Today was my first time coming in as I just moved to this area this place is amazing. Also they provide a complementary mimosa or wine. Amazing job and they where super nice I like how my nails turn out.10/10 would definitely be coming here again ❤️.

Not only are my nails and toes beautifully done but the ladies are all so sweet there. I love how they even help each other out when theyre busy. Took me in last minute and did a awesome job.

Nails chipped the same day. Dried appropriately and chipped hours after drying. Will not be going to again.

Scheduled an appointment for an adult pedicure and a child pedicure for a 4yr old, specifically asking if they had a kid sized pedicure chair and if they could be next to each other aswell ... All of which they said yes to and so I confirmed the appointment..... When I arrived at the appointment I find out they have no kid sized chairs what so ever... Soooo we left and will not be returning ;(

Always a fabulous job when I go to Jade. All the nail technicians are kind and friendly when you come in and make sure you are helped.Cindy does an amazing job. She is efficient in doing her work and my nails turn out beautifully. The nails last and minimal to no breaking unless I am hard on them.Jade is clean and cost is comparable to the average of any local salon. Location is great, right off 156th and Dodge with plenty of parking.

When I moved here I searched and got recommendations for places to go. Nobody told me.a put this place and after a few tries elsewhere I gave them a shot. I am always seated promptly and treated well. The prices here are better than where we moved from too. I had gone to my previous nail place for over 15 years, so changing was never a good experience. I love this place, even when they giggle at me because my feet are super ticklish during the pedi! This place is always clean,, too.. haha.

Been doing my nails for 20+ years and they know how to do nails right. All the nail techs know what they are doing. Great service and they always seem to appreciate your business!!!!

DONT GO HERE. I made an appointment And when I walked in nobody greeted me. I had to walk up to them and tell them I was here for my appointment, then they told me to sit and wait. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to get me or told me anything, so I went back and asked how much longer it would be, then they told me it would be at least another 20 minutes, even though there was people standing around not doing anything that work there. I told them that that was ridiculous because I had an appointment almost 40 minutes ago. They told me I could sit and wait or I could leave, so I did. Terrible service super rude and a waste of my time!!!!!

Great quality and prices. Very relaxing environment. Diana was wonderful and did a great job! This is for sure my favorite location now! Cant wait to go back ♡

This is the only place I will go! They are very meticulous and clean. Everything is sanitary and they are excellent at their job! I go hear every other week and won’t go anywhere else

The new management (formerly Tropical Nails) has completely remodeled. It is clean and nice. Their pedicure chairs might just be the best in town! Cindy is wonderful and soooo good for manicures and Kevin does amazing pedicures! Actually, all the staff are really good - the best came from another well known shop in Omaha. Highly recommend!

This place is the best in Omaha! Everyone is so nice and so good at what they do. Today I was with Jon and he is a Rockstar when it comes to pedicures and manicures. Thuy, Lin, Jodi, all of them are so good. I would recommend Jade Nails to everyone!

Great experience! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the location is convenient. My only complaint, is I get the same services every time I go in, and the price is different.

Arrived at 3:10, signed my name and washed my hands. Requested a pedicure. At 3:48 I put my chosen color back, and one of the nail techs shouted, “they are ready for you now” I looked back, no one was waving me back etc. I walked out. Yesterday I arrived and was seated 45 minutes later for manicure. Three techs asked me what I wanted, manicure? How about schlack? No I replied. They walked away. I sat another 20 minutes before a gentlemen tech sat down and began working on my nails. Now, why did I go back. Well I wanted to see if the service was really that bad or was it an off day. Its really that bad. I will never go back.

1 Star is an over statement. They were rude in the phone and lied about the prices. Even when I changed what I wanted they were still charging me way extra. The lady kept shaving down my nails and by the time we were done they were almost 1/2 the length when we both agreed on the “medium long” length, they looked fine before they put 5 coats of fckin polish on them? Like I picked a sheer color for a reason. My nails look absolutely terrible and everyone around me is also commenting how they’re uneven and look thick. I can’t believe I was SCAMMED $55 for something my friend could have done for free.DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!RUDE SERVICEOVER PRICEDSLOPPY WORK.Do. Not. Recommend.0/10

I have had my nails done Acrlyic for many years almost 12 years now, and I have never had such a painful experience. I went in with standard polish and needed a fill, she barely got all the old polish off a light green with sparkles, then she used the sanding tool and filed my cuticles, 4 cuticles are bleeding and when she filled them she only back filled , not completely filling the nails. WORST experience ever. I have been there before and have had exceptional services. I originally wanted to try something new today and I left because of pain with just a regular plain fill. I will never go back. now only 2 hours after my fill they are already lifting, which means I will be having to go pay another salon to fix their mistakes. This is HORRIBLE
