From looking at the reviews, the quality of service from this company has dipped in the last year. I can vouch for that. The HOA I reside in uses their services. To say its poor would be an understatement. Even though, the HOA is to provide this service, we have taken it upon ourselves to put down spring fertilizer so that at least our portion of the lawn looks good. However, theyve destroyed our lawn. It used to be lush and now its filled with weeds and ruts from where the mower goes the same direction every week. They even damaged my conduit to my home. After calling OPPD, I was told an electrician needed to do the repair. I know for fact, as my boyfriend was home, that they did the repair, not a licensed electrician (see photos).Ive spoken to our property management company numerous times, to no avail. Hopefully we can get their contract removed and we can hire a company who takes pride in creating beautiful lawns.

The products they use seem to do a good job and the people are great to deal and work with. My lawn always look good and weeds are kept to a minimum through out the year. I would recommend them and have to several of my neighbors who are also using them now.

Yard looks worse than before I hired them. Doorbell cameras caught the technicians not even spending 3 min there and not even spraying in my front yard. Backyard extremely overgrown with weeds but i dont have a camera back there to observe the lack of service.

Brandon came out and did fall lawn application and spot sprayed for weeds. Hes excellent and very professional. When he comes out i have no worries as he explains b 4 hand on what he is going to do. Hes a great asset to your company. I highly recomment him. Thank u for bringing a man that has the knnowledge to do the great job that he does.

We had them come out this week for aeration & overseeding. My husband noticed after they were here that the back gate in our yard is now torn apart and splintered all over. Our dog could very easily get hurt or escape the yard, or another dog could get into our yard now. No one mentioned it to us after the service was done. There was no contact made to address the damage other than “my machine messed up the gate a little.” Come on,

Well they came out the first week and put fertilizer and weed kill product down but after a couple of weeks I started to still have a lot of dandelions popping up so I went and purchased a bottle of weed kill but I did call them and let them know the situation they did respond quite quickly within 2 days they sent someone out they said they sprayed for weeds again so know I am just waiting to see the results. Although this first application was free I am just waiting to see how my lawn will respond to decide if I want to continue with service.

ProTurf was amazing at my old house. The new house was a new technician and did not satisfy. I switched companies & very happy.

In two years they have greatly improved our lawn that used to be nothing but weeds. In fact it was so bad when I was taking bids one company actually turned down the job. Pro Turf had our lawn looking so good my neighbors signed up with them. I have three dogs and they are always respectful of that. Appreciate the early pay discount too.

They have great service, very responsive. I get my lawn care and tree care through this company. Quality of service is top notch, they leave a lot of feedback everytime they visit. They let me know ahead of time when theyll be showing up. When I need them to stop by again for an in between service they are on it. My lawn always looks great and my trees produced good quality fruits this past season. Will probably not use any other arborist than this company. Extremely professional.

I think the thing I like the best about Nebraska pro turf is the technician who comes out and does the work on our yard. With previous companies I have used, the technicians are not happy about the work they are doing and dont really seem to care. The technician who services my yard with Nebraska pro turf is not only courteous, but he is more than willing to solve any other issues that you have.

They are very responsive and have great service. They take care of my lawn and my tree care. Top notch service. They let me know ahead of time when theyll be showing up. When I need them to stop by again for an in between service they are on it.

I was so impressed with our technician who searched everywhere for wasp nests. We showed him one and he found three more. Great.

I only have one issue, my neighbors say my lawn looks too good for the neighborhood!!! This company lets me know before they come out so that I can keep my dog inside. They give discounts when paying for the full years service. Also, after spraying the lawn, I can call them back if I notice that the weeds havent gone away and there is no charge! I have had them do my lawn for 2 years now and I have decided to try the Pest Solutions because of the great job they do. I would definitely recommend them!

Love that I dont have a contract. Have helped tons with creeping charlie, but still have tons of crab grass. Hopefully will get better this year.

Our lawn has looked so much better with Nebraska Pro Turf. We have less dandelions every year. And the grubs seem to also less every year. The color of green in the lawn looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you for all you do to our lawn!

We are entering our 4th season with ProTurf and will say we see very happy! Our lawn looks great and weeds and pests are kept kept at bay! And if there is an issue they are quick to fix it! Love that they call the day before showing up and let me know they are here so I can make sure my dog is inside. My ONLY complaint and it is minor, is the telemarketing! I get a call usually in between every service and it gets to be annoying. Other than that, they are good too work work and a good value! I do recommend them.

Experience has been great so far! We worked out a great deal and they have been very prompt and efficient in their applications. We even forgot to unlock our gate one day (after they had notified us to do so - so it was our fault). And they were very proactive in setting up a time to come back and do the backyard which is wonderful! Have been very pleased!

I dont recommend at all. The killed my lawn in spring and managment came out even stated it was killed after they aerated and sprayed chemical a week later. I told them Id pay for my services after my lawn was brought back to life and today I got a collections letter. Management even agreed. Lies! They cant even communicate with customers sad! They were great in beginning until a different person came out each time and couldnt even fulfill entire yard! And had constant reminders of what they should already know. Stay away youve been warned!

