They treated me like a criminal threatening to make me take drug tests because I refused a drug eval because I had one recently done. I was getting services to better myself on my own free will and they wanted to treat me like a criminal. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

My intellectually disabled sister has been attempting to meet with a counselor there to help her with organizing her home. The RUDE person that is supposedly assigned to help her expects my sister to have the technological knowledge of a normally functioning person. She missed her appointment today via Zoom because of technology issues (she is very challenged with tech) and the woman named Molly told her that this was her last chance and she could have no more sessions because she was late to the appointment. Expecting a fish to climb a tree is insanity. These people are ridiculous and NOT HELPFUL!

The nurse practitioner here might as well have no education because she knows nothing about her job! Claiming you can’t switch doctors but you have every right to switch doctors if you don’t like the doctor you are seeing because that doctor you see wants to stop your medication without properly weaning you off of it after 5 years of taking that medication because they don’t care about your mental health and don’t want to pay attention to what you need to get better.

Avoid going here if you need a substance abuse evaluation, DO NOT GO if they pair you with Virgin for your evaluation.

Saved my life. Not sure how everything ended up working out but it did. Paid next to nothing for their service, and it was extremely worth it. I probably would be dead if not for this service.

Horrible experience when someone is reaching out for help you guys won’t help all because they can’t afford it this is not a good service at all and I would not recommend anyone to go here.

They do not take people on Medicare even if you have other insurance.
