Great place for pedicures but needs more formalized training for manicures. Wife does nails herself but didnt have time to do them so came here. She noticed a few things that could be improved on. Over all nail quality is good but there are things could could be better

AMAZING. Enforce safety measures for covid, hand washing and sanitize work area between customers. Staff are outgoing and welcoming and encourage feedback. I have been only going there for 4 years now and will go only there after trying other salons. They not only take time to learn your name, but what you like and dont like to make each customer feel important.

I come here whenever I want a full set done, the staff are nice! The pricing confuses me, one time I paid over $70 for a full set (with shellac), another time I paid $35, and this time I paid $53, all for the same thing (no designs or anything extra). The nails look nice though 💅

We told them about a nail idea we wanted and they acted like they didn’t understand and gave us a very high price for it. The workers kept laughing while speaking in their own language as if they were making fun of us. They weren’t to friendly along with the front desk receptionist. The environment felt off.

My daughter and I loved Loveland Nails. We believe this is our new nail spa. After disappointment after disappointment at other nail spas we were very happy here. It is very clean and everyone was very nice. The manicures were amazing. No complaints!

I love this place! It’s hard to find a nail salon that can do clean designs on your nails really well, and they did just that! I showed the woman that did my nails a photo and they were spot on!

While I understand that many people who go to a nail bar have been there many times there are always first timers and if its your first time - DO NOT COME HERE. The staff treated us like we were dumb for asking questions about the options and not know the names for different types of manicures. While getting our nails done they continued to laugh at us not knowing what we were doing. Thanks for making what was supposed to be a fun outing into the worst experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

Chipping of shellac....this is only after a couple of days this could be do to product being old. They don’t have the latest products very limited colors. Theyre going up on their prices and the quality of their work is not that great. I would say it is very clean. The best guy they had left a couple of months ago.

I went there for a manicure/acrylicsWas going to do a Manipetty But failed to do so because acrylics took far too long what I asked for I never received. The design on my nails was either too hard or too difficult.. I have an out of Towner but I will never go back. They weren’t friendly and didn’t care. If a customer asked for something they should receive it if it can’t be done they should be notified.I asked before hand who was the best nail technician and I was told everybody can do everything. Obviously they can’t. $75 spent on nails I didn’t like and hate honestly. I hope I can get a refund. They can message me that be great I’ll delete my yelp review

I normally dont go to these places, off chance I found this place by googling top rated nail salons. I was very impressed with this location. The store is very bright and clean. I do recommend setting up an appointment, to avoid the long wait.

I wish I asked her name but my nail tech was quiet lady but she was focused on my nails and making them look nice. Naturally I have very short small nail beds and she made them look nice natural and long. I have also gotten shellac pedicure here too and it was very nice! Polite staff, clean place and I will come back and I would suggest them to anyone I love.

I came here for a fill and color after getting my nails done at another salon. Cherry did a wonderful job. She was careful when using the drill, so there was no discomfort at all, and she took the time to beautifully re-shape my nails after the other salon left them uneven. She checked in frequently, making sure I was happy every step of the way. I really felt like she listened and took time with me. The salon as a whole felt clean and luxurious, and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional, as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend this to my friends.

Iris was amazing. Honestly had been 10 years since last pedi. She had every right to judge the condition of my feet, but she was kind, exceptional, and great. There was a woman next to me getting the first class pedi I cannot wait to try next month. Fyi, there is preferred cash tips (which omg they deserve).

If your new and like long nails I suggest not getting them done here. People are extremely nice but my nails were lumpy and fat he also complained about it, I don’t know if it was just that one person but I wouldn’t suggest. Overall they look kinda nice at a distance but regardless they should look good up close and I was nice enough to tip $10 when I shouldn’t have.

We were walk ins and only waited 2ish minutes… super nice and polite employees! Great experience would definitely come back many more times :)

I went for a shellac mani a couple weeks ago and the mani I got was great, but the salon didn’t feel very welcoming. A lot of the fixtures and things seemed outdated, except for the front desk area. Overall, even though I got a good manicure, I don’t know if I would go back because I didn’t feel very comfortable or relaxed.

My roommates and I got SNS manicures, Peppermint Pedicures, and the Deluxe Pedicure during our visit today and everything was wonderful! The spa is super clean and all the staff are so, so nice. Cherry did my nails and my dip manicure is on point -- not super think, legit cuticle trim, and nails were shaped well! We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I had the fastest pedicure weve ever had. We each got the $47.00 pedicure and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I was quite shocked and disappointed at the speed.