2018 - Just starting my 3rd season with with Nebraska Pro Turf Lawn Service and I am still happy with the improvements I have seen in my lawn. The lawns on both sides of me have a TON of dandelions and I only had 3 or 4 total. Great service so far!2017 - This is my second season with Nebraska Pro Turf Lawn Service and I am happy with the improvements I have seen in my lawn. Many fewer weeds than when I was doing it myself. The seasonal package seems to be well priced and they are great at communication and always give details of what was done during each visit. I plan on sticking with them and seeing even better results next year!

For five years our house was rented to family members who did not take care of the yard at all!! The yard was not even mowed on a regular basis... it was Over the top of my knees in the back yard & completely FULL of chiggers! It was dirt in places, full of weeds, & crab grass (which made me very crabby!) I had to get it cleaned up! I run a Daycare business at my home & love that my yard is beautiful now! I even use Pro Lawn to keep the bugs away!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Nebraska Pro Turf Services has been a great company to work with. We just bought a house that has nothing but weeds and very little grass. They began treatment early this summer and provided notes on our invoice on what they came across in our yard, tips on how to keep our yard in good shape, and any other things that they came across during their visit. They laid out a schedule for us from summer to fall in order to get our lawn taken care of and back to grass. Also, provided input on a tree we were concerned was diseased. Very accommodating business and I recommend them to anyone.

Pro turf does good work, communicate well and in the summer my lawn is green with good density.

After using Scotts Lawn Service for 3 years on our lawn we decided to switch to Pro Turf and I have to say that I am not at all upset about the switch. Not only are their prices extremely competitive...but their techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. Weve also noticed that we have the same tech servicing our yard each time...which allows for them to observe changes and make necessary recommendations for adjustments in treatment rather than a blanket offer. Devon, our tech, is friendly, energetic and enthusiastic about his work which also demonstrates that this is a great company.

This company is great! Professional, returns calls quickly, follows through with what they say they are going to do and even personalized to call you and let you know when theyre coming and keep you informed of what they are going to do. Pro Truff is great they communicate great and my yard looks great, if something needs extra care in between planed services like extra weeds the come out and take care it promptly. Pro Peast need work last year was the first year using them had bad service and they could not seam to do indoor and outdoor at the same time, the service men wore rude, trying one more seanson because of the relationship we have with lawn care side, but if this seanson is bad we will switch back to pest company we had before.

We just had our first application a couple of weeks ago. My yard is looking like it is greening in nicely. Ill likely have to update this review as time goes on, and I can better see the results. The company itself is very courteous, helpful in my needs, and quick to tell me of any changes to scheduling. Being a first time home buyer, I know nothing about lawn care other than mowing it when the grass gets long. I am glad to have Pro Turf on my side to help me in this!

Before I get into the real issue as to why I will not use Proturf again, if you hire them, be prepared to be bombarded with sales calls. I was getting 1-2 per month for extra treatments and additional services. And it isnt just a courtesy call, it is a pushy salesperson not even allowing you to talk, just trying to get you to commit. Obviously, there is a chemical spray for every bug known to man, and they feel they need to charge you for it.I hired Proturf towards the fall of 2017. At the time I had no previous services from other companies. My lawn wasnt in bad shape, but I knew it needed some extra care and weed control. At the time I contacted them I personally asked about aerating my lawn before winter. The person told me no, he wanted to wait until the next year to see how the treatment went. I trusted him and left it as is.During the next year, 2018, I started to notice issues with my lawn, garden, and trees. Dead spots started showing up, one of my flower beds started to turn black, and weeds were getting worse, not better. I consulted them more than once and nothing improved. I finally decided enough was enough. When I tried to cancel I was pleaded to let a manager come out and see the lawn. After giving them not one, but two opportunities to come by, no one showed up, so I stopped services.Since I switched my lawn has already started to improve. Weeds are starting to die off and some of my bad spots are coming back. I can even see it in my flower beds and trees. I am not a chemical expert or lawn expert, but I feel they held back. Almost everything they tried to up sell me to do, I ended up getting included in my next provider without the up charge, plus, a touch cheaper.I guess some people have some success with them, I did not. They seem too wrapped up in making additional sales then verifying the services they already provide is good for the customer.

I have used Nebraska Pro Turf for three years and have always been happy with their service. The few times I have interacted with the person applying the service to my lawn they were courteous and professional. They do try to upsell a bit but are not pushy about it which is appreciated. They have been able to keep the creeping charlie from my yard for the most part and that has been a bit plus.

No contracts, great service, will show up to treat problems at no extra charge. The pricing is very reasonable for a great looking yard. My only complaint would be that they call a couple times a year trying to sell extra services, but theyre not pushy.

The representatives are alway on time, polite and seem interested in doing a good job for me and being sure I understand what has been done and what I should do, if anything. Couldnt be more pleased.

