I had a great first experience with a new APRN. I easily found the building and was able to complete my paperwork online ahead of time. Their office is gorgeous. Super upscale! The office staff is also superb.

LOVE their new office! It reminds me of an upscale art gallery. Everyone at this facility is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My therapist is also amazing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing mental health help. Especially during the pandemic.

I see a nurse practitioner here who has been so amazing to me and my family. Mental Health is NOT an easy field to be in and their staff is AMAZING. They got Me in quickly and have always been so kind. Would absolutely recommend coming here.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Trying to schedule an appointment is frustrating. One of my family members received services here and from the outcome, you would probably be better off going to see a psychic. My only recommendation is that you stay away from this place. I believe that Kristi is nothing but a phony.

Horrible office and customer service, I made an appt and 3 weeks before my appointment called to see if I could move it they told me I would have to wait 6 weeks to move the appt so I said I will keep my original appointment but put me on a wait list. I called again to confirm my appointment and make sure they didnt have a cancellation for sooner as the front desk lady told me she will put me on a wait list and I was informed she cancelled my appointment and I do not have an appt and now need to wait 4-6 weeks for next available and don’t even have the appointment I made and they can’t tell me why it was cancelled without my approval or request. Very unprofessional office and I will be letting everyone I know to stay away from here!

This facility has outstanding customer service. When I called to schedule a first appointment they spent time asking me questions to try and figure out the most compatible provider for me to see. The next day I received an emailed with the exact breakdown of my costs, along with an explanation of my insurance benefits. I had some issues getting connected to my provider through telehealth. The receptionist walked me through it and stayed on the phone with me until I got connected. Great customer service is a rare occurrence these days. This place will not disappoint!

Kristi (the CEO and founder) runs this practice in an honest way putting clients first. After she learned of an unfavorable experience I had in the billing department, she took my account and tended to it herself to ease my worries. She also took the time out to really listen to my frustrations about my experience and make it right. I was very impressed. I have always received great care and now that I have experienced how high-quality the leadership of this practice is, I can confidently say I would recommend it to anyone. Counseling Connections truly values all of their clients and their customer service is top notch.

This office has terrible customer service! My brother and I called their office informing he needed a change in medication and never received a returned call. After 3 days, we actually had to drive into their office in order to be helped! And upon our arrival, the staff was there so WHY they did not return our calls is just unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Our experience with Marty Stoltenberg has been wonderful. He is professional, caring and genuine. He puts his patients first and works with their personal needs. He helps creates an “ease of conversation” that provides comfort and compassion.

My wife and I received counseling with one of their providers. It saved our marriage. Weve met with our therapist both online and in-person. Both have gone well. I highly recommend this agency for marriage counseling.

If you are looking for a nurse practitioner who spends time getting to know you, check out this place. My friend and I see two different providers in this group and both of us have shared similar experiences. My doc is easy to get ahold of and spends at least 45 min with me each time. I highly recommend!

My experience with CCA is that they are a group that keeps high standards for caring for people across the board. Dr. Tackett-Newburg worked with me on numerous issues which led me to more confidently accomplish my goals. I highly recommend.

I give the doctor Marilyn Eckerson a one star for terrible service. You can let her know a patient of hers, has picked up an addiction and she doesnt really care. Instead she will have them take a urine test to cover her own behind. Meanwhile refill the patient prescription and send them on their way. But, hey its all in a days work right? Get a patient addicted and receive a monthly check. I understand, just like the dopeman. You cant expect someone battling addiction to always be the first to tell you. Sometimes a true friend has to step in. There is nothing wrong with weening a patient down to find out. But, Im not the doctor.I just wanted this on the record, because if she has health problems later, I dont want to hear Im sorry, you was right. She has 3 beautiful kids that love her dearly, but they are missing her today. She is a totally different person with no empathy for anyone, not even her own kids. The hate she has in her heart is deep. She naturally is a fun loving person and your drugs have taken that away.I would love to write a positive review one day, please help her. Dr. Marilyn Eckerson you might be saving her life. If Im wrong then Im wrong, if your wrong then she could pass away one day But, until then she is losing the people around her, that use to mean the world to her. As a doctor you should expect the addict to manipulate you. She is constantly asked whats wrong with her because of her weight. Her blood pressure is high too. You dont see that as clue number one and two? Have another doctor look at her. Its clear too see she needs help. Before I go, how many addicts tell the truth? Maybe I should post this on Twitter.

