Very fast service.. The kit is mailed to you via FedEx and a prepaid FedEx envelope is included for the return. The test kit was sent to me the next morning after ordering it on Amazon and it arrived the following day..I returned the test swabs via FedEx and and the results were emailed to me 3 days after their receipt of the test swabs. I had to call twice with some questions and they answered the phone immediately.Excellent customer service and professional test results.

Read the fine print. If you dont know anything about DNA testing you would assume that they would need the DNA of the child and both parents. That would be wrong, and if you dont realize that ahead of time its basically a scam. They then will tell you that you must pay an additional $60 to test the mother even if you know who it is. Totally misleading and they should definitely communicate this to you before processing if you only paid for the lesser service. If they simply reached out to people, then they would make it much better for people

This is really top quality! I did lots and lots of research on at home DNA kits and my forever DNA was the best of the best that I could find. And I have to say they really are! Ordered three kits all different locations we all received our kits the next day after ordering. Ordered on a Tuesday and by that next Tuesday we had our results fast shipping and DNA analysis. The customer service is very nice easy to talk too they werent bothered by my 100questions I sent via email and they were always super fast to reply to those. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a DNA test! Thank you my forever DNA you helped me find family I didnt know I had and I am a very happy person for that ☺️

I had to bring the test to another country to my dad to use the swabs. it took almost 3 weeks to deliver them to the Lab, and everything worked great! Good instructions to follow. Several calls to the Lab with questions before my trip were very helpful, the customer service is excellent. no long time waiting on the phone, all answers are very informative. i am very impressed and satisfied. I’m not sure how this company has received such great reviews for it being “quick and easy”I paid for the DNA kit on 6/8. Received and mailed it back on 6/11. (That Part was quick and easy) that following Monday 6/14 they emailed to inform me it was received and being reviewed by Breanna. in the email it states you Can Call or email Breanna directly. I’ve emailed her twice to see how things are coming along with No response. It’s not 6/21 and I’ve got nothing but a bill for $229. What a mistake trusting this company to help with my anxiety about infidelity.After talking to them about my concerns with timing they offered me a refund and gave me the results. It was taking a long time due to their intense research on the samples I gave them. I was amazed at the timeliness of this place. I ordered a split location paternity test (one delivered to California and one delivered to Hawaii). I ordered the test on Thursday morning and we each had our test delievered the very next day-even to Hawaii! The lab received our swabs yesterday and we received the results TODAY. Very, Very pleased with the service from start to finish!!! Let me start by saying, I was unable to purchase a kit online because the mailing address was lengthy and had to contain specific information in order for the other party to receive their sample kit for the DNA testing. I called customer service and one of the agents not only assist me by filling out the order form, but waited while I made calls to retrieve information needed from the other party. I placed and paid for my DNA test on a Tuesday (after 4pm), It was mailed Wednesday because Tuesday mail went out @3:00pm, received the kit by Friday (both parties in different states), got it in the mail on Saturday, and results Tuesday. The process started on a Tuesday and end on the next Tuesday...7 days from start to finish!!! And, both myself and the other party has been very pleased with the process and the results!!!!Please know this, I googled a lot and read a lot of the reviews online. Fast, fast and fast. I placed my order in on Wednesday. I received their kits by Friday. Read and follow their instructions to the letter. I took the samples Saturday morning and placed everything I was suppose to do in their prepaid fedex envelope. Sealed the prepaid envelope (Fedex) and sent everything that day. The lab received the envelope on Monday. Tuesday morning they start their test to determine the truth. Tuesday evening I received an email about the results. It was money well spent to have a peace of mind. Its worth every dollar that they are asking. I drove all the way from Des Moines Iowa and spent 219.00 for my two sons to check paternity.(Here it would cost more just for one child) Both people I worked with were extremely helpful and nonjudgemental. In the process of finding my sibling due to another test confirming relation (ancestry) I shopped around I was going to do two other companies but they either did not answer my email or phone calls so one late night I hit the purchase button and it came so freaking fast. Results were much faster and Han expected and the folks at My Forever DNA emailed me when they received the samples, and emailed later with the results. I will also get the paper copy in the United States Postal Mail. They even followed up with a phone call to be sure I understood the results or had any questions. There is no doubt about the accuracy of the test. For the sake of comparison, the samples were sent to two separate labs and the results were identical. Upon receiving the samples at the lab, the results were communicated back to me in less than 48 hours. Easy process to follow and great communication. I sent my samples and of both myself and my sister and I waited and after 5 days I didnt hear anything so I contacted them by email asking Jolene where my results were as it said 2 to 3 days. So she said she will check into it and get back with me. Then at the end of the day she says she has a results which supposedly are to take two to three days but apparently now they can take one to two hours. So based on this information my results are 99.9% that we are full siblings and probability and 99.9% probability that were half-siblings. So I dont know what kind of practice they are running but I suggest that no one use them and go to a reputable lab if youre wanting Real Results and not just guesses personally have asked for my money back as I feel like I have been deceived. Seems shady business practice.

The package didnt arrive in the beautiful box as displayed on Amazon. The contents were very clear and easy to follow. The provided only a standard paper # 10 envelope for the return which took less than two weeks. The results were emailed to me as requested in the form of a PDF file.The 24 markers for both of us were displayed in the results which was Greek to me. It would have been much better if each marker had an explanation and acceptable ranges like a lab does for blood testing. That way one would have a better idea of what you were looking at and how close the matches were or werent along with the stated results being explained as 99.9% accurate.

I ordered the Multiple Location paternity kit on Friday and received the kit Monday. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I sent the sample in the envelope provided, along with the prepaid shipping label on Tuesday.They received my sample by Saturday, USPS had delays with my package, and by Tuesday I had my results. I did have to call and inquire about the delivery of my sample because I never received the confirmation email that my sample was received, like my alleged father did and as stated on the instructions. By the following Tuesday I emailed Jolene and asked if they received my sample and she responded with my results. I was excited, and ultimately from mailing samples to getting the results, it was only a week as promised.
