They are very talented. I always enjoy a visit here. They even squeezed me in for a mani and pedi without an appointment 30 minutes before closing today!

I love the techs at Apple Nails. They do quality work, they are clean and friendly. I can relax and be pampered and they really get to know their customers and what they like. I’ve followed them to every new, upgraded shop they’ve owned over the last 20 years. My favorite nail techs!

Fantastic color selection but my nails came out weak, brittle, from being too thin. Kind staff and gentle on the hands/fingers, but a bit pricey for the quality

I just got done getting my toes done there and they look absolutely terrible. The paint is everywhere, the lady was extremely rushed (Even though I paid for the most expensive pedicure), and she literally hurt me. Awful experience. Do not recommend. Not happy.

They were VERY rude when talking about customers feet. Very unprofessional asking “what happened to your feet” and talking about them with coworkers. The acrylic nails were done poorly, different sizes and lengths and just not done right. They also REUSE THEIR TOOLS. They do not use new buffers. They use the same ones they used on feet, on your hands. If I could rate this 0 I would.

Honestly one of the best nail salons in Omaha! Very professional and very efficient. Even when they are busy I never wait longer than 15 minutes to get into a chair. Highly recommend, you will NOT be disappointed. If you can, request Linda she is absolutely amazing and beyond sweet!

I have been coming to Apple nails since 2018. Ive tried one place since then and a night-day difference. Every time I have came they gotten my medi-pedis sets done in a good time and I am never disappointed on the way it looks and always last way longer then other places I have went to.. i will not go anywhere else. Keep in up apple nails!!!!

Technician cut the cuticles on both of my big toes. One was bleeding quite a bit. It wasnt a pleasant experience for me and I wouldnt consider going to this location again.

I really enjoyed my first experience!!! I went at 9:30am. It was very quiet and clean. Staff was great! I just showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for!

Anthony did a great job! The shape was exactly how I wanted it, the atmosphere was relaxing and not hectic and crowded and its in a great location, easy to find. Highly recommend the full set shellac. Love the outcome!

Total Waste of time and money. The last 3/4 times I’ve been here over the last year they’ve chipped within days (when normally my dipping powder lasts 4-5 weeks when done elsewhere... and has no chips or flaws.) they “don’t do refunds” but they will fix for free but that still a waste of another 30 min. Have had these done less than 2 weeks and had more issues with this than my last 5 dips combined at other places. now for sure I know not to give them any more chances,never again.

While I was sitting in the chair crying at how he was talking to me the owner refused to pay me back my money. They did not give me what I asked for then argued with me when I asked for my money back! LOVED this place. Since Ive been working non-stop, I havent had the time to get my nails done for way too long. I went through the reviews of a bunch of nail salons of the ones open until at least 8 when I got off work and this one had the best reviews I could find. I called at about 7:15 (they close at 8) and asked if they could fit me in for a full set. Im so glad they said yes and Im really glad they did such a great job because I was pretty desperate. 😁Tim did my nails and he actually took the time to ASK me (?! I know right?!) what I wanted and did exactly that. He let me be picky without making me feel bad, which I very much appreciated!! The place looked beautiful and well taken care of, everyone I talked to was so nice, and they even took extra time to get my nails done and ended up staying late. I feel bad for making them stay so much later, but I really appreciated that they did because I really didnt have any other time to get them done.Pearl did the design for me and it turned out beautiful. There wasnt anyone there anymore who normally does the designs because it was after closing time, but she took the extra time to find something she could do that I would like and she reassured me that it was ok to take it off if I decided I didnt like it.Im really impressed because its seriously so hard to find a nail salon anymore where you are arent made to feel bad for asking for what you want.Thank you guys! I normally dont get my nails done in Omaha, but whenever I do from now on, Im not going anywhere else! Youve got a new customer! 😊

I have been coming to Apple nails for almost a decade. In my experience this is the best nail salon in Omaha. The customer service is top notch, and they make you feel like family when you walk in. Prices are reasonable and services are consistent no matterr what technician.

