A Better U Hypnosis is like a breath of fresh air! Katrina did a great job of getting to know what my individual needs where before suggesting anything. I felt very comfortable and after the discovery session was over I had some tools I could use to help me disconnect from the stressful workday right away. Katrina is Amazing! She works with 3 of my children on things like anxiety, stress management, athletic performance, sleep, and whatever else happens to pop up.
