Easy to schedule; able to book within a day of calling. I had a very positive experience with Jose and Zane/Zade (?). I appreciated the text letting me know they were on their way, and they were very punctual, arriving early in my window of service. They were attentive to my concerns and gave recommendations on how to get the most out of the treatment. Our dog had diarrhea and vomiting on new light-colored carpet, & we didn’t discover it until ~18 hours later. They did excellent work; the carpet looks brand new again! Definitely recommend! Will be using again.

I have been using Stanley Steemer for 20 years. Service had slacked a little bit several years ago, BUT... the two fellows (Jamie & A.J) that cam out to day... HOLY COW, I am back to a very happy customer. I cant thank them enough for their friendliness, suggestions and experience with my variations of carpet. My carpet seems to smell so much better after the treatment. The true test will be after it completely dries, if it is still all good, I will leave things as they are. If not... you will all see it here first. No matter what, the guys were great!!

Very professional and helpful. Carpet is super-clean and looks like new. However, had tile grout cleaned and was disappointed in that. Even though my house is 22 years old, I had the grout cleaned by someone else about 5 years ago and it looked almost like new then. Still, would recommend the carpet cleaning.

I had some very soiled & stained dining room chairs that I wanted cleaned. Colton was very nice & told me upfront that he probably wouldnt be able to get all stains out. He showed me the cleaning process. He worked wonders on them, better than I thought. He was very polite & a hard worker. I will use this company again.

The company came over to clean our vents out and clean all carpets. They did a great job on the vents! The carpet cleaning was lacking though. I wish I could attach a photo to show but I cleaned some of my carpet with a spot cleaner a few days later and the carpet was so dirty. It looked like it wasn’t ever cleaned. I will say the two gentlemen that came over were very kind and professional. But I will probably never use their carpet cleaning service again. Probably only vent service.

Jaime (I believe it’s spelled) came out to clean my carpets and deodorize the master bedroom. Carpets turned out great, however the deodorizer didn’t help as much on the first try. After calling them, they came back out and re applied another stronger layer free of charge. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to others.

Andy and his colleague did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and tile/grout.

The representative Travis Hofelt did a great job with our carpets today. Travis was very professional and gave us great tips on how to take care of the carpet and how to take care of it. Travis was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Stanley Steemer cleaned the ducts and carpets in out home. The carpets look great and everyone slept so well after the ducts were cleaned. The technicians were polite and asked us questions to k ow what we wanted done. However, they did leave some vents covered in tape, as well as leaving a roll of tape and some cut pieces of tape around our home.

Stanley Steamer offers a $99 3 room carpet cleaning special. But dont believe them. They have deceitful business practices. I asked for a quote on three rooms, plus a half bath and staircase. Also to deodorize a room and the half bath. Approximately a $261 invoice and I was only offered a $25 discount. No thanks, you crooks. I didnt expect to get all this done for $99, but I was told the local franchise only offered 2 rooms for $99. How could that be? They just advertised this morning on the local KETV television station in Omaha the 3 room special for $99. But the local franchise doesnt have to honor the special advertised on the local television station? Again, how could that be. I had used Stanley Steamer in the past (the deodorizing service lasted about a day), but not again. I am going to give my business to a local, homegrown small business and I suggest you do too.

Mike and Mike were an outstanding and super professional team who provided great expertise on several very challenging areas of our floors. They were a prompt, efficient and friendly team who exceeded our expectations. Thanks, guys!

We hired Stanley Steemer to clean air ducts, dryer vent and grout/tile in kitchen.Upon coming in we were hit with an immediate upcharge of $275.00 to clean the kitchen grout.I told the person on the phone that gave me the estimate that the grout was stained from the previous owner not properly using or caring for the stove. She quoted me $50.00 to clean the tile and grout.Not only were we hit with an upcharge the reps also left dark marks on two different walls. The paint is a flat interior. They tried to scrub it out but it did not come out . My husband had to repaint two different areas in the house. My husband had a heart condition.The reps also left foot tracks in the entrance way and dirt, bit of grit and grime at the top of the stairs leading into the living room.This was a horrible experience.We calculate with the cleanup, paint and labor, we are owed $100.00.I sent a letter to the president and a letter to the CEO. I also will file a complaint to the BBB, post on google and our neighborhood app. No one should have to endure what we did.Please do not use this company.

I cannot recommend this company enough! The guys are so professional. I had them come to clean a piece of my sectional that my cat unfortunately peed on. They did a great job cleaning it, however, after they left I noticed an area that still smelled of cat urine. I called Stanley Steamer and the technicians came right back! Great customer service. Not happy with the service this company provided. I had them carpet clean my house on November 28.2020 it was Saturday. The next Saturday on the 5th of December I vacuumed my carpets,and the water on my vacuum was so dirty. I use rainbow to vacuum weekly my carpets and was hoping that the week after carpet cleaning my vacuum water wont be as dirty as before, because I had professionally cleaned my carpets. During the cleaning I had to ask this guys to try to reach out of my corners and start cleaning right where carpet starts. I dont even think they used hot water during cleaning as they supposed to do. My carpets were cold and not even worm when I felt my carpet right after they cleaned the spot. So figured out my carpet was not cleaned with hot water as they stated. I clean my carpets professionally every year before winter. And this is first time I did not feel my carpets were cleaned at all. I would not recommend this company to clean the carpets. Or maybe I was the unlucky one, who did not get the right service done.

I have a yearly contract with Stanley Steemer and it is perfect for keeping my home looking fabulous. Jamey is my technician, I trust him, he always does a great job! My carpets are beautiful and my carpet been around for awhile. I also have my wood floors done once a year and sometimes my furniture. Thank You for excellent customer service. Having you as a business partner always bring a huge smile to my face.

