If you cant help me, just say so. Stopped into The Vacation Store in late January to ask if they could help with planning portions of major European travel planned to start April 2020. Asking for something I know is a little different - not a cookie cutter organized tour or cruise. No one in the office at that time could help so they took my contact info. Got a call back on a Wed more than four weeks later. By then I had forgotten I had ever stopped in. Re-explained what I am looking for. Rep assured me she could for sure help with at least one portion -- a stop in Rome for up to a week. Plus, her colleague is an expert in Scotland/Ireland and could assist with itinerary for a week in Scotland. She committed to getting back to me by Monday. It is now a weeks and a half later and still no contact. I am not sure what services they actually provide, but planning accommodations and itinerary for Rome and Scotland apparently arent it. And neither is following up in a timely manner.

Hire individuals who dont know cruise policies./rules. Booked a international cruise with large deposit a year in advance and told refundable if decided to cancel within certain timeframe. Never received full refund been working with the manager/owner for over a year and a half and he is still trying to tell me he is waiting on an answer from cruise line. Would definitely not recommend this travel agency!

We went to the Vacation Store with the hopes of booking a Mediterranean cruise, but due to the time of year, those werent available for booking. Teri suggested that we try an AMA Waterways river cruise on The Rhine. We went with that and it was the PERFECT vacation. We didnt know anything about that type of trip, but Teri was with us every step of the way, making sure that we got the most out of our experience. We will definitely go back to see Teri again for our next trip - which may very well be another river cruise.

Tracy Cooper was our Agent and she was absolutely amazing. We had a full list of activities and special requests for our family vacation and she absolutely nailed them all. Vegas for two days and the Grand Canyon for three days. Helicopter ride, indoor skydiving, Hoover dam, Canyon Tours. It was amazing. Highly highly recommend Tracy and The Vacation Store!

Disappointed at best. Trip was nice but had some issues with tours and insurance that we purchased.. Gabby was to get back to us in reference and that is now close to month ago.Feel like were forgotten at this point.Might have to look elsewhere for travel in near future

I never used a travel agent before, but they handled everything for me and it was the same price as if I had done it all on my own. Loved the extra help! Our trip to Cancun was amazing. The staff at the resort was top notch. It was all-inclusive so everything was handled from the airport by either our agent or the resort. This is the only way to travel.

I have always had a very pleasant experience working with this travel agency. Friendly agents with expert knowledge. I do recommend them highly. When we have some changes on our itinerary on our cruise they were incredibly helpful. They got the job done.

I really didnt know what to expect going to a travel agent. I always thought they charged customers for their services, but they work just like Expedia does...not charge to me! Jen was wonderful. She took care of our flights, making sure we have the right amount time for connections and customs, she booked our excursions and kept it all in one place for us! This is definitely the only way I will travel from now on. This is the view from our hotel balcony! It was amazing.

I worked with Kim. She was excellent. She held her hand through the entire process from booking to checking in with us when we returned home. She called us about a week before our trip and walked through all of the details so that we were fully prepared. And we paid nothing for her help. We’re planning on booking with them for all her trips from now on.

Booked a cruise with them last summer. Feel like i could do everything they did with the cruise line directly. I knew the cruise line we wanted, where we wanted to go and the sail date. Mabe my expectations were unrealistic.Just got back from the cruise a couple weeks ago, it was amazing!
