Awful. Literally the WORST, most UNRELIABLE cleaning service ever. They dont show up when scheduled and when they do, the cleaning is not up to par. They dont deserve any stars at all.

Each building has its own positive and negative take-aways from the individuals who clean it. Our current cleaning person has taken some training on our part; they were apparently new to building cleaning and on a learning curve. The cleaning has improved so currently, Id give our building maintenance personnel 4 of 5 stars; a few months earlier the rating wouldve been 3 stars as we were paying more for less cleaning.

Stratus Building Solutions in my experience is a great company to franchise with. They help and guide you through anything you need. They make sure you get the proper training to get the job done correctly. They give you the opportunity to be in charge of your own business and take care of your clients like a business owner. They have a great staff that you can easily talk to and are there for support.

We have contracted with this company to clean our 6 buildings. From day one this company has exceed the mark of excellence. The attention to details throughout the buildings to the professional appearance of each staff member. Communication is easy and responded to very quickly.

This staff is awesome and friendly. Very quick to respond to issues and is very thorough with cleaning. Love that they are a green company!

They have done a good job for us over the past three years. Friendly, reliable and conscientious employees. They are also quick to resolve any issues that come up.

To be honest I dont think about our janitorial service anymore, it is just done right the first time and I have no need to pick up the phone and get someone back out, its clean and completed when it is scheduled. LOve the staff that visits us!!

Just spoke with someone on the phone regarding a potential bid, and as soon as they didnt get the answer they wanted, the man I spoke with was rude and disgruntled and hung up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Had he given me the chance to explain, I would have happily referred him to our sister property who is in need. However, due to the poor attitude of this man, this company will be blacklisted from all of our properties.

Very terrible place!!! K worked for them for 3 weeks. How do u call yourself a cleaning company and your office is terribly nasty! They did not even have hand soap when I first started! Now because I quit they are holding my checks!!

Racist company, knew that on the day of interview receptionist act like i had no business there. When i inform her i had a interview she asked what position, the only position they have been hiring for. Jim one of the owners excused and lie to me stating he seen or heard me do things when he wasnt even in the building. Will be filling complaints
