After doing much research I decided on Robert and his company due to the fact he claimed he had done more floors in Omaha than anybody else. The initial install was good but I immediately shared there was some blotching, and areas of the floor that didn’t look the same as other parts of the floor. You could actually feel the flakes from the install that weren’t coated. Robert refused to come out, even though I sent pictures and my garage is less than 1 mile from his shop. I had a $1000 outstanding balance and he said unless I pay the balance he would not come out. I reported my issues within the first week.After checking around with other companies I quickly learned that this is something he’s known for. Awesome appearance of the floor but super thin coating, many companies apparently have had to go out and refinish the floors he’s installed.After several attempts of trying to get him out to my house with no success I was lucky enough to meet Jon with Garage Revolution. They sanded the floors and coated them properly. Night and day difference. Would recommend several other companies over In the Garage.UPDATE: His response below after my initial review is an absolute lie. In addition my home is less than 5 years old, there is no uneven concrete.

Fantastic Job! My boss had it done and recommended them to me. Their price was right on the mark, he did great work, I had read previous reviews and knew he was coming alone as he owns and operates his own business. It was more personal having the owner do the work. My garage is a showplace and I just love it. I was provided an experience that exceeded my expectations!

My garage is now by far nicer than any apartment I ever lived in. Robert and Jake did amazing work, never tried to “upsell” us yet offered quality products and options at different price points. So, so happy we went with Robert & In the Garage to do our polyaspartic floor coating, cabinets and painting.

The team at In the Garage helped me create a very unique garage, from cabinetry, wall decor and beautiful coated floors that looks fantastic and are very durable, ours has held up very well over the past five years. The team is professional and creative in terms of design and color selection. Their installation personnel are professional and they clean up the job site when they are done. In the Garage Bad job.I would not recommend .Robert owner from in the garage show up by himself to do floor by himself odd! Need more than 1 guy to correctly install Poly floor. Squeezed me in around work schedule. My floor is covered with bubbles tons the hole floor felt like I was stepping on bubble wrap tells me it’s fine will go away. Yeah right been 6 months still there . I had another company come out .The bubbles are below the finish they said no way you can install a floor alone so no wonder there are issues. I’m expecting it to flake and haft to redo In the next year can’t clean correctly because dirt collects in the craters on the floor. BAD JOB use someone who has a crew and doesn’t do a rush job.

My new garage floor was coated by Robert in June 2014. The coating has held up incredibly well with zero maintenance required. In the Garage was very professional and Im extremely happy with the floor coating applied. We met with several concrete companies who offer the floor coating service, and the choice was easy. As a nice bonus, In the Garage also stocks a great inventory of garage accessories including my favorite brands of detailing products (Zymol & Griots).

BUYER BEWARE --- We have it in writing from the President of Slide-Lok Warranty Co. stating Robert uses a less quality knock-off brand product on garage floors instead of their product. Robert has refused to provide a statement that he used the Slide-Lok product on our garage floor. Therefore, when the knock-off product chipped, pealed, and did not adhere to the cement, the warranty is no good. This is NOT a reputable company.
