We have been trying to get payment since October 2016. Tim says call back on Friday for payment. He says that the shipper has not paid him yet, this is a total lie. The factoring company called the shipper who paid him long ago. He has an excuse every single time. He is patronizing and very unprofessional. The amount owed is only $850. Do not do business with this company if you want to be paid for your work. He has no plans to pay, and it is six months later. If I could put a -5, I would. You have to rate 1 star to post a review.

I went to work for Canning Logistics Service back in May. This has got to be the most unorganized company Ive ever seen. I had to fight to get my paychecks just about every Friday. Sometimes Id have to wait till Monday to get paid.His equipment is barely able to pass a DOT inspection. And if you need your equipment repaired, he loses his temper with you and when it comes time to pay for repairs, you cant get a hold of anyone to pay for it.When I delivered to customers I had a hard time getting money for lumper services.When you quit the company he will go back into your personal bank account and take what he considers his money back.The owner is under investigation and being sued by several people for nonpayment.This company also forces drivers to lie on their logbooks.Im my opinion this has got to be one of the worst companies to drive for. They will screw you over and the owner will make you feel like an idiot.STAY AWAY!!!!!

The owner, Tim, goes thru drivers quicker than he changes moods. Im guessing he rides to work in a clown car so that his many personalities can come along... Ive never been lied to so often in such a short period of time in my life.. He does not enjoy paying his employees and therefore he keeps a part of their paycheck for himself... Oh! And dont worry about being legal! If you can do 1,200 miles in a day, youre golden..

The owner Tim made false reports about a friend of mine who he refuses to pay for his work and the miles he put in. He made false reports to the police about this man I guess he didnt realize just how many witnesses actually heard that conversation between my friend and himself because he was on speaker phone when it took place. Absolutely false accusations that Tim made to the police so I guess its a good thing that my cousin is a lawyer and willing to represent my friend in court for free. By the way there was 3 witnesses that heard you Tim.

If I could post a negative star they would earn -5. We moved a load for this company back in Oct 2016 - we have submitted an invoice and all subsequent paperwork for payment (three times). This company has yet to pay our invoice and when we call them about it we get put on hold or told that we will get a call back - not once have they responded. We have spoken to Tim the owner several times and he tells us that he will do to the department and call us back - never once has he called back. This company is very unprofessional and can not afford a $600 invoice - that should tell you something about their character. Would recommend everyone contact BBB and report them.

Dont do loads for this broker if you want to get paid. did a load the middle of Dec and still waiting on payment, when you call you get excuses. I sent them email and very little on the response only that they are checking in to it....and I am currently turning over to collections. to bad they make you give this place a star...they dont even deserve it!!!

Wish I had read these reviews in March 2017. Unfortunately I did not and we booked a load through Canning. Completed the load on time with no issues 3/7/17 for a measly $380. Still have not received payment and Tim says his accounting manager is out EVERY TIME I have called. I am looking for ways to collect the money. Will update if I am successful. Some things I have read so far suggest that carriers can file a claim against a brokers surety bond to collect payment. Wish I could give a negative star rating.

Paychecks always bounced would never let me go home when I wanted to I had a scheduled court date I missed I had a warrant for my arrest the a****** said everything will be fine I was picked up by local authorities after having a confrontation with him he called the authorities and had me arrested I spent 3 months in jail because of this idiot Im out and Ive got a better job

This company shouldnt be allowed to operate, drivers unpaid, writing bad checks, very unprofessional.. Threatening people, no bond to operate, no license to broker loads, lies manipulating, using of people.. so much debt there was a class action suit Id love to get ahold of the guy perusing it!!

If I could give him zero stars, I would. We moved a load for Canning and could not collect the outstanding invoice for MONTHS. Tim tried to bully and intimidate us, but he lacks any substance and is a coward. We reached out to the receiver, who ultimately paid the bill.I feel bad for all the drivers he screwed over. Tim really is a terrible person.

Its like a real family working with CLS. Small though mighty, I feel like thats what really give them the competitive edge. This company is really going places!