Very friendly, they do an AMAZING JOB every time I go there.

First time I went was okay - Man did not do a great job so I went back the next day to have them fix it and they were super nice about it and did it free of charge.Second time I went wasn’t great either - Woman did not do a nice job so I politely asked someone else to add another coat (thinking that would fix it) and it looked better. Not too long after it started chipping and I always use OPI so I don’t think it was the polish. Both times I’ve went it’s been a just okay job, but the people there are really nice and give wonderful massages!

Sandy is the only person I trust to do my eyebrow wax, and lip wax. My eyebrows always are beautifully shaped and better than any other place I’ve been. I highly recommend going here if you need a good eyebrow shape/wax.

I love his place its small and cozy, the color selections are always good. Im not a regular by any means but when I come I have confidence that my service will be well worth it.

My all time favorite nail salon. I have always left this place satisfied. You can go to any nail tech here and be happy- they all seem to be good at what they do and they’re all quite fast as well. Used to see Kevin, seems he’s never in anymore. Sent 4 employees there because I used to love that place and they were extremely disappointed. Don’t know what’s going on there, but I won’t be back. Broke 2 nails within 48 hours. Didn’t even wanna go back.

Ive gone to many nail salons. I live more than 45 minutes away but I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is always kind and let me tell you consistency is Very important and my nails look Absolutely AMAZING every time.

The lady that did my nails, basically just tried to rip off my old dip nails (it hurt and was painful) she never once said sorry when I would pull my hand away from her. I asked her to do dip but ended up leaving with shellac because what I wanted she couldn’t do with dip... she burned my fingers several times with the nail bits. This is the first time I haven’t tipped. I absolutely hate my nails..

The owner is always nice. I went in for a shellac and it only took the guy ten minutes to do after waiting for 30 minutes to get seated and I has an appointment and still had to wait while walk-ins were seated before me.

This is quite possibly a perfect pedicure experience. I decided spur of the moment that I wanted a pedicure after work. They cultivate a great, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly and skilled. Came out for my birthday mani/pedi and will definitely be back soon!

I just got my eyebrows done. Absolutely horrible. She was messy with the wax , the shape is terrible . I have a completely different shape then the other . I’m so disappointed. I’ve been there a few times and this time I got someone different . Terrible.

Anthony was very unprofessional. Did a rush job skipping many steps. Then when I asked him to fix a few of my nails he laughed at me. I ended up taking the file & fixing them myself. I then asked if I could get a design on them, he told me everyone was busy (without even checking). I said what if Im willing to wait a minute or two. He walked off & not even 20 seconds later a young woman was over to help me. First time I have not tipped my nail tech. I will not be back to Apple Nails.

I had a great experience at Apple Nails & Spa! I needed an appointment in a pinch and was able to call early in the day and make an appointment...no waiting in line necessary! I requested Sandy because of other referrals...and I am so glad I did! She did the best job shaping my nails..and I am very picky! Usually they make the tips really thick and thinner toward the cuticle...backwards from the natural shape of the nail. But these look like my own nails! I requested gel nails, which are hard to find in Omaha. Most only do powder gel, but this place has real wet gel, which I love! The price is reasonable, and everyone there was friendly! Great job! I will definitely be returning!

I have been here about 5-10 times and have never been disappointed!!! I am always so happy with the services and everyone has always been so great. I had my nails done this past year for my best friends wedding in June which I was the MOH for. Sandy (the absolute BEST) stayed an HOUR after closing to make sure my nails looked like perfection! She didn’t rush and took her time making sure they looked just how I wanted! She also then did my nails for my wedding in October and once again Sandy completely blew me away! They looked so amazing! I can’t say enough good things!

