This company is absolutely awful. Extremely unprofessional. The pay is dirt, services are the worse imaginable. Working environment is toxic. They misrepresent employment positions so, they can use the job market as there own personal temp service then, terminate employees as often as run bogus ads for employment positions. Stay away from this organization. It is mismanaging funding in such a gross manner it cannot pay new hires for more than 30 days. Incompetent administration/management and I suspect if they are investigated fully you will find many other quite unprofessional occuranses have taken place as well.

Went there in 2007 when I was 16 and was there for 9 months when a “typical” person is there for around 90 days... I can’t thank the staff, the facility, the program, and every single person in that building that did not give up on me. Nova changed my whole life. It’s a tough place, but so so worth it in the end if you give it your all.

Horrible way to rehabilitate children in need, tactics are harmful and unjustified.

Nova TC Prtf has helped me find a better way to life then drugs. I graduated high school while I was here, I developed communication skills, and Realized why I should stay sober. Nova can help you, but only if you let it. I’ve seen many kids do great here but also I’ve seen many that struggle. It all really depends on you and willingness

NOVA ABSOLUTELY DESERVES NEGATIVE FEEDBACK The room and bathroom accommodations are a complete lie. You do not have an adjoining bathroom. You have to ask to be let into the bathroom that is shared by 6 women (1 of whom monopolized the bathroom all morning) and since the female side had better couches, appliances, we had a Nintendo, Wii. So when I wanted to shower at 8:30 I couldnt because all of the guys were on our end and we didnt have our own showers like mentioned. Also, since we had to be ready by 6:30 a.m. and not having access to a bathroom until almost 10p.m. because you have to check out which is a waste of time because everyone puts the same thing down every night!!!!