The service is okay and the prices are fine.. I hate to be that person but it seems as if being a colored customer gets you a different type of service from the nail techs.. other than that, I like the location and the cleanliness of the shop.❤️

My nails are hideous! $76 for a fill. My nails have lumps, my polish is peeling. Horrible HORRIBLE! Disputed the charge with my bank from the parking lot. Would never come back!

I want to give this place 5 starts because it is a beautiful spa and the other reviews are great however I had a different experience. Mom of 4 month old twins and a 4yr old here so my alone time is very rare and precious to me and I was SO looking forward to this pedicure.This pedicure totaled $80 with tip and while I am fine paying more than I usually do elsewhere but the quality did not meet the price. Rushed, poor massage (basically none at all), missed using a lot of the products on my actual feet and focused more on calves. The water wasn’t warm at all. For $80 my feet should be soft to the touch no question, they just are not. Super disappointed.

This place got my group of ladies in last minute when we had a booking issue at an alternate place. We had 7 adults and 3 kids for pedis. Super nice staff and gave a 10% discount for the group. One person had some trouble with a specific design she wanted, but no problems with anything else! Will return.

It was a nice and relaxing environment to get my nails done. They are very accommodating and are willing to put in the extra efforts to make your nails look nice. My nail lady put on 3 coats of color to make it look better before I even ask. Great services and friendly staffs. I would really recommend you to try it out.

Called early to make an appointment for myself and my mom. I arrived 10 mins early and still had to wait 30 mins before finally being told I could sit to get my nails done. My mom was taken care of right away and done by the time they were ready for me. There were severally walk-ins that came in after me who were seated and taken care of before me. Im upset for having to wait for so long with no update or acknowledgement for the wait. Whats the point of an appointment?!!! I didnt even bother with getting my nails.

I am so much disappointed by the work. They did my eyebrows worst ever. Without any second thought she pulled up the wax strip which leads to wide gap between two eyebrows. I am looking so bad and embracing. I chose tropical Manicure and pedicure the guy who did mine just finished it in not more than 5 mins. I understand this salon is very crowded but they are not serving you well especially when they have rush hour. I went there after reading good reviews from customer and hence my expectations were high. I dont care about meni pedi but my eyebrows are horrible to look. THANK YOU LOVELAND FOR THIS BIRTHDAY GIFT. waste of time and money. Dont know why I gave so much of tip.

I have been getting my nails done now for over half my life, so I can easily spot a janky nail salon. Loveland nails is a top notch establishment and far exceeded my expectations. This was my second time returning and Im just as impressed as the first. My nail tech, Ricky did a phenomenal job on my nails. They were filed evenly and he gave me a perfect coffin shape. My ombre came out fabulous and he also informed me they do colored ombre here as well. Highly recommend.

They were changing the prices as they were doing my nails, there’s way better places to go. Definitely not going back.

I went to Loveland Nails with my bridal party to get our nails done. There were 5 of us, so I was worried that they might not have enough staff even though we made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised! They had everything set up and ready for us when we got there. Everyone was excellent, my nails turned out beautifully, and the staff was so nice. Id recommend!Update: my gel was still perfectly intact 3 weeks after I got it done. I had to remove it since it was growing out but I was super impressed!

The guy that did my dip manicure today, Nicked my cuticles 4x and made them bleed. Had his ear bud in and didnt talk to me once..didnt ask what shape I wanted. Then the top coat wasnt dried when he out the oil on and I have one figure completely messed up. They werent busy when I came in but halfway through, a ton of people showed up and felt rushed.

Normally I absolutely love this place, but I had such a horrible experience with a tech I’ve never had. He didn’t do the correct shape or even close then left the acetone on for so long that it ate away at my skin and left a nasty residue. My nails look so horrible.

Probably one of the worst places to go.

Im really happy to have found a nail salon that I love so close to my house. The inside is cute, welcoming and clean. I made an appointment after reading reviews that it gets busy and Im glad I did - I walked in and got started right away. I originally only made an appointment for a classic pedicure. Once I got there, I looked at my nails and figured that if they had time, Id get a shellac manicure. I asked the technician about the manicure after my pedicure and she directed me to one of the manicure chairs. The manicure took a lot longer than expected. As people were walking in, my technician would leave to get them all set up, leaving me waiting, and then come back to me - this happened a lot throughout my manicure. Normally, I think this wouldve been off-putting, but since I didnt have an appointment, it was a busy afternoon and they squeezed me in for a manicure, I didnt mind. The pedicure and manicure both look great, and I really appreciated the effort both technicians put into my nails - they definitely needed some love!I will absolutely be back - and this time make an appointment for both services!

