will be back!!!

I have been going to Pretty Nails for the last 9 years. Everyone there is always so friendly and welcoming. The prices are good and Ive never had any problems with the service. The salon is always clean unlike other places Ive been to.

My 7 year old daughter and I went here today to a pedicure appointment that I had scheduled earlier in the week. When we arrived I told the gentleman working there that we had a 1:00 p.m. appointment for two pedicures. He told me that I will have to come back in a half hour because they were busy. I understand it was a Saturday and it gets busy, but we had a scheduled appointment and the name they had in their appointment book wasn’t even my name!! He then told me I probably called the wrong location. I have it in my phone log that I called there and made the appointment!! He was rude and unwelcoming! I will never go back! We went to Blondo Nails and had much better service!!

I have been going here for 15 years, but they recently changed owners and its terrible. Just went for a manicure and all they did was paint my nails. No lotion even, still took over an hour, and was not any cheaper than normal. I have long natural nails and 1 was broken, but he was just going to leave it until I asked for a fake nail on that finger. What he did is significantly longer than my other nails and not smooth at all. Very disappointed. Will definitely drive to the one on 108th or find a new place.

Went in with my blind mother to get acrylic nails done and they had 4 workers in chairs on their phones. And 3 others working with people but said they could only do one of ours. I had asked why and they said because only 2 of the people knew how to do acrylic nails and they were working on others at the time. If youre going to run a successful business I suggest hiring people who are versatile. Not happy with their treatment.

EDIT: Had a bad experience today. (5/11/19) Went to get a full set of acrylics with my mom. I went first and the nail technician seemed to be in a big hurry because he hit my skin 3 or 4 times with the nail drill and it HURT. He said sorry when it happened but by the 3rd time I was getting upset. Looking now, I actually have a cut on my finger from it. Then when I accidentally smudged a nail, he wouldnt fix it himself and had someone else do it, but unfortunately the person who repainted the nail had the polish showing lots of lines and some bubbles, so I asked for someone else to paint it. I believe the acrylic nail technician overbooked himself and was in a rush, thus not being careful while doing my nails. Anyway, I dont think Ill come back here.Previous Review:Both pretty nails 1 and 2 are wonderful. Pretty nails 1 is where I got my acrylic nails done. The nails were lovely and I got tons of compliments from people. The staff are always friendly and patient with me. I changed the color I wanted 3 times and the man doing my nails was extremely patient and helpful with helping me pick.

Been going to Pretty Nails for a few months now to get my acrylic nails filled and Ive had no issues. They are quick, nice, and do a great job. Very well priced too.

I got my nails done here for my engagement and they did a wonderful job! No bumps in the acrylic, nice and short like I like them , and none of them are crooked. I got them done three weeks ago and they are stil presentable! The tips of the shellac are rubbing off a little but everytime Ive ever gotten my nails done they have done that. Very happy with my nails and the service.

They have multiple types of manicures and pedicures that include different treatments. They do a wonderful job, its been a long time since Ive had such a great pedicure.

Spent money on shellac and after 9 days my nails were falling apart. I was told by the woman at the first chair, you lucky, 9 days are good for shellac. Really ? One is to spend $25 every 9 days?

In April of 2015, I went to Pretty Nails to have a shellac manicure and pedicure. I usually just get regular polish but I splurged this time because I was leaving the following day to get married in Mexico. Usually, the clear polish I get on my nails there starts flaking and bubbling off within a day, (or less), but I ignored this fact thinking that their shellac would be better. I needed it to be better because I made barefoot sandals for all 25+ of the female guests that would be attending my Mexico nuptials, and the plan was to put my boutique in the middle in the sand and then everyone put a foot in in a circular manner in order to show off each unique pair of barefoot sandals. Unfortunately, by day 2 in Mexico, 3 toenails of shellac had totally popped off. Cute....so now I could decide to either get married with scraggly feet or pay the resort $50 to get a new pedicure. Obviously, I chose the later. When I got home to the US 10 days later, I called Pretty Nails to report what occurred. I spoke to the manager, Chanel, who was totally impolite and told me that I should have come back in for a nail repair when the nail polish popped off. I explained I was in Mexico for my wedding when it occurred and that would have been impossible but this fell on deaf ears....she still thought I should have come back for the repair when it happened. Geography just must not be her thing....along with taking care of customers because no apology was ever made and no offer for free shellac the next time I came in was ever offered. Basically just a big f.u.Against my better judgment, I decided to give Pretty Nails another try this past Wednesday. I invited 2 girlfriends to go with me this time (giving Pretty Nails more business they do not deserve! Stupid!). I got shellac on my toes and paid $12 extra dollars for it so my feet would look nice for my husbands holiday party last night. Last night, I go to slip into my peep-toe heels and there again, my middle toe shellac had totally popped off. UGHHHH! Today, I went to Pretty Nails to report what happened and had to speak with the unpleasant, abrasive, customer-UNfocused contact Chanel. Great. I recapped what happened in April and her first response was not, Wow, thanks for giving us another shot to prove ourselves but instead, Uhhh, and you came back to us?? Um, why yes Chanel...I made the mistake of returning to your subpar nail salon to waste my money and time again to get a defective shellac nail service. Chanel and I went back and forth and I said I wanted a $12 refund this time because it was ridiculous that I was wasting more time there now to have a nail fixed that should have never popped off in the first place. Shocker, she refused. So I had the young man who did my nails fix the one (after I waited for 15 minutes) and I left, totally unsatisfied, angry that I was a fool to return to this place, and vowing to NEVER return.There are so many nail salon options in Omaha....I strongly advise that you chose a different one when making your next nail appointment. Pretty Nails does not care about quality work or their customers.