Won’t go back any longer...I’ve been having my nails done by sandy for awhile. She did them beautifully and exactly how I wanted, but a week or so ago she did them and completely rushed. She doesn’t ever talk she acts like she doesn’t appreciate her clients anymore and she has favorites that get better treatment she answers the phone sometimes, she pauses to talk to people, she pauses to write stuff and sometimes gets up to do something quick while in the middle of doing your nails or other employees stand there and they speak a different language while giggling and talking over her shoulder watching her do your nails. I had an appointment and it took her 30 minutes past my appointment when my nails were supposed to be done at the same time as my families and she took longer since she either took a walk in & or planned appointments to close. As well as, she rushed so much that my nails formed small bubbles in them that now make my nails look like I have black specs in them and the polish isn’t covering a lot of the acrylic. Which is from rushing acrylics & overdoing powder and or the liquid stuff and it not being the same amount, I never wanted to go to anyone else but now I will be switching to somewhere else even if it costs more but that has good customer treatment, takes their time always, and doesn’t over book and or take walk ins over clients appointments.

I have been getting my nails done since I was 12. 12 years later, I always have my nails done. I have a crazy work schedule so finding a place that is open when Im off work and finding a place that knows what they are doing has always been a struggle. I stumbled in this place on a Sunday, (my only day off) and I can honestly say I have never been treated so well. I was helped IMMEDIATELY, and they were super busy! I had the honor of meeting Sandy the first time. She gave the best service and she fixed my ugly nails. The second time I went in, I had the great pleasure of meeting Kevin. He was so nice, so polite and paid so much attention to my nails. I actually had broken my nail horribly and it was so painful and he fixed it. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!

Kevin does an amazing awesome job Ive tried going other places to c if I could find another nail tech just in case if I cant get to Kevin & it was a disaster disappointment hes worth the drive because he does them right along with Nancy, Sandy. No complaints

I had the best pedicure Ive ever had here! The guy took his time and adjusted the water perfectly, was amazing with the hot stones and really was a massage therapist more than a nail assist! I didnt know they used the paraffin bags--my feet are so soft!!

Came here for the first time and they did a wonderful job on my mani pedi and wax. The two ladies that worked there were very sweet as well and I hope they get more business soon. All of my coworkers have such nail envy when Ive been to Apple Nails & Spa!

I waited for almost 45 minutes. They ended up saying that only one person could do nails even though I saw almost 4 people come and go. I ended up not getting them done. I do not recommend coming to this place.

Update: I am bumping from one to three stars. The shellac has lasted at least a week. I still doubt I will return.Original:I have heard good things about this salon, which leaves me even more disappointed.My current shellac was getting old so I decided to give them a shot. I will NOT be returning.The guy who did my nails was distracted by an unhappy customer (I should have left then) and filed my nails, which I have been trying to grow out, way too short. He was also very rough with the file on my skin leaving it very red around the base of the nail.There is shellac everywhere, on my skin and cuticles. The edges of my nails are rough and I doubt the shellac will last a day without chipping.

Was not at all impressed! I will not go back!I had a shellac manicure, it started chipping right away. I went back in for repair and felt they could have cared less that I was not happy. Fast repair was sloppy they did again. Got home and have anther chip. It has only been a week! Now I need to find a new place!

I would not have anyone go here. My daughter and I went yesterday so we could spettime together they put us on opposite sides of the room so I could not even see her and then I asked 3 times for a full set and because they don’t understand English she just painted my nails. 35 bucks for something I could have done free at home and still got no time with my daughter.

My Mom (who is visiting) and I were looking for a nail salon with easy access for my mother who uses a cane or walker and the facility I normally use was a challenge for her so we tried Apple Salon. We were extremely satisfied with the staff and our nails. Sandy did an excellent job on both our nails (mine are shellac and Moms are acrylic) and her pleasing personality made the experience a very enjoyable one. We both had pedicures which were relaxing and professionally done. I also had my eyebrows waxed very nicely. We had a great spa day. We will be returning in the near future.

Being new in town Ive been trying out a ton of nail salons all over Omaha and came upon this gem. I had the best pedicure Ive ever had. The massage with hot stones was beyond amazing and this girl did not just skip thru that part like Ive had happen more often than not. It was worth every penny and more. Ive finally found my new, regular nail salon in Omaha!

