I struggled about whether to post this review. On one hand this place has been so good to me that they deserve a great review. On the other hand, I don’t want too many people to find out about it because it’s just perfect the way it is. The best office space I’ve ever worked in. Love this place.

Commerce village was exceptional! They covered all my needs and addressed all my questions promptly. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything i needed. The space is beautiful, well lit, and has many amenities! Will certainly recommend to others.

Excellent coworking space option in Omaha! I rent a single desk, and have had a good experience since joining. The space is fairly quiet and has a cool restored-industrial type vibe. Being a single desk, I sit in the middle of the building but there are so many large windows (the entire exterior walls are basically just floor-to-ceiling windows) that its nice and bright. The attached gym is one of the best features - not only convenient but also has a very nice set of strength training equipment, dumbbells, treadmills (overlooking train tracks), and a big wood floor open area for yoga-type exercises. Free parking has been easy / not a problem if you opt out of paying for garage space.

Commerce village is an incredible place to work. The building is a standout example of historic re-use, revitalizing an unused structure formerly in disrepair. Boyd Jones had exceptional vision to make the project happen. The colleagues here are all focused and professional, and the flexible leasing arrangement made it easy to commit. The manager Alex is outstanding and has helped me with anything I need.

Ive working in this space for over a year and its absolutely a great space to work in. Alex, CV Manager, is great with answering questions, very accommodating to your work space needs, and great at communication!Besides the awesome views of Downtown Omaha, and overlooking the railroad tracks (which has no sound whatsoever), the space if full of natural light, plenty of conference space, and great atmosphere. A gym steps away from your desk is a nice addition as well.Most of all, the sense of community and friendships Ive made while working in the space are priceless. Highly recommend!

Awesome space for small business owners! You can rent a desk for nominal prices with a phone, internet, printer, and conference room access! Alexandra and Becca are doing a great job with the space organizing cool events!

We used Commerce Village last week for our annual group meeting. The space was fantastic. Our Entrepreneurs really enjoyed the coworking atmosphere, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and overall a great place for us to host our meeting. They were very accommodating to our group and made the day super easy. Beautiful space--highly recommend!

I couldnt be happier to be located at Commerce Village. The building is bright and full of natural light, full of plants and has amazing amenities. Commerce Village is a co working space that fulfills my personal values, from reducing waste by providing composting, access to a secure indoor bike locker, a great gym and lots of healthy snacks it is hard to imagine getting up and going to work at any other place. Thanks to Alex and the team that makes this building so wonderful!

I just booked my dedicated desk at Commerce Village and the process was easy! Alex, the Community Manager, was very accommodating, quick to respond with any questions and allowed me to try out the space for a few hours to see how I liked it before committing to a month-to-month contract.The space is modern, clean and has great amenities.

After working from home and various coffee shops for a while I realized I needed to change my environment. Commerce Village allows 24/7 access to everything you would expect from an office space, but offers a uniquely collaborative workspace that you cant get in a typical office lease. Ive met a ton of great people here, the coffee is superb, internet is fast, and you get access to the fitness center. If youre looking for a modern co-working space, check it out!

Commerce Village provides Omaha with something we havent had so far - a flourishing coworking space. As a former work-from-home remote employee, its been a game changer for me to go to work, be around other highly ambitious people, have great coffee all day long, and an overall sense of community.
