I had a pallet delivered to my residential address and had no issues. The lift gate truck took care of the heavy delivery and the driver helped me get it up my driveway with the pallet jack. The driver was patient in letting me check over the item and even pointed out a point of damage on the box (no damage to the item though). Good experience, Id be happy to see an item coming through Dohrn in the future.

This is the worst service I can imagine. Our shipment was to be delivered from Omaha to Lincoln on 4/25/2014. I called and the guaranteed I could expect delivery between 1 pm & 2 pm. Next I find the driver began his pickups for Omaha and blocked our shipment in. So he took our shipment back to Omaha. They guaranteed it would be delivered on 4/26/2014 at 9 am. It did not arrive. These are products we needed for the weekend. They lied. This is a service I highly recommend companies avoid using.

Driver Was very rude he never said who he was or what he was bringing in Placed things in customers way. I asked him if he could bring around the counter he told me i was lucky he was bringing it in. took up our entire parking lot. Slammed paperwork on counnter and said next time you will come to the truck and get it yourself. When leaving left the door to his trailer open and left the lot so fast he lost his 2 wheeled cart out in the middle of a major highway. The driver could have Seriously hurt somebody and/ or caused a major accident.

Tried to stop a driver from doing a U turn in our park lot to keep him from destroying the pavement any worse than it already is. He refused to stop and physically challenged me with his truck!! ( I was on foot) As he drove he told me it was to late and did it any way. Never stopped!!!No he didnt deliver here and never will !!!

This company is legitimately terrible. Im not the type of person to write negative feedback, everyone has bad days. But this company deserves it.These guys screwed me around for an entire week wasting several hours of my time. I scheduled 4 people to unload the freight, and each day Dohrn blew me off, wasting other peoples time as well. On Friday after 3:00 rolls around with NO phone call (my appt was from 10 -2), I call them to find out what the heck is going on, and they have the nerve to tell me oh yeah, it turns out we cant find a truck to put it in, and theres a chance it wont work on Monday either. Absolute BS.Unfortunately they run a business like my 2 year old would, and raising my voice and giving them no other option was the only way to get them to stop dragging their feet and just do their friggin job. The worst part was this cost me another hour of my time being xferred to 3 different ppl in corporate customer service.Zero accountability, zero apologies or legitimate explanations. I asked whose mistake it was, and the hub manager simply said I dont know. Even though there were only 2 employees there, he didnt know if it was his fault or her fault. Subtraction is hard. The dumbest part of this entire experience was the final conversation I had with the hub manager when he finally said after an hour of him arguing with me about how it wasnt mathematically possible to fit my freight in a truck, he says Im going to go measure this stupid ass thing and see if I can fit it in one of these other trucks. You gotta be kidding me! Tape measures would be a good starting point boss.Good luck Dohrn, hopefully you graduate tape measure school soon.Avoid this company at all costs. I would have paid twice the price to have avoided this experience.
