It’s been one week since I paid the $300 and spent the 12 hours to have my dreadlocks installed. I’m leaving the lowest possible review due to the fact that my hair is already falling out of the dreads at the root and I’ve already had multiple dreads fall out including the first one that did the day after the installation. She offered for me to drive the 2.5 hours back to have her fix it which I do appreciate. What I do not appreciate is her attitude with me and the fact that when I stated my disappointment with the service and unexplained maintenance being so hefty so soon (as she stated I wouldn’t need to return for maintenance for 3 months and again I’ve only gone one week and already need it) she talked over me repeating the same statements and actually wouldn’t stop until I hung up on her. She’s unprofessional, dirty, and rude. She was eating and and playing on her phone while taking 12 hours to complete my hair. There was about 2 out of the 12 hour service she worked straight through without tinkering around with something else on the side. Now she’s showing exactly how unprofessional she is with the amount of text messages she’s sending after she talked over me until I hung up on her. She works out of her home and I’d be surprised if it’s a legitimate business at this point. Also she she over ordered the amount of fake dreads I would need and didn’t deduct the charge for them from my final fee while she kept them for her own use and they cost by the piece.

Amazing...that is the only word I can think of. Hair looks like my natural hair!!! Get so many compliments! Would recommend to anyone!

Tamekia was very nice and professional. Did an amazing job on my hair and fixed even the slightest problem I did have with my extension. I will continue to go back to her and would refer her to anyone!!
