This is the most elegant office building I have ever seen. The marble floors, the impressive high in exclusive art collection displayed throughout the entire facility , the beautiful bar for drinks and relaxation. There are massage services in house, coffee bar, several conference rooms that are very well equipped for 6 to 36 people with all the latest electronic overhead monitors and huge TV screens. From waterfalls to the Brass hand railings winding up the beautiful stair case, you would swear you are in a 10 star hotel with all the cherry wood and wonderfully designed offices that are very comfortable and affordable. You need to see it to believe it. I was sold and rented an office,which I would encourage you to make this a priority when looking to move into your own offices.

Lovely building, hard to navigate.

I worked out of this office building for over two years and feel that the place is fantastic. I love the newly renovated building, with completely furnished offices. We utilized the common meeting rooms, frequently and loved that they had clean break-kitchens where I could warm my lunch and eat, not at my desk. This place is great! I had an amazing experience working with all of their staff too. Mark, Pat, Dianne, Tina and anyone else there were always accessible for any assistance and willing to help. I will recommend Enterprise to anyone that needs a top of the line office for their business.

When it comes to office space in Omaha this should be your only choice. Reef ant and very well priced. It has great amenities and they really care about their customers.

We had the opportunity to use the Enterprise center to host our baby shower. This place is amazing and was more than spacious to host all of our guests! They have a very elegant yet laid back business center with an awesome event room that we used. Would definitely use again!

We have an office here and its been everything we would have wanted. I love the ability to book a meeting room pretty much anytime we need one and the coffee machine is a fan favorite. Such a cool community of businesses in here!

Coming up on our 1 year anniversary with the Enterprise Center - and it has been a terrific year! The building is beautiful with an office space that suites our needs perfectly. Additional suites are available if we need to contract or grow our staff. The common areas are kept clean and are well maintained. And the people in the office are generally very pleasant and helpful.Any issues are handled promptly by Mark and his staff. Mark goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your office and the building in general. New renovations continue to brighten up the building - although I will be pleased when the construction is finally done. I will say the contractors in the building are easy to speak with and happy to accommodate your schedule to the best of their abilities.We have been in several offices over the past decade (downtown, midtown, West Omaha) - and out of them all the Enterprise Center has been the best of the bunch. If you come visit try the coffee machine downstairs - and if the vanilla is out of service I apologize in advance :)

The Enterprise Center and Mark have done a wonderful job with this building. The location has to be one of the best for any business, easy to get to and ample parking. I am the owner of Renew Massage Therapy and have been in the Enterprise Center for about 9 months now. I absolutely love bringing my clients into the building which offers so much more than the beauty it truly is!! My clients are always commenting on the way the beauty of the building is welcoming, and that my studio is such a nice set up! It is located in a great and easy accessible location, with plenty of off street parking. The digital sign offers free street advertising on the busy intersection of 96th & L. Anytime I have an issue (which has been far and few) it has always been addressed in a professional and timely matter! I use the FREE media rooms often to host essential oil classes! I use the free wifi with no issues (I do however have my own router). I love having the beverage service having cold or hot water ready, plenty of coffee and tea options. The staff has been more than welcoming and helpful! My business is growing significantly since moving to this location! Thank You Enterprise Center for providing the best!

The Enterprise Center has been a great choice for our business. The facilities magnify our small size and provide a large range of high tech features that other propoerties would nickle and dime us with. The location is great. All our requests and needs are fullfilled promptly. The conference rooms are a real plus. The center projects a highly professional environment. A host of other amenities are also available to us sucha as the kitchen and event area to host clients, full wireless publishing, and processional admin and reception.

Initially i was impressed, what promised a lot of things that never came to happen with the building construction. Be weary of where your office is located as you will become the building secretary, a service that was promised and never delivered if you are near the entry way. Be weary of the slow internet speeds and lack of support that they actually offer. Be weary of the construction, they dont have any problem shooting nails in the wall and having working conditions that are extremely loud right next to your office. Be weary of any promises form Mark that he will make you, promised me that he would find a place in the common area for my biz hub like he had done for others, told me about the co-working space that was going to be built and never was. Be weary about the Mail service. Sometimes I have large amounts of mail that just show up in my box three months later costing me countless hours tracking down checks etc. Their is not adequate parking for the building, although it now seems that they let a used car dealer sell cars on the lot as well making parking even more of a problem.