Was looking forward to having fresh carpets. I have a older dog that started to have accidents on my brand new carpet. I went through Stanley and got the product that’s suppose to eliminate pet odor stains. The product didn’t work at all! My living stinks of urine! I called and let the company know after the first day so they came back out and redid the carpet. Still stinks so bad after drying. The young man that cleaned my carpets was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the product. Unfortunately the product they use for pet odor removal doesn’t work at all! Have three stars because of the great customer service. The product for pets doesn’t work!

Very poor quality. I payed over $350 to get a couch cleaned and they didnt even get all the crumbs out of the crease of the couch, and it still smells. I will never use Stanley Steemer to get a couch cleaned again. If I could get a refund to get my couch actually cleaned I would. Awful couch cleaners.Update on this review, not only was the cleaning awful and the price super high, but when I sent an email to the email provided in the reply to this review I got absolutely no response. I even sent a second email to be sure. So not only was the service awful but their customer service is even worse.

We had a severe pet accident occur on a white carpet. After Stanley Steemer came & worked their magic there is no evidence that this ever occurred!!! The incident happened late Saturday & Stanley Steemer was able to be here on Monday. I’ve used their services before for maintenance cleaning but was extremely impressed with these results! Highly recommend them!

These guys came to clean a huge sectional we have...we just moved to Omaha so the movers left the sofa in the garage. They did a masterful job cleaning the sectional and not only that...they were so kind to carry it up the stairs to our living room when they were done! Total 5 stars and grateful to the 2 young men that went above and beyond!

The crew gave me plenty of notice that they were on their way. When they arrived, they were very quick and professional. I was totally surprised how fast they got the whole house done. It smelled clean and fresh and though the carpets were old, the improvement from the cleaning job was unmistakable!

I have used Stanley steamer in the past and have never had a poor job!I had my carpet cleaned and a couch. The carpet was pretty clean to begin with but had a couple areas that should’ve came out. How I know is after they left I had to scrub at it and it came out!As for the couch, I had it cleaned and scotch guarded. They sprayed my my end table and blinds that were behind the couch. I had to wipe down everything when they left! There is no way they didn’t see what they were doing to my blinds and couch! Waste of $200! Will never use again! Obviously quality has gone down and their staff doesn’t care! Would appreciate a refund but probably won’t get it.

We had them clean carpet & an area rug. Both were badly stained. They also cleaned a sofa. Everything turned out great.

Our carpets look about the same after they dried. All spots returned and they were in and out in under one hour for three rooms. Very disappointed in quality of cleaning. I do better with my own cleaner which cost what they charged me.

Very satisfied with their cleaning service! Brian & Scott were clean, courteous, seemed to pay attention to detail, especially main traffic areas. Gave me a bottle of cleaner for stain treatment which works great for cars and home. The hot steam seems to do the best, not over drenching the carpets & pad.

I had several should areas i cleaned after the workers left and with a rag got a pale of dirty water. Now looks better. Need to use a precleaner.

My time frame was 9-1 they were here at 10 it was great my carpet was bad it looks great now thank you!!!!

Not very happy two guys was here one done nothing and the other steamed the carpets so fast you can’t tell they done anything. Money don’t come easy for me and I feel I wasted 130, dollars never seen someone clean a carpet so fast, also if I had known they didn’t move anything I would have moved things myself, the guy only cleaned the path ways where we walk not a big area in an apartment. 😡

The crew did a great job on cleaning carpets. They were nice and very helpful. Unfortunately they charged the wrong tax rate which I didnt catch at the time I paid. Still trying to get a refund but as I found out, it is very difficult to get in touch with the local business. Everything goes through a central call services and even though they say they emailed the managers to call me, the call doesnt come. That is definitely not something I like!

They do a great cleaning job. Yes, there are other companies that are cheaper, but I like that Stanley is reliable and flexible, available on short notice and on nights and weekends.

Used twice recently, once for carpet and once for tile/grout and furniture. Both times techs were friendly and efficient. Tried to ip sell of course but were not pushy at all. Appreciated that!! Carpets had 2 stains I was worried about but both came out completely. My furniture was old and snd smelled of ferrets but that was resolved as well. Will use ag as in for sure!

Weve been using Stanley Steemer now for several years and have never had any issues. This last carpet cleaning service we had - a few days before Christmas, 2018 - was carried out by Blaine and Logan who were both friendly, and professional, with Blaine taking the lead and explaining everything they had done when finished. Blaine courteously informed me of all the marks in our carpet they were able to get out and a couple of small spots they couldnt. We tried once using a cheaper carpet cleaning service, but opted to go back to Stanley Steemer and stick with them in the future. The additional cost is worth the better service and better cleaning you will always get from Stanley Steemer. Thank you.

Chris and Erik were great. they helped me move a bakers rack, were able to use an internal faucet because I dont have one outside, and were very pleasant to talk to and very professional. I will definitely be calling back for my carpet cleaning.

Jason and Eric came out to clean my stairs and basement carpet after a 5+ gallon liquid spill on Saturday. They were on-time, professional, and quick. The smell and the stains are gone and the carpet looks nearly new. They explained their process and how long I should wait until I move back in furniture and resume normal traffic. Great experience. I would use Stanley Steemer Omaha again.

The service men who came to the house were polite and professional. They finished the whole job super quickly, about 25 min. My complaint is with the end result. The rugs dont look cleaner. Some areas look brighter, but others made me think they ran out of cleaning solution. Probably wont use this company next time.
