My husband managed to get an appointment for TSA precheck. The people here were very kind and helpful. The place is very understaffed (not their fault, getting certified is a process) and they handle that with class. Do your best to get an appointment as walk-ins will not be allowed to check-in until they have a slot. I wasnt able to get in as a walk-in. Make sure you have the proper documentation and dont yell at them if you dont!

Got my known travelled fingerprints here. Takes ten minutes and I was lucky enough to have an appointment but it’s kind of crazy they had a line out the door and 8 even though the place hadn’t opened yet. They only take 3 appointments an hour so basically you could be waiting all day. They don’t let you out your name on the queue until it’s the next hour if they have their three. The appointments were all booked out online and they weren’t scheduling anymore. One guy came the previous day and the person never showed up so he was able to give them some info but not complete the process. It might be worth the drive to Kansas or grand island is you can’t get an appointment.

Don’t bother. The likelihood of anyone getting a walk-in appointment is slim, especially on busy days, which are all the days they’re open.The staff are nice (reason for two stars instead of one), but their hands are tied by the rules of the company and the lack of staff from the TSA.My advice is to choose to waste an afternoon driving to Grand Island or Des Moines, not sitting in a small, hot waiting room.

Easy to gets an appointment online and quick service.

This is the only enrollment center in a 140 miles radius. Ive been checking for two months now (out of the 120 days allotted to complete the enrollment) and no appointments available. The other alternatives are Des Moines or Grand Island. While I bet the people working here are busting their butts to keep up with demand, the fail is on TSA management. #InGovWeTrust

If you dont make an appointment, it sucks to be you. Otherwise, I was in and out in twenty minutes. That includes the waiting time prior to my appointment.

Make an appointment and come early for it. I did and was done within a half hour. Expect to wait for hours and maybe not be seen at all without one.
