Having been a two plus pack a day smoker for over 45 years, I decided something had to be done. I tried gum, patches, drugs, but nothing helped. My Dr. suggested hypnosis. Clovis explained the process and what to expect before the session started at no charge.He starts by relaxing you with some of the many methods he knows. Youre never totally unconscious and can hear him speaking.When you leave you dont think its going to work but then after a while the cravings are gone. This is the longest Ive gone smoke free ever. I thought the cravings were going to make me crazy however I barely had any at all. Sure youll have to make some lifestyle changes but nothing really major(at least for me).