Tim does not pay his bills and makes up people in his office. His AP gal is out and cant advise status of payment...Spoke to another individual at his company a couple days later and she didnt know he had an AP gal...Tim handles all of the money. When he finally answered my call and didnt hang up, I asked him about it and he told me I was being annoying... Guy is a deadbeat and probably has to watch over his shoulder every time he is out in public.... Weve turned him over to our attorneys and collections division.

Extremely poor business practices. The owner Tim Lukowski is unprofessional and lacks proper business etiquette. He booked a load with us, and then never picked up. The rate con. was issued, his dispatch confirmed, and then never heard from them until 1 day after the load was supposed to pick up. When we finally got a hold of him, Tim stopped taking our calls/ or plainly hung up on us. After numerous emails and phone calls, he patched us to his dispatch- all the while not knowing which load we were discussing (even though he booked the load with us). His dispatch stated he didnt know anything about this load, but he didnt have a truck for this anyways. Be forewarned! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH CANNING LOGISTICS! Please note, that at least one star is required to be able to post.

I worked there for over 9 months! Owner forces drivers to run illegal or he won’t pay them! He never pays on time and doesn’t give any pay stubs! Fuel cards only work about once a week and you can’t get ahold of anyone after hours for any problems! He only pays his drivers by mapquested miles and even then he won’t tell them how many miles he’s paying for! He is so far in debt even part of his trucks where repoed! I was in the office several days and it was an endless stream of creditors calling for money! Stay way away!!!! Run if he calls you!! I was actually getting ready to file bankrupt when I was let go!

I tried calling twice for a question about a check. Both times I was unimpressed by the phone etiquette. I wasnt able to ask my question and the second time I was place on hold for 40 minutes with no help just told to call back later. Im not sure if there was a problem with the load we delivered or not, just simply trying to get some questions answered. If they are so busy I would appreciate them taking down my number and calling me back when they have time.

I signed on with this company not knowing or doing my homework, but finding out Tim is highly unprofessional and doesnt pay for work completed, comes up with more excuses than a politician!! Checks in the mail, bank is sending payment, be sent tomorrow, you name it Ive heard it, much like the rest of the world I jus want the money owed to me, Ive recently found out Canning has lost their license to broker loads due to their inability to fullfil contract agreements with carriers/ drivers,its too bad I had to find out this way, and that their are people in business practicing this way..Guess Ill jus add my name to the list of people taking legal action,Ive contacted by phone with no response responded to Tims email he cc to another in the office to give the impression he is making payment when I call him out on his excuses why payment hasnt been made he proceeds to make false accusations about my character and to cover his trail of deception, I did my job to the fullest without fail, the people in the office know this... But they are in the dark as to people going unpaid..as you can see there is a lot of people with the same complaint, unpaid!!!!!

We did a load for them back in October for a total of $2850 and we still havent been paid. They double brokered the load and now refuse to pay. They finally sent me a check in June and it bounced. They lost their broker license and have poor business practices. Tim Lukowski lacks honesty and integrity. Stay away, he will not pay you. He needs to be shut down immediately.

Has treated employees poorly and that same similar treatment is shown to partner carriers and truck drivers hauling for them. Would not recommend working with this outfit as the fella running the show isnt very ethical.

This Tim Lukowski guy is very unprofessional. He tries to come off as this hard, tough businessman but that whole concept falls flat on its face when you listen to his grammar or read misspellings in his communications. Just a mess, total soup sandwich.

Canning Logistics, as well as Tim Lukowski, have always been great for us at C.H. Robinson. I know when Im working with Canning, the job will get done and done right.

Horrible company, stupid dispatchers that dont know what is going on....... THEY ARE A MESS. Hauled over 9 loads for them-$32000.00, refusing to pay it all know because one load was late when i was told to follow the rate con not the bills. Rate con said Monday, bills say Sunday, there dispatcher told me to follow the rate con, i get a call on Sunday asking where the truck is, than we go through all this BS and come to find out he is not paying me for any loads. DONT USE THIS BROKER IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY.

We did a load with Canning Logistics in November 2016. After numerous phone call we still have not received payment. Tim is a biggest liar who come up with difference excuse every time. I dont believe he has intention of paying anyone.