This was my third time going to Loveland Nails and Spa for a shellac manicure and today I received a pedicure. I just want a shout out for Anna because she is always professional and does an awesome job. She even took the time to change my color on my nails after they were already done because I didnt like it. Awesome customer service, value and cleanliness.

I came in and was told that three different designs I had would take too long so they didn’t want to do it.I was handed off to someone else, she was unable to do a pink to blue ombre (she did try three times ) different times. She was absolutely wonderful and kind, end it absolutely could’ve just been a bad day for her! But unfortunately my experience was just not good. I left extremely disappointed and just settled on a solid color- only to come home and fix it myself.I definitely think I wouldn’t go here again.

Got an excellent pedicure!! She took her time, did an excellent job polishing and didnt rush me out the chair once she was done. I didnt have time to get my feet together before I left, and Im glad i came across Loveland Nails on Google! Will be come back

Just had my nails done the other day andI have received so many compliments!Even from my dad- Ive never heard him nor seen him so amazed with the quality of my nails!I do have to admit, my nails are really great thanks to Loveland Nails & Spa.I cant stop noticing how great my nails look and Im actually proud of how far Ive come from having nail & nail bed damage from accidents in the gym to an old habit off biting very low from years ago.The Specialists at Loveland Nails & Spa know what they are doing and I appreciate them so much for being so reliable in my nail wellness and growth journey!I would definitely recommend this place. One thing that really stuck with me was the fact that at the end of our appointment, she sincerely thanked me for telling her exactly what I wanted. I was a walk in on a Saturday during Covid. I am very impressed with the covid precautions. I was asked to wash my hands before picking out a nail color. All techs are wearing gloves and masks, and some also a face shield.I was impressed with the pedicure because they did not try to upsale me too many times to upgrade. More of a confirmation of what kind of pedicure I wanted.The tech did a wonderful job, and during the pedicure did not ask about my annoying skin condition on my feet. This I loved! Usually I am questioned about it during my pedicure. Conversation was light, massage chair was also a bonus.All tools used were from sterile packaging.Before sitting in chair, it was wiped down with a Lysol spray, which I appreciated it.Would recommend this place to anyone! Attention to detail is exceptional!

Very clean studio. I always enjoy my manicures and pedicures.Parking can be challenging at times. In the warmer weather it’s not a big deal to walk from the west side of the building.I always get shellac and see Tina. In the past, my shellac doesn’t make it 2 weeks but since seeing Tina, it finally lasts! She’s quick and thorough. I get shellac on my toes and have always done the basic pedicure. I never feel judged when I don’t upgrade.There are so many colors to choose from! Huge selection! The pedicure chairs are great. Massage and relax. They offer various drinks while you get beautified.Prices are very reasonable for most items. I do think the $15 fee for shellac on the toes is a bit much. Coming from a big city the fee was never more than $8.Definitely sign up for their email program. They send out discounts monthly!Tip: Always make an appointment. They’re busy!!

First time coming here and even tough the salon was about to close up at around 6:30 it didnt feel rushed for my pedicure. Tech did an excellent job and my nails polish lasted over 3 weeks! Very clean and relaxing environment with plenty of colors to choose from. I will definitely go back.

Loveland Nails kept the conversation going in a very natural and comfortable fashion. Great quality at a reasonable price. For background, Ive had mani/pedis before, but usually once or twice a year for special occasions (not a regular occurrence). This experience may have changed that!

This is maddie Zeleny, I went there 2 years ago to get my nails done for my 1 year wedding anniversary, i just wanted white tips and the lady didnt listen to me and did the clear tips and did the white powder dip stuff, my fingers were bleeding when she got done and the nails were crooked and just didnt look pretty at all. When the nails actually fell off my pinky and middle finger nail actually fell off also when the fake nail came off, then when all the nails came off my pinky fingers were numb for a year afterwards, dont recommend this place to anyone

Every technician here is great. They take their time to make sure the nail shape is perfect. I had an absolute amazing experience. Best nail salon Ive ever been too so far and I definitely plan on coming back! I hope that if I get someone different in future visits that they do as satisfying of a job as she did for me!