I used to get my nails done somewhere else (for over 8 years), and let me tell you I was missing out. Sandy is amazing! My nails never lift no matter how long I go without getting a fill. She is friendly and quick! Ill always keep coming back. The pricing is also reasonable which I love.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a pedicure. Theyve always been able to get us in quickly and I havent had a bad pedicure.

He did exactly what I wanted. Perfectly square and thick like i asked but charged me extra because its like getting a new set??? Ok...no problem. I showed him my design from the min I walked in. Asked if he could do it. He said yes. He started on my nails when it came time for my design he made it seem like it my fault he didnt know how to do it or even start. Him and this girl kept talking/arguing about it. Needless to say i got so frustrated i just left without my design. How hard can this be....???

Because of our busy work and home schedule we needed a place with late hours and open on Sunday’s. I am so happy with the service we’ve received at Apple. They are always very polite and accommodating.

My wife loves this place. She has been to several places. But Kevin does some of the best work. I have received a manicure from Nancy, Kevins wife. She also does a wonderful job.

I would not recommend this place. I asked for a mask because I was having an allergy attack (sneezing & runny nose) and the nail technician refused to give me one and immediately put his on. He was upset and started explaining to me that I shouldn’t be asking for a mask when he is just doing a simple manicure. Once he was done I informed him that in the future he should be more kind to his customers and I did not give him a tip.

Sandy is fast and dependable. My nails last longer which eliminates costly maintenance. The spa team is very good as well. Never a oroblem. Close to home too which makes it convenient and even better.

I had a shellac manicure it started chipping right away. Then I decided to go back again and give it another try and it chip out AGAIN never going back plus took my mother in law and her nail polish was messed up not even 3 hours later so we went back in for repair and felt they could have care less and said they were very busy and were going to help other clients instead of a fix Like okay? Thought I was a cilent apparently not all they want is your money and bye honey because they dont even care to fix their messed up work not very happy with them very rude customer service dont recommend them.

I went to this nail place called virgo nails and they did a horrible job. My nail looked really lopsided. And the guy said their was nothing wrong with it . I immediately called sandy and she fixed my nails . I definitely recommend Apple nails. I’ll post a before picture which is the tan nude color and I’ll post a picture after which is the chrome I got. It was a huge difference u can tell.

Lam is wonderful but Shellac only lasted a week before it started to chip.

I would not recommend this place based on personal experience with the staff. There was some confusion on the nails that I wanted done and what I received. It was more expensive for the nails that they put on than the ones that I wanted. I figured they would understand and change the cost, but instead they told me they had to completely take my nails off. I was extremely upset and instead of being understanding they kept telling me I had to take them off and start all over again. Finally, after going back and forth for 15 min, two strangers paid the difference because they knew the staff was not being understanding still. The whole thing was very upsetting and I wouldn’t recommend that place.

I paid $103 for man and ped tell me in less than 4 days nail popped off went to get fixed no problem then another popped off I can’t go back and I loved the lady that did my feet the lady Lisa that did my nails maybe should take a break from doing nails because she is not that good sorry

Today I had the most amazing experience at Apple Nail and Spa, I went in around 6pm for a deluxe pedi and a full acrylic set, the pedicure was amazing, the most relaxing hour of my life. After my pedicure I had the pleasure of Sandy doing my nails and I was so impressed not only did she do an AMAZING beautiful job she also kept the shop open for an extra 45 minutes to finish my nails correctly and allow enough time for them to dry! I was so impressed, I felt pampered and very spoiled. I am going to be a life long customer there!! Thank you again Apple for such a wonderful time!!

Dont get your nails done here, especially if you plan to swim at all. My daughters polish was almost completely gone after only 5 days! They wouldnt fix it because she swam 2 days. They said even if she hadnt swam they only fix it for the first 2-3 days after getting it done. Poor customer service! We swim every summer and I have never had a problem with polish chipping from any other salon Ive gone to, in fact it usually lasts for weeks. I usually go to Legacy nails but we went to Apple nails since they have kids pedi chairs. Never again! Dont waste your money!!!!