I was contacted multiple times to do my lawn care for over a months time. After saying no multiple times I finally caved and said Yes. Since saying yes its been 18 days and still no one has shown up. I followed up with Pro Turf after 9 days and I was assured by Corey someone would be at my home within 3 days. That never happened. Today I get an email saying I could win 1 year free service if I give a Google Review. So here I am. I am sure I wont win but if I do I dont want it because your service is no good.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pro Turf. I had to remove a tree in my front yard which prohibited them from treating the grass for a week or so, and they were patient with me despite attempting to service the lawn twice while it was covered with tree. They treated weeds that they found and offered to come re-treat if those weeds werent dying. As a person who doesnt know a lot about what is going in my yard, the report they left behind was really useful. I could name the weeds I just knew were ugly before, and now I get to watch them shrivel and die! Thanks, guys!

My yard has never looked so lush and green, I cant believe what a quick night and day difference their services had upon my previously unpresentable lawn. The fellas that run it are kind, informative and patient. I highly recommend any service they have to offer. Ive been approached by other services, but they were rude and put off when I wasnt sure about what they were trying to sell, all claiming to be the best. Their egos were as high as the cost of their services. The team at Nebraska Pro Turf Lawn are very espectful and offer an array of superior services at a price that wont clean out your bank. They care about their customers and arent in this business to rob people by overcharging. I respect that quality in any company.I highly recommend them.

Very dishonest, I had an agreement they would treat my yard this spring and they did not show up. They tried to get way more money than what we agreed to.Bot sure how they will stay in business when they treat their customers this way.I will go with Turff Pro this year.

I live in Omaha and have had Pro Turf since 2011. I canceled the service this spring. Service was OK (just OK not great)I started to detail my experience and it ran way too long so......I had a problem with the GM, Leela (sp) in Omaha. She was rude, didnt return calls and was extremely confrontational when I finally did speak with her. ( There are other reviews that relate the same experience with her. ) I left a voice mail on the phone of what I was told was the corporate GM of Pro Turf, Karen, in Belton, MO. thinking she might be interested in my experience. Apparently not. Must have figured that ex-customers are not worth the time. My call wasnt returned. Dont expect a response to this review. Just saying.

I have tried for years to hire a company that can make my corner yard look great and make it weed free including getting rid of my clump fescue. Nebraska Proturf is the only company that has made that happen! They are, without a doubt, the best company, with which, I have worked. Thank you Proturf!

I would encourage anyone who conducts business with ProTurf Lawn Service to carefully document all calls to include the time, date, and name of the person with whom you spoke. Also photocopy all correspondance between yourself and that company and retain the envelope with the cancelled postage mark and date. They performed weed treatments on my lawn for one season and did not successfully treat the little violet flowers that keep coming back. To their credit they did eradicate virtually all other weeds. Let the buyer beware.

I have used Pro Turf Lawn and Tree Service in Omaha for the last 2 years and my lawn has never been more lush and green. Pro Turf staff has been GREAT to deal with if I ever have a question or service need.

A very good company

This company is aweful! I contracted Pro Turf for lawn applications for the 2015 season in March. After the first application, I contacted Pro Turf let them know I did not want pre-emergent on the next application, because I was going to plant some new seed. After that call, I spent an entire Saturday afternoon after the first application preparing my lawn for seeding and then planted some expensive blue grass seed. I spent a lot of time and money for nothing as it turns out.Thirteen days after I worked on my lawn, I get a notice of service on my door and it was printed on the front and on the back of the notice that a fertilizer, weed killer, insect killer, and pre-emergent was planted. Under the section labeled Products Applied Today, it showed that Prodiamine, a pre-emergent, was applied to the entire yard in the amount of 7.5 gallons.I called the customer service line and spoke with Leela. She informed me that the technician didnt apply the pre-emergent on my lawn because it said on her computer that a pre-emergent was not to be applied. I told her that perhaps the technician didnt get that information, since on the front and the back of the notice I got on my door said a pre-emergent was applied. All she did was argue with me and told me I was wrong.I had enough arguing with Leela, and I cancelled my service for the rest of the year and asked that the amount I prepaid already for the season be refunded and that a manager call me. Leela also asked why a manager should call me when I already cancelled my service. A manager has not called me and a refund has not been issued.The first application didnt do much for my lawn, as it turns out. I had much better experience with Tru Green and am going to switch back to them.

We are on our second year with Nebraska Pro Turf and I have to say our lawn looks great. We never have any weeds or crabgrass by following their recommendations for a multistep application schedule.

My lawn was the worst its ever looked in 10 years when I used Pro Turf. The dandelions and crab grass were out of control. I called the company numerous times and they never did anything about it. The final straw was they attempted billing when they never showed up to treat my lawn. Scammers and fraud and horrible service - stay away!

I visited them by a private matter and the manager solved my problem very professional and for that I recommend their services to all omaha

Nebraska Pro Turf also offers pest control. They were the only company that has helped us keep the ants on our property under control. We tried a few other, smaller companies and hadnt had the same success.
