Many of these employees do this work because they care! Its not a job that will get you rich. Its mentally and emotionally difficult doing child welfare and even though they system does have issues, these folks do far more positive things for children and families than what is shared in the media. They do fantastic work given everything.

Great organization full of people dedicated to helping Nebraska children and families. They’ve gotten a bad rap in the press. Federal statistics show that Nebraska child welfare is in the top 10 nationally. Keep up the great work.

Awful company I’ve had to contact multiple people internally out of the Omaha office to have my concerns addressed I’ve been referred to the wrong therapy’s per court order… I’ve had to contact multiple supervisors to get medical papers signed for treatment the caseworkers constantly cancel family team meetings private information have been shared on multiple occasions with people who have no reason to access it reported internally to SFM hippa privacy officer case manager has literally lied about drug screenings and submitted them under oath to the Douglas county court case manager has failed to provide proper information to the courts and has failed to make reasonable efforts to reunify it’s amazing I mean honestly it really isTo be honest it’s terrifying on so many levels this company has a dark agenda why don’t you look up what the incentive is for kids placed out of homeI’ll be contacting the news with what I’ve seen

Terrible decision to replace PromiseShip with this agency in Nebraska. I will make a detailed review once this nightmare is over, but this agency is the absolute epitome of deceitful and neglectful.

Incompetent, extremely lazy CPS workers that I unfortunately had to try to work with. They do not care less about their jobs or children or real social work.

They never return calls there destroying my case new case worker is horrible

They are once again in the news for NEGLECTING CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE!!! They have spent so much time in the news that it should raise TONS of red flags! They need to be shut down before more children suffer! I wish I could give negative stars

They not for kids they just getting a check they dont make the parents do what they suppose to do and then they put the kids right back in the home
