Regretably, I came here for lip filler (my first time) in March 2021, and had a horrible outcome. The provider was very nice, but she ultimately injected my Juvaderm into the wrong tissue plane of my lips, giving me an unsightly and uncomfortable outcome. All of the filler was on the inside of my lips, up against my teeth and gums, particularly in my top lip. This meant I didnt have much appreciable volume, except from the lips being pushed out from the inside, and the worst part of the whole ordeal: my inner lip was pushed out during speech and smiling, which was both uncomfortable and unsightly. The inside of my top lip would curl out, and my lips looked lumpy, wiggly, and droopy, like cat lips, obscuring and completely altering my smile. My bottom lip was also very uneven, and had two very large knots of filler that never softened.I could tell within a couple of days of injection that something was wrong, and called for a follow-up appointment, as I was in town for work, but would be leaving shortly after the two week recovery mark. I tried calling several times in the morning and afternoon to make the follow-up appointment, but never got an answer, so I sent and email and had to leave a voicemail, then heard back via voicemail. The provider did call me directly to try to reassure me and soothe my concerns, but my results were still not good, so I went to the follow-up. During this appointment, I was told that hyaluronidase was only used in case of vascular injection of filler, and was told to massage my lips. I was made to feel that I was being too particular, and that my lips were so small prior to injection, that the poor result couldnt have been avoided. I did massage my lips as instructed for a couple of days, but this served only to irritate my lips and make them more swollen, exacerbating the issue.Ultimately, I had to see a plastic surgeon back home for several appointments to have the misplaced filler dissolved, and new filler put in. The original injections were done ten weeks before my wedding, so I needed the issue fixed so I would not look bizarre in my wedding photos. This process cost me many times the amount of the original filler injections, and I wish I would have never gone to this clinic, and it cost me a lot of stress, pain, and money to fix their work. The provider I saw was thankfully able to correct my lips over many sessions, but told me that PMC had used poor technique, and that she had never seen such misplaced lip filler before.Perhaps this clinic is fine for skin treatments and Botox, but I would caution anyone who is considering getting dermal fillers to go elsewhere. I wish I had.

I get my Botox at PMC and have always had a amazing experience. I just got fillers for the first time there last week and she did exactly what I wanted without making my lips look fake. I will never go anywhere else!

I love the variety of supplements and the staff is very knowledgeable about them. Michaela has kept me healthy and feeling great for years.

Let me start this review by stating I had many positive experiences with Kohll’s PMC, post-employment (I was a staff RN for a small time), for four years. I travelled a decent distance to see Michaela, my PA; and other staff. I live in a small town in Iowa. To suggest Kohll’s PMC was in any way convenient for me would be a lie. I was loyal to the staff, and felt welcome. Because of the distance between my home and the clinic, for four years, it was always accepted that I made an appointment for a consultation, and would typically decide on an injection or procedure, while there. Sometimes there was time for a procedure, sometimes not. Michaela and I would take into consideration services/procedures that were on special and what my concerns were at that time. I have also purchased in bulk and banked my products for future use. When I called earlier this week to make an appointment to see Michaela, I was greeted with “that is not our policy” if you don’t like it you can talk to our manager…I thought Thank God, let me talk to Bobbi! Kesha, (who I have never met) proceeded to advise me, she is the NEW manager; immediately the tone was aggressive, disrespectful and controlling. There were phrases being thrown at me such as “you say you used to work here, I have been here for four years and I don’t know who you are.” And “Uhm Ma’am, this has BEEN our policy and unless you have a Brilliant Distinctions coupon you will have to pre pay, or make an appointment for a consultation and make that next appointment at another time.” It was not at all WHAT Kesha said, it was very much her poor delivery. Her approach was disrespectful, condescending and careless. I will never be back to that office again. For some time, I have been urged to visit another clinic whose injectors are fantastic and their prices much less. I refused out of loyalty. I have already made my appointment where I didn’t have to prepay, I was treated with appreciation and respect and I’m taking my referrals with me. Kohll’s PMC had better go back to the drawing board on their customer service skills that had previously set them apart from the rest. They are now subpar, toxic and not worth the drive.

I been going here for 3+yrs now, and have always looked forward to going to my appts every 3-4mos! All of the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products & services they offer. I have referred many friends who now go there and love it as well. They offer monthly specials which are incredibly affordable. I feel better about myself every time I leave my appointments!

I purchased the laser skin package on November 2019 and made an appt for Jan 2, 2020. I came to my appointment today (Jan 2nd) at the Dodge location and was told that they cannot accomodate me because I’m not on the list (I waited a month for this appt). No greetings when I tried to checked in. I walked out with no apology from the staff. I’m a Nurse and took off of work to get into this appointment. The hassle it brought me was ridiculous. I will not be coming back. I will do business somewhere else. Please treat your customer with respect regardless.The owner reached out to apologize which I appreciate but this does not change my view.

I love the convenient appointment times and the helpful staff! I have been to both locations and every staff member who has helped me was very detailed, caring and a good listener. I would highly recommend making your next appointment here!

I drive an hour & half to get services from PMC, and its always worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable, and knows where you need the best results. They always help me look my best! They are top notch specialists!

I have been going to Kohlls for hormone therapy for years now, and I cant begin to express how much better I feel. Not only did they figure out what I needed for hormones, they also found I was needing thyroid and adrenal support. They have since put me on the appropriate over the counter supplements that have made a huge difference!
