Where do I start. After going through the whole process of foster care. Getting fingerprinted, doing a home inspection, going to two months classes every Tuesday, doing 10 chapters of homework online all completed. With two classes left they want to pull me out of the whole program and have me start over.If someone could raise their hand and tell me if this is fair?I have a two-story house with three furnished bedrooms upstairs and bathroom all dedicated to foster kids and teens. I recently modified my work schedule to accommodate the future foster children in my home, I am a supervisor at a company currently and I will be going remotely due to wanting foster kids, for me to be able to go remotely I needed to dedicate a month work of overtime and getting all my ducks in a row.On March 9th I was currently at work and on a zoom class with KVC. I was in and out and taking phone calls while still paying attention and I had every single course completed prior to the class starting and re-reading all of the assignments.“I bet they didn’t know that two years ago i worked as a foster care supervisor “After going through three months of paperwork training and getting everything in on time, while participating fully in class. You want to take that away from me because I’m trying to better my work schedule to provide the best care for the children? I am just baffled there are two classes left and then we get our license.Alyssa sent me a list of time logs that she kept of me, my concern is why are you so focus on my activities shouldn’t you be teaching the course? One of your best students I may say that gets all her assignments in “prior” and“participates”Am I going to get compensated for all the work that I’ve done and turned in and somebody been in and out of my house?I got the email today, apparently Miss Alyssa was focused on only me and recording every time that I took a phone call, sneezed or Peed, stating that my camera was off and I clocked off early. When I told them Morgan prior to this zoom training that I was having troubles with my connection.Instead of providing an alternate solution of giving me additional assignments to complete KVC wants to waste three months of my life.KVC I want you to know that you’re not hurting me you’re hurting the potential children that could be happy and healthy in my home so shame on you.I have a bachelors in human services and a minors in counseling and I can tell you right now I have never been mistreated like this before.I’m going to repeat this one more time so you all fully understand, KVC wants me to redo three months of training all over again, with all the paperwork, fingerprinting, somebody coming into your house and measuring all because I modified my schedule to accommodate the foster kids coming to my home. with two classes left.SHAME ON YOU ALL.

Applied for EFH with tons of experience in the Human Service Field. Experience extends to working with youths, Developmental Disabilities, Families and Juveniles. After my application, I was sent a letter that I didnt have the quality they were looking for without stating what qualities. A search online of Tim Braimah would reveal my extensive experience and my world wide research activities. During the process, there was no interview, or even a home inspection as I know the EFH process extremely well. I have passed my inspection and awaiting a client from a different organization. Reason for this review is for KVC please tell Nebraskans what qualities they need for their EFH.