I have been to many different therapist offices throughout my life and never really found a good fit...until CC&A. From the moment I walked into Counseling Connections & Associates I felt warmth and welcomed. The front desk receptionist was great and walked me through the paperwork instead of just throwing it at me to fill out. My therapist was down to earth and made me laugh to help me relax even more. I honestly cant express how much I am looking forward to getting to a better place in my life and I know that CC&A is the place to get me there. CCA came highly recommended by a friend and I would have to agree. My experience has been great thus far. The office is very warm and welcoming. In fact, the office building backs up to a lake, which I find to be very calming. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen two different providers and they have both been great.

The staff here is top notch and I have always been treated with dignity and respect I will never use chi or UMNC for my psychological issues because I have found that they use a standard for people who are needing help you really cant do that with mental illness because everyone is different. I would recommend this place to anyone and if you have a psychiatrist who you dont feel 100% telling your issues to get a second opinion because you can do that make sure to tell the new doctor its a second opinion because you can get in trouble if they think your doctor shopping

When they had a nurse practitioner move out of state they promptly passed the burden and cost onto their clients. I was told I’d have to pay more to see a different provider. There are better places to go in Omaha, their front desk people barely speak English and they clearly don’t care about patient retention.

Their customer service is top notch. The front desk staff made me feel welcome right away. I also had a great experience with the provider I saw.

I am shocked by the negative reviews of this place, my experience has been so positive! The staff is always welcoming, and if I need to reschedule they do everything they can to get me a time that works. I have never had an issue with getting a call back or getting questions answered. I highly recommend!

I’d like to start by saying the location of CCA in the City of Omaha is easy to access from any where and it also on a small lake which is amazing! The gal working in the front office is so amazing and helped me so much with scheduling and also took care of all my insurance woes (questions) I’m recommending CCA to all as all good things come the top and the leadership within. I have been to a few places for help lets say since way younger. I went to douglas county hospital and they had one doc. that was good before they closed.. Had years of others places trust me this place is wonderful and KNOW what their doing to help you plus the office personal are great and fun. They make you feel like home but when not busy little goofy..little silly jk. Really they will do anything that they can for you to get help when needed. Thank you for all you have done for me Regency.. Big shout out to Marilyn for working with me and doing everything you can do if by chance you read these.. Can not praise you enough. When your going into a deep depression or not acting right for me, you need a good place .Mike Kurkowski

Therapist acted like she didnt care about my wife and I and our issues. I asked if we should come back for more seissons and therapist said thats up to you....

I have to agree with the previous commenter about customer service.I saw one of your therapists, on average, less than once a month from last June to November. She was able to see me for intake due to someone else cancelling, but wasn’t able to see me consistently after that; I later learned that I should have been calling to check if there were any openings, but that was never made clear to me. She wasn’t able to put me in the scheduling system regularly until after the new year.What frustrates me the most is I have no idea who I should have been upset with: the therapist, who took me on as a client when she really couldn’t? The receptionist who saw one opening in the schedule without checking if there were any more? Or your computer system for being so inflexible?I know this review is long overdue but I just learned that CCA has been voted in Best of Omaha, which hurts me because I could have been making months of progress at this place but barely ever got started.

I called and left a message to set up an appointment and didnt get a call back. I called a second time and left another message saying this is the second time called and need someone to respond. I finally got a call back and the person on the phone said she needed to check the schedule and she would get back to me. Never called me back.
