This guys work with very high behavior clients and they do well even when funding levels do not match the client behaviors, they still try to make things work. Alot of complaining and whining employees. My suggestion will be for Alpha Life to only hire people over the age of 30, that way they will have more mature staff population. Keep grinding guys i am wishing you all the best that life has to offer.

I was pressed to do this review after doing some consulting work for this company. As a consultant i have rarely meet a group of people who are truly interested in a continuous improvement in the overall psychosocial well being of the clients and staff. CONGRATULATIONS TEAM ALPHA for that new national accreditation.

Not a professional job at all. Managers aren’t professional. Clients needs are never fulfilled. Clients never have enough groceries. There’s never anything fun to do so clients and staffs are stuck in the house bored. Manager “Justice” is very disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to people. NO BENEFITS WHAT SO EVER! Very low pay.

I have worked in their group homes, office and the hub which just got cameras installed but i had to leave because of my other work schedule. I do see a lot of lazy staffs who whines and complain about every little thing except their JOB PERFOMANCE. Jeez if some the staffs just do their part and not complain about every little thing. LORDDDDD things will be better. Go to work, do your job, and go home, simple. Anyway, good luck. My advice to new hires is to just do your job and stay out of non work related issues.

I worked with Alpha in various capacity and it is sad to see angry people just log in to try to discredit the organization. In my opinion one of the best organizations out there who never puts a termination notice on clients. One of the few organization who rarely make the clients pay for damages. one of the few agencies who went for months without room and board been paid to them but they continue to serve the clients. One of the few organizations who takes in very HIGH behavior clients. Some of the complaints that i see indicate that some people do not understand how funding impacts staffing and how funding affects pay. MAZEL TOV ALPHA.

Please do not send your loved one to Alpha Life. I promise you I’m not some former employee trying to throw Alpha under the bus: but from the bottom of my heart I plead you to consider any other agency. They only care about money not people.

Charles the manager is a wonderful person. The basement does require some work to be done on it. The meals are wonderful.
